No this isn't a drop and retire notice, just wanted to clear some shit up.
In talking with Novrier and Scarease I realized that I let Team 8 dissappear for a significant portion of time, therefore the first half of the next Chapter will focus on What Team 8 went through to track down Ryu.
As for The Second Half I'll keep that under wraps for the moment.
Now then, onto another matter, The new power.
The Power is a primer, but it required special parameters to activate, specifically being on the brink of complete and total Chakra Deprivation and the body being at it's physical limit.
Now the Green Color is not Senjutsu Chakra, it does have it, but not enough to be the cause. The Green is a Chakra Unique to the Eye's themselves. As for why the Pigment is only on one eye you'll have to wait for some time.
I also must state that the next chapter is not so much a chapter as an interlude. It will significantly expand Two Character profiles, while also granting a new perspective to look at Ryu from.
Also the Sleeping power of Ryu has been tweaked after comparing notes with Omnibender on Fandom. Chakra wise, the Kekkei Genkai can be considered Kekkei Tōta, but that's because of the number of Required Chakra Natures only, everything else is strictly Kekkei Genkai in Nature.
As for whether any others possess the eyes or Ryu's Sleeping Kekkei Genkai then its a yes and no answer. It's a yes, because the potential is there, but it's also a no because the Two are both intrinsically linked and one cannot be gotten without the other, and The Eyes prime the body.
So whether or not it's possible? Then Yes.
But can it awaken in others? No, at least not at the current time.
