AN: Okay, so I have a feeling I was realllllllllllllllllllllllllly mean last chapter, so I decided to lighten up this chapter.

Chat Blanc went to Marinette's balcony for weeks to talk to Marinette. And finally, Marinette thought she might as well do something about that…

"Marinette?" Chat Blanc looked around the balcony. Empty. Hm. She was always up here… And Chat Blanc was NOT going to go into her room. Maybe something else. So, he tapped on her window that led to the balcony three times.

"SURPISE!" Marinette shouted, jumping out from the side, tackling the cat. Chat Blanc was startled and nearly leapt off the balcony, leaving Marinette rolling in laughter.

"Oh, you think it's funny, don't you?" Chat deadpanned.

"Of course I do!" Marinette chuckled, wiping a fake tear away from her eye.

"I will get payback," Chat warned.

"Should I be scared?" Marinette asked, still laughing.

"You bet," Chat Blanc dared. "I am the worst villain in all of Paris!"

"Yeah, yeah, I know," Marinette chuckled. "You know, you look nice when you smile." This took Chat Blanc off his guard. Was he smiling? Yes, he was smiling. He hadn't smiled since he had been forgotten. Well, at least he hadn't smiled because he is happy. Maybe a evil smile here and a fake smile there, but that was about it.

"I- I didn't realize I was smiling," Chat Blanc said.

"Well, I thought since we are going to meeting often…" Marinette pulled a blanket off of a pile of pillows neatly arranged so it couldn't be seen by public and covered on a rainy day. "Sit, minou." Marinette sat on a pile and Chat Blanc sat beside her. "Okay, so you know a lot about me, I want to know something about you. Tell me something no one knows about you."

"Well- I have a sweet tooth," Chat Blanc admitted.

"I'm glad I'm not the only one," Marinette said, pulling out a bowel of candy. "Share."

"I'm a villain, you expect me to share?" Chat Blanc said, looking over at Marinette. Gosh, she was pretty. Their lips were just apart… Blushing, Chat Blanc and Marinette looked away from each other. "I actually have to go do something in my alter ego…" Chat stood up abruptly and stood on the edge of Marinette's balcony. "Goodbye, princess." He then dropped backwards off the railing, turned around midair and used his baton to launch him away.

"Aw, he's so cute! And that nickname's adorable!" Marinette sighed. Wait- what was she saying?

"I probably should go tell Marinette I'll be late tomorrow… Stupid me for forgetting that!" Chat Blanc said, and when he got to a roof near Marinette's house, he saw someone he had never seen before. He had black hair with blue tips on the edge of his hair. He had dark blue eyes and he was definitely frustrated with Marinette.

"This is a dangerous game you're playing, Marinette," the boy said.

"You'd think I'd know that already, Luka," Marinette said. Luka. So this boy was Luka.

"You can't keep seeing him! What if he hurt you! Marinette, Paris needs you!" Luka said. Marinette looked away.

"For once will you treat me like an actual person?" Marinette mumbled.

"Marinette, we both know Chat Blanc is dangerous," Luka said.

"He wouldn't hurt me!" Marinette said.

"And how do you know that!?" Luka asked.

"Because… The way he looks at me," Marinette confessed. "As if I were the only thing in this world that mattered… To him."

"You have to get your priorities straight!"

"NO! Being Ladybug is not my number one priority! Being someone who cares is my priority," Marinette shouted. "Don't treat me like being Ladybug is all that matters! Chat Blanc needs help! Not Ladybug's, but my help! Ladybug is only my alter-ego, not me! I didn't help him when he asked Ladybug…"

"You made the right choice," Luka said, cutting her off.

"No!"

Chat Blanc felt dizzy listening to this conversation. He realized he had a crush on Marinette a couple days before, but Ladybug was supposed to be his enemy, not his love interest. He wanted to kill Ladybug- but now, he wouldn't be able to. Marinette was too precious. He kept listening though, he might want to pay a visit to Luka…

"Luka, I didn't make the right choice. I- I'm supposed to be a superhero! So, if you want someone who makes being someone who isn't them their top priority, go find yourself another Ladybug! Bino knew I'd put myself before Ladybug, that's why she chose me!"

"Bino doesn't matter! You do!"

"Like you actually think that!" Marinette looked Luka straight into his eyes. "Luka, leave. I swear to you that I know my responsibilities. I've made my choice. Now make yours." Luka was taken aback, not to mention so was Chat Blanc. He had never seen this side of Marinette.

"Fine. I'll say it now so I don't have to say it later: I told you so," Luka said, before leaving.

A/N: OKAYYYYYYYYYY- so, still mean. What can I say, I like being mean. It adds suspense. What do you guys think about Luka? Tell me what you think of this story!
