Here we are at Chapter 5. Time for another opening chapter. I do not own RWBY. They belong to roosterteeth. I only own my OCs. Here's chapter 5. Enjoy.
Chapter 5: The Triumph
...Music begins...
A crow flies towards the kingdom of Mistral before one of its feathers flutters by, changing the scene to show Khazhak standing in a forest, his hands resting on the end of the handle of his sword, the blade in the ground.
...Back to the fairy tale. Back to the show. Back to the wall and there's nowhere to go. Hopeless and desperate, all paths adverse. Things looks bleak and they're bound to get worse...
Khazhak narrows his eyes as he looks up into the night sky, followed by Edom putting his mask on before looking out an airship window, Porphyrius looking into the night before his hand rests on his eyepatch, and Lloyd with his arms crossed as he looks up into the day sky.
RWBY: The Storm of KEPL
Each member of Team KEPL is seen grabbing or readying their weapons.
...Helpless and doomed and there's no way to win. Goals unachievable, faith running thin. Lost and forlorn, impossible odds. That's when you'll learn you've been messing with gods...
Ruby, Ren, and Jaune are sitting on a couch, with Ruby smiling, before Nora appears, hanging upside down and pointing a finger at Qrow. Qrow sighs before looking over at Oscar Pine, Khazhak and Voshkie'ahk, with Oscar and Voshkie'ahk readying their weapons while Khazhak readies his left arm. The faint images of Ozpin, Bahamut, and Tiamat are seen behind their partners.
...Send in your Grimm. Tear off my limb...
Professor Lionheart is seen at his desk with Seer Grimm tentacles encircling him while the face of Arthur Watts smiles down on him.
...Strike me with bolt of lightning. I won't die...
Adam Taurus and Hazel stands in front of the White Fang throne. Blake, Sun Wukong, and Porphyrius stand on one of the piers in Menagerie, looking at the people around them.
...The battle seems unwinnable. But, all we need's a miracle...
Cinder and Vernal stare each other down in front of the bandit tribe camp. A raven flies by, then showing Khazhak and Yang standing against Raven Branwen.
...We're going up. We'll never be denied...
Illia looks at a White Fang painting and then turns around to see Corsac and Fennec smile at her. Weiss is then seen conjuring up an Armas Gigas summon kneeling before her.
...Can't wish away the dismal days. Can't bring back what is gone...
Lloyd jumps into the air to strike at Hazel with his claws, but Hazel grabs his arm and throws him aside before clashing his fist against Khazhak's left fist.
...Won't waste more tears on yesteryears. Instead, we'll carry on...
Porphyrius slashes his blade at Adam's blade twice before going in for a punch. Edom is seen twirling his twin-scythe against Mercury and Emerald before separating it and swinging it down on them.
...We'll win for sure. We will endure. And though our goal is far...
Khazhak spins around to swing his sword, followed by Edom flying in on his skull phantom, swinging his twin-scythe, Porphyrius firing off his rifles, and then Lloyd jumping forth to attack with his claws.
...We'll be the ones to touch the sun. Triumph will be ours...
Khazhak runs forth, but looks to his left and smirks when he sees his teammates running next to him. They stop when Salem appears and looms over them, and then they jump at her, attacking with their weapons.
And that's the chapter. While this wasn't one of my favorite openings, I do love the lyrics in it, and the guitar is awesome. Next one will be volume 6, and I have a little special something planned for this one. Until then, please Read and Review.
