Two months had passed in two days. Or at least that's what it felt like. Elizabeth was 18 weeks pregnant and had just started her second trimester a little under two weeks ago. To her dismay her baby bump wasn't as prominent as she would like it to be. There was definitely a bump but unless you saw Elizabeth with no clothes on (which only Will did) you would never notice the bump was even there. Her belly was rounded, yes that was true. But not rounded enough for her liking. She wanted her belly to be big and huge and she wanted to feel kicks.

"Love what is the matter?" Her husband asks, his brows furrowing and her little frown. Elizabeth Turner was normally a very happy cheery woman. Especially the last four months. The blonde looks at her husband with a little smile.

"I just don't want to wait to feel it, I want to be able to start making things for our baby, but it's too early to start a nursery" Elizabeth explains with a tiny smile.

"Where do you get that idea. We can start making things now and take our time making everything look really nice" Will suggests, it brings him great joy when Elizabeth jumps in his arms giggling happily.

"Tomorrow I am going to go to the linen shoppe and get some quilting squares so we can make a quilt for him," Elizabeth says. Will raises his eyebrow.

"That sounds lovely but I have one problem with that. Elizabeth's smile drops momentarily.

"Oh?" she asks, confused.

"How do you know it's going to be him?" WIll asks.

"I just know. I have a feeling we are going to have a handsome little man that looks just like his papa" Elizabeth smiles as she says this. Will chuckles and holds his wife against his chest.

"Ya well I think she is going to be a girl, she is going to look like both of us combined and be even more sassy then her mama. She is going to be strong minded and independent and not scared of getting her feet dirty" The dark brown haired man says to his wife.

"You know a boy is all of those things too" Elizabeth explains rubbing her soft cheek against his bristly one.

"I know I just always picture a little girl who looks just like you, it doesn't really matter to me who they are I just want them to be healthy"

"I will make sure to get neutral colors then. Maybe Yellow and green" ELizabeth says.

"Ok. I love you Elizabeth"

"And I love you"

After going to the linen shoppe the next day Elizabeth heads over to see her best friend.

"When did you start feeling kick's Winnie?" Elizabeth asks, placing a hand on her belly.

"I started feeling kicks around 16 weeks with all my young ones." Winnie answers as she folds up a little jumper and places it into her laundry basket.

"I haven't felt anything yet and it is starting to worry me"

"What are you? 17 weeks now?"

"I am 18"

"Oh well you have definitely felt kicks, they feel like little butterflies in your stomach or like your digesting a hearty breakfast but without the noise." winnie explains.

Elizabeth Turner freezes.

Then an oversized grin takes over her face, That same smile stays set in stone under her eyes. Later that night she tells Will that their baby was kicking. And she could feel it.

Sorry this took so long I have been enjoying my spring break with my kittens who have recently decided to start taking showers with me and rip up my ballet tights. Wish me luck with these crazy animals.
