Voices in the Wind

Awesamdude kneeled down to inspect each animal, checking to see if any were alive. Maybe they would have know what has happened. He called along Fundy for translation just in case. Being a fox hybrid, Fundy can communicate with different animals. Maybe they could see what happened.

"Do you think this is intentional or something some more sinister happened?" Fundy asked, stepping carefully around the bodies.

Awesamdude was silent as he reached for a single white fox. An arctic Fox. He lifted it's head to check for any slashes or cuts. Any signs of intentional damage. The body was clothed with deep cuts as if this... thing was thirsty for blood. This thing... was a danger.

Fundy stood beside Sam as he inspected the dead corpse. Fundy's ears folded back at the pitiful sight that surrounded them. His ears suddenly rose up at the strong scent. He lifted his head to sniff the air for a stronger sense.

"There was a strong sense of desperation..." Fundy said. Sam stood up and looked at Fundy.

"A desperation to kill?.." Sam asked as he looked around the area.

"Not quite... There is a hint of fear as well. This wasnt that long ago so the scent still lingers in the air." Fundy replied.

"This wasn't intentional, was it?" Sam turned to Fundy. His eyes widened in horror. Fundy nodded, meeting Sam's eye.

"It was accidental.."

--Meanwhile--

Tubbo sat on his bed. He stared down at his hands as they shook in horror. Flashes of the dead animals filled his mind. How... and Why did this happen??...

I didn't realise he was shaking so much until Puffy's hands fell on top of his, stopping the shaking. Tubbo looked up at the concerned yet smiling Puffy.

"It's Okay. Sam and Fundy are outside, dealing with it and as a precaution, you all will be staying over with me for the time being" Puffy smiled. Her presence brought comfort to the room. A source of safety. Her smile made him feel better, causing Tubbo to smile back at her. Ranboo remained silent, either not to cause panic or in deep thought.

Scared?...

Tubbo's eyes widened at the whisper. Puffy tensed up at the reaction before easing up. She whispered something to Ranboo, who nodded and climbed the ladder to Michael's Room.

Puffy turned and took Tubbo's hand, leading him outside and towards the dream smp.

"Where are we going?.." Tubbo asked with confusion.

"Just away from snowchester. Just for now. I can tell how tefferied you both were. I believe, for your own safety, we stay away for a while" Puffy replied as she jumped into a boat that waited along the shore. Ranboo appeared beside Tubbo with Michael in arms. He placed Michael in the boat gently before hopping in himself. He held out his hands to help Tubbo get in. Tubbo hesitated, looking back at his home before sighing. He took Ranboo's hand and stepped into the boat.

Puffy then got the oars to row across the water. Ranboo in the centre as to avoid Water. Tubbo sat with Michael, who was fantasized with the water. He carefully placed his hand into the water and quickly pulled it out with a giggle. Tubbo smiled at the giggling Michael and find himself more relaxed.

'No need to be scared...'

Moment of Relax was suddenly over. The whisper was clear. It has got to the point Tubbo was sure it was in his head. Maybe he was stressed. Dealing with trauma, a mass murder of animals and the grief of his best friend's death... He would ask Puffy about it later. She is dealing with so much right now.

It didn't take long for the boat to hit the shore. Ranboo was practically out of the boat first. Tubbo knew he hates water. It hurt him. It scars him. Tubbo lifted Michael to Ranboo, who took him gently. With his arms now free, Tubbo pushed himself out of the boat.

Both Tubbo and Ranboo followed Puffy to her home, which was a little down the prime path.

"Sorry about this, guys. It's a little crowed." Puffy sighed as she opened her door. Inside was a table with a few chairs. A crafting table and a furnace sat against the wall, opposite of the table. Tubbo's frantic mind relaxed at the comforting smell of scented candles of strawberry and bright colours that surrounded them.

Ranboo rushed upstairs with Micheal in arms. Puffy followed closely behind. Tubbo was sure they were going to put Micheal to sleep. It was past his bedtime. Tubbo pulled up a chair and sat down, waiting for Puffy and Ranboo.

As time passed, he looked out the window. The sky was bright with patches of orange, yellow and red as the sun set. Tubbo smiled at the sight. Flashes of the bench and Tommy filled his mind and his smile slightly fell. Tears filled his eyes at the memories. He missed Tommy so much. Their friendship will never be forgotten.

Tubbo pushed himself up from his seat and opened the door, letting the cool night breeze flood inside. He took a deep breath before stepping out into the cold air. He walked all the prime path. Tommy's laughter and smiles filled his mind as if he was actually there. Soon enough, Tubbo was standing right outside Tommy's house. A bunch of colourful flowers were placed outside in memory of him. Flowers that represent his colours, red and white. His home was left untouched as if people were afraid to disturb the dead boy and the peace.

'You miss him, right.??'

The voice was back. Tubbo was now used to it enough to not be startled.

"Yes.." Tubbo simply whispered with tears in his eyes.

'I can help you, Tubbo. You just need to let me in.'

"How??..." Tubbo asked. He was confused at the voice. How can the state of his own mind help him... Help him grief?

The voice was silent for a moment, allowing the whistles of the wind swiped past his ears. The silence was too loud for him. he wanted answers.

'I can help you get revenge. You need to let me in, Tubbo..'

Tubbo was conflicted at this statement. His kind mind screamed at him that something was wrong. To back away and ignore the quiet voice but his own anger and sadness overcame him. His need to avenge his death. To protect Tommy, just like he did for him.

"Tubbo..?" He whipped around, facing Ranboo, who looked at him in sadness. Ranboo slowly approached him and place his hand gently on his shoulder.

"Ranboo..." Tubbo spoke up. His voice cracked due to all his emotions that he kept bottled up.

"I know.." Ranboo whispered as he brought him into a comforting hug.

"It's time to go back. Puffy has set up a bed for you.." Ranboo spoke up, breaking the silent moment between them. He stretched down his hand towards Tubbo, who took it tightly.

Suddenly, his hand dropped, slipping out of Tubbo's grasp. His face was full of horror with hints of confusion.

"Ranboo..??" Tubbo asked, confused as he turned his head to see what Ranboo was reacting to.

Words vanished from his brain, leaving him speechless. He backed up slightly at the scene.

"Tommy...???"
