It was now Monday in homeroom, and Chuckie and Angelica were trying to keep as cool as possible in an attempt to lose their thought of Mike's beating. But to their surprise, all the students around them were discussing about the incident.

"Let's just remain calm," Chuckie said to the blonde.

"Are you kidding me? I'm stressed as hell right now!"

Seconds later Pangborn spoke over the PA. "Will Chuckie Finster please report to Vice Principal Pangborn's office, on the double!"

Chuckie sighed. "Yep, I am soooo screwed right now." Some of his classmates were booing at him.

"He's been in a great person our school!" One student shouted.

"How do you even sleep at night!?" another one said.

"Alright, enough, enough!" Mr. Nicholls ordered the class. "Just make your way to Mr. Pangborn's office, Mr. Finster."

"Yes, sir."

He knocked on Pangborn's door. "You wanted to see me, sir?"

He growled. "Have a seat, son." Chuck sat down, and Pangborn looked at him in the eyeball. "I hear you are responsible for Purnomo's beating. Is that true?"

Chuckie sighed, kowing there's no way around it. "Yes, sir. I'm responsible for what I did."

Pangborn growled a second time. "Well, now that you just admitted your actions, I'm putting you in suspension for a week."

"Fair enough... I'll just grab my stuff from my locker."

Pangborn then wrote a suspension notice to Finster's parents, and Chuck grabbed his stuff from his locker, much to the rest of the gang's surprise as they were heading for their first class.

"So, what happened?" Phil asked the red-haired.

"I got suspended."

"Wait. Pangborn suspended you?" Tommy gasped.

"I can't believe he suspended you," Angelica exclaimed.

"Neither do I," Chuckie replied. "But then again, he was a wrestler, so he probably knows people do some stupid things at the heat of things, but still no excuse."

Kimi suddenly snapped at Angelica. "This wouldn't have happened if you controoled yourself from being a sick fangirl, Angelica!"

"I know..." Angelica sobbed. "This.. this is all my fault."

"No, Angelica," Chuckie said, comforting her. "This is my fault. I should've known that it was some typical fangirlism."

"Yeah, Kimi," Phil said to her. "It's just typical fangirl stuff."

"Guess we'll see you after school then," Angelica told him. And they all rushed to their classes while Chuckie heads home to serve his suspension.

During Angelica's class, Savannah and some other classmates were whispering about Mike.

"You guys heard about Mike's incident, right?" Savannah whispered to her closest classmates.

"Brianna's boyfriend? Man, he's a nice guy who just wanted a normal lifestyle." One of the classmates said.

"It's terrible what happened to the dude. I think Angelica's in love with him," another said.

Angelica groaned at this, hating how she can't defend herself this time, from her classmates talking crap about her, to Brianna glaring at her all period.

'I'm downright hopless,' she thought to herself. She remained calm for the next few periods until it was lunch break. There, she joined the others.

"You look really stressed out, huh, Angelica?" Tommy noticed.

"Yeah, I'm so frickin hopeless. Everyone hates me and Chuck for Mike's incident."

"Yeah, since his name's on the school wall of fame," Dil commented.

"But don't forget he's never into fame," Lil added. "He just wants a normal simple life with true friends like us." They all agreed.

"So, we gonna visit him later?" Kimi asked for their confirmation. They all said 'yes'.

"I'll get Chuck to tag along," Angelica said.

"I don't think that's a good idea," Kimi objected. "He might be grounded."

"Hey, at least we tried," Phil said.

"Yeah, I guess you're right."

Later that day they were ready to meet up at the hospital. In the Finster's household...

"Mom, can I go out with Kimi to visit Mike at the hospital?" Chuck asked his mother for permission.

"Don't you remember you're grounded?" Kira reminded him.

"Mom, I know I'm grounded, but I gotta apologize to Mike; it's the only way for me to lose my guilt."

Chaz sighed. "I get it you feel terrible for what you've done, but your mother's words are final."

Kimi chimed in. "Chuckie can go with me; he won't go anywhere else."

Kira sighed, "You really want to go?"

"Yes," they both nodded.

"Well, as long as you wanna take responsibility and apologize," Kira said. "But don't go anywhere else."

"We won't," they both said. And they took off for the hospital.

45 minutes later they all met up at the parking lot.

"I don't feel myself worthy of seeing him," Angelica said.

"Hey, you and Chuck just go in and sincerely apologize to him," Susie told her.

"We'll both go in at the same time," Chuckie encouraged her. At that Angelica felt better, knowing it's the only way of losing her conscience. They made their way towards Ward D on the 9th floor, where Mike's at. Fortunately they met the doctor checking him.

"So, how is he?" Harold asked.

"His condition is improving. But he must not force himself too much for the time being." He excused himself moments later. Chuck and Angelica entered first while the rest waited out in the hall. To the pair's surprise, there was already a furious Brianna by his bed.

"What are you two doing here?" Brianna sneered.

"Penelope, wait," Mike calmed her anger down. "Hey, guys."

"Hey there, Mike," they both said, feeling ashamed.

"So uh, you know we're both very sorry for this, but... we really don't know how to apologize in this case.

"It was totally unorthodox of us," Angelica added.

Mike thought about it for a second, then spoke up. "It will take me some time to trust you both again."

They both sighed, feeling ashamed.

"You heard him, now get outta here!" Brianna scorned.

"Your temper, Penelope. This is a hospital, for Pete's sake," Mike told her.

"You really forgive these two after what they've done to you?"

"Not 100%. But they'll have to prove their sincerity."

Shortly after the rest of the group entered the room, feeling sympathy for him.

"So, how's your chest?" Lil asked.

"Feeling better... I'll be out in a day or two."

"Good to hear," Susie complimented. "Just don't force yourself too much."

"Yeah, my ribs're fucked up." They spent the next hour chatting about various stuff, from his recovery, to the school wanting him back and other various subjects until it was getting late.

"See you tomorrow," Phil patted him on the shoulder.

"Get well soon," Lil encouraged him.

"Once again, sorry about the beatdown," Chuckie told him. And they all returned to their respective houses.
