"I think it was the Konishi girl on the news." Francis tells Chie about what he saw last night.
"You mean Konishi Saki?"
"I didn't catch her first name."
"Weird." Chie scratches her chin.
"What is?" Francis asks.
"I saw a girl as well, and now that you mention it, it does look like Konishi-san."
"What are you two on about?" Hanamura asks playfully from the side.
"Oh, I think we both saw Konishi-san on the Midnight Channel."
Hanamura looks at Francis with what seems to be disappointment. "You actually tried it?"
"Aren't you worried though, Hanamura-kun, Francis-san might steal your dear senpai from you." Chie says playfully.
"I am more worried that he believes it…." Hanamura jeers.
"Oh ya," Chie turns back to Francis, "Francis-san, you never been to Junes, before, have you?"
"No. Feels like I heard the name more than enough though…" Francis responds with sarcasm.
"Hey, come on," Hanamura speaks up, "We aren't that bad…"
"I heard my cousin sing the song so many times by now…" Francis grumbles.
"It's a catchy song." Chie says.
"Not after you heard it as much as I did." Francis says.
Hanamura sighs.
"I meant no offense, just you know… Too much 'Everyday is great at Junes~" Francis says with slight guilt.
"Hey, don't kick it till you try it!" Chie says. "Hanamura, why don't we go there afterwards. You can introduce Francis-san to his soulmate, Saki-san while we are it!"
"Saki-san?" Hanamura glares.
"Just pulling your leg." Chie laughs.
"You just want me to treat you to some meat, don't you?" Hanamura asks.
"Well, you don't have to…" Chie goes off playfully. "Oh ya," Chie then looks behind Francis, "Yukiko, you wanna come too?"
Francis turns around to face Amagi, who carries a distressed expression.
"I am good." She starts leaving. "The inn is rather busy right now as well."
"Did something happen?" Francis asks kindly.
"Didn't you hear?" Francis turns back to Chie as she speaks. "It seems the announcer was staying at the place so it has gained a certain degree of notoriety now. You really don't know anything, do you?"
"I pay attention only to the stuff that matters. Plus, the news is kinda hard to understand at times." After Francis speaks, Chie looks to Amagi again.
"Ah! Goodbye, Yukiko!" The trio and Amagi exchange their farewells.
Francis soon finds himself at Junes, trying not to stare as Chie gobbles down her meat.
"Thank you for the meal..." Francis says weakly before he starts digging in as well.
"I swear, you are going to be the bane of me…" Hanamura grumbles as he takes a sip from his soda.
"Remind me who broke my copy of 'Trial of the Dragon'?" Chie says while stuffing her face.
"WIth this, we are even, okay?" Hanamura complains.
"Okay!" Chie says cheerfully while eating.
"You like Kungfu movies, Chie?" Francis asks.
"Tey arh ta bes!" Chie says while eating.
"Please swallow…" Hanamura grumbles.
After going through multiple plates, Chie makes a satisfied voice and proceeds to rub her stomach. Francis looks to her, and then over to his two plates.
"That is really amazing." Francis resists the urge to blurt out in English.
"Oh, look who's here, Hanamura!" As Hanamura looks over, Chie proceeds to speak mischievously, "Saki-san…"
"Just kidding!" Chie smiles sheepishly as Hanamura glares at her.
"I am just gonna greet her." Hanamura says before walking over.
As Hanamura walks over, Chie keeps on going.
"Those two have known one another for quite a while. Konishi-san took good care of Hanamura when he first moved here. I think you can imagine Hanamura is quite taken with her. Anyone you interested in, Francis-san?"
Francis tries to collect himself. "Well, I literally been here for weeks and have like two friends, so you know."
"Maybe I can help you get closer to Yukiko." Chie responds. "Just promise to treat her right!"
"Well, she's not exactly my type." Francis responds.
"That's rare…" Chie stares in surprise. "Guess foreigners really are different. Well, I know a bunch of people, I am sure I can find someone for you!"
"Well, I will be counting on you, then."
As Francis is walking home, he realizes he forgot to mention about his hand slipping through the TV. Though he doubts the others will believe him, he decides to share with them tomorrow.
