Everyone worked together, gets wards up. Bella was too focused to be mad at the moment. When she got home, her sisters were waiting anxiously.

"Bella!" Clarissa and Alice rushed her.

"I'm fine. Everyone is fine. Sit down." She said gently, motioning to the large leather couch in the front sitting room. "Where's dad?"

Jocelyn smiled. "He's on his way from the hospital. He was in surgery earlier, so…."

Bella nodded. "There's a lot to talk about." She said, looking at her sisters. "But before you start getting angry…just know that dad wanted the best for us. He was afraid, and fear makes people irrational."

"We're not really 17." Alice said, her sapphire eyes meeting Bella's.

"No. No you're not." Bella said with a nod.

Jocelyn sighed. "1712. That's when Bella was born first. When she was one, Alice, you were born, then Clarissa 10 months later." She began. "You girls are the Witches of the Eclipse. The ones from the stories we've told you about. The Goddess chose you three for that reincarnate gift. When Bella was 9, she was walking through the forest, near our home in what is now South Dakota. She was gathering herbs and other remedies for me, when she was approached by a man named Caius. He's a Warlock. He's not an ordinary Warlock. He can siphon magic, and well, he knew that the Cullen sisters were the Witches of the Eclipse. He went after Bella and she ran. She ran until she fell off a short cliff, and hurt herself badly. Caius marked her, the crescent shape scar on her wrist is his mark. She died, but…with Ragnor Fell's help, we were able to save her. After that, her magic became very unstable. The shadows nearly had her, and Bella was ripped away from them. So, it was an upset."

Bella rubbed a hand over her mother's arm when she choked up a little.

"The nightmares got worse, and while Bella slept, her magic would be uncontrolled, spiking, and it almost hurt Clarissa one night. So, your father thought it was best to start placing memory blocks, or memory wipes in your heads. To protect you. When you girls got older, the first time you all turned eighteen, I told your father that it was time to just…teach you girls how to strengthen your powers and not hinder them. But Caius would pop up, and we would move. We've dodged him for so long, and now…he's back and he's stronger, and it's just harder to keep these things from you girls now. You are very powerful witches."

Alice was quiet, normally she was loud, talkative, but now she was just sitting there, in thought.

"You girls have every right to be angry." Jocelyn said, tears rolling down her face.

Clarissa stood up. "You're right, we have every right to be angry, but we can't change the past. All we can do, is learn what we can do to help now."

Jocelyn wiped her face, nodding. "Thank you."

Bella looked at Clarissa. "Father will undo the blocks in your minds. But Clarissa….something terrible happened to you, almost 200 years ago."

Clarissa frowned. "What was it?"

Jocelyn wiped her face again. "You gave birth…she was stillborn, and you were crushed."

"I….I had a baby?" Clarissa looked astonished.

"Yes, you named her Marisol, and she was beautiful. She would have been a wonderful witch." Bella said softly.

Clarissa shook her head. "Where was my husband?"

"You two were engaged to be married." Jocelyn said. "But, when you two lost Marisol, you lost each other."

"Where is he? Is he okay now?" Clarissa asked, bewildered still.

Bella nodded. "Yes, he's fine now, or as fine as I guess I can gather."

"Who is he?" Clarissa asked, looking from her mother to Bella.

"Jace." Bella said gently.

Clarissa blinked a few times, pressing a hand to her stomach. "When we were dancing…I thought maybe….maybe I sensed a connection, but I just ignored it, because Bella, you-"

"I have no romantic feelings for Jace, Clarissa. Never. He has a curse, placed on him by his father. We found out that the curse was his child. He lost his first born child because of a curse his father put on him. The theory is that other children would be fine, but Jace never….never wanted to chance it again. He left you, still broken, something I'll never-"

"He lost a child, Bella…"Clarissa said, her voice wavering. "Of course he was hurting, and if he believes he was to blame, then I understand. Where is he now? I have to talk to him."

Jocelyn swallowed. "Jace won't come here because of your father. Your father will kill him on sight."

"No I won't." Carlisle said as he came into the room. He sighed, his eyes were saddened, looking at his girls now. "I was angry back then…but now…after nearly two hundred years, I understand the pain. I understand that he didn't want to stick around and watch me continue to take away memories…take away parts of who you girls are. I'm so sorry," he said, his voice cracking a little.

Bella went to her dad, stared at him. "You had no right to continue doing what you did. But." She paused, looking back at her sisters. "We understand. We understand why you did it. We want to move forward, past this, and make sure there are no more secrets."

Carlisle nodded, and then Bella hugged him. He hugged her tight, kissing the top of her head. "I only wanted the best for you girls. I couldn't bear the thought of any of you getting hurt. I should have listened to your mother, and Magnus. I should have made better choices, but I was afraid. It's inexcusable, I know, but…I just want you to know I am sorry."

Alice tried a small smile. "It's okay dad. We're okay. Let's just, remove these blocks. I'm tired of feeling like I'm going crazy. I have been having dreams of lives I've never lived before…only, I have lived them, and I just want to be able to help. With my magic stunted because of the blocks, I can't help as much as I want."

Carlisle nodded, releasing Bella and going to Clarissa and Alice. He took a breath, and closed his eyes. He chanted something softly, and then reached out, touching both their foreheads with an index finger. He finished the spell, the glow of blue around his fingertips sparked, and then Clarissa and Alice stumbled backwards, their heads exploding with pain, as memories and power flooded them.

Jocelyn put her hands over her mouth as she watched her daughters struggle with the pain, but there was nothing that she could do now.

When the pain subsided, Alice and Clarissa looked at each other. Every memory they had came back, and their power was reachable now. It wasn't a struggle to access it. Like before, Alice had to struggle to be able to heat the ground around her so she could walk without slipping on ice. Now, she knew that she could use her magic easier now.

Bella hugged her sisters to her. "It's so good to have you back." She murmured. She wasn't a shy woman. Never was before her father started manipulating memories. Now, she was who she was supposed to be all along. That was brave, strong, and confident.

[The Next Day]

Despite being 300 years old, Bella and her sisters decided that school was a good place to be. They were given the option not to go, but for now, it just seemed normal. This way, they could keep an eye of things easier. There were still young witches that needed guidance, and protection from Caius. If they were at the school, they would be safer, as the wards at the school were the strongest now.

They pulled up in the parking lot, and Jace was there, waiting. He went to Bella immediately. "Bella, I-"

"I'm fine." Bella said. "I understand more now."

Jace nodded, and then reached a hand out, taking her hand. "I just want you to know that I never intended for anyone to get hurt. I befriended you more because I missed having you there to talk to. When Clarissa and I were engaged, I know it was wrong then…I know that-"

"No." Bella held up a hand, and then Clarissa and Alice got out of the car. "Don't speak of it again." She murmured quietly. "Our father undid the blocks in their minds." She told Jace.

Clarissa looked at Jace, her eyes showing him the pain that she felt, but also the love that she had for him. "Jace…."She murmured.

Jace looked at Clarissa. "Oh Clarissa. I promise you I-"

"I understand why you left. I understand you were hurting too…"Clarissa said, and went to him. She grabbed both his hands in hers. "Let's start over….shall we?"

Jace looked at her. "Clarissa…I….I don't want you to get hurt. What if-"

"It's fine." She said softly. "We'll be okay. I love you Jace, I know that it seems silly now that it's almost 200 years later, but I truly love you."

Bella smiled. "I'm going to go talk to Magnus, let him know we're okay." She said and left Jace and Clary in the parking lot. The ice melted away before her as she walked. She was dressed in a long flowing skirt, and her blouse was ruffled. Her hair was in waves down her back, and yes, she wore makeup. She was not a shy, timid little girl. She walked into the school and found Magnus in the auditorium.

Magnus looked up at her. "Are you feeling okay today?"

"I am." Bella said and walked down the few stairs towards the stage. She looked at Magnus. "Why didn't you chase me?"

"What? Follow you around the globe as your father manipulated memories, and went against my advice? Bella I am eight hundred years old." Magnus said with a sigh. "I know your grandmother well. I remember when Carlisle was a boy. After the Salem Witch Trials, they fled from the area, and I had the chance to watch Carlisle grow up. School him. But he didn't listen to me when I told him that it was not a good idea to take your memories. I couldn't watch him do that repeatedly. Call it selfish or whatever, but I didn't want to put myself through that hurt."

"Why would you hurt? I don't remember you being particularly attached to any of my sisters." Bella said, oblivious.

Magnus looked at her. "Bella…" he murmured. He reached out, his hand brushing a strand of her hair behind her ear and caressed her cheek. "Do you remember the garden?"

Bella blinked a few times, the memory flowing back.

The glow of the moon was bright, casting a light glow over the flora in the garden, the garden that Bella tended to. It was her perfect spot. Her skirts on her dress billowed to her ankles, but her shoulders were bare. Her dark hair was wound up, a stick through the bun to hold it in place, a couple curls falling forward, framing her face. Her crystal, sapphire eyes were mystery, but at the same time, they held so much wonder, so much passion. Magnus walked into the garden. "You are leaving again." Bella spoke, her back turned to him.

"I have to." Magnus said, his voice sad.

"Father is going to take my memories again." Bella said, simple, straight to the point.

"Yes."

Bella turned and faced Magnus, in the moonlight, she could see the sparkle of his dark eyes. He was wearing dark clothing, the shirt was ruffled, his vest buttoned with silver buttons, and the overcoat was long to the middle of his calf, and was lined in silver. His hair was a dark wave on his head, barely brushing over his ears, and he had a neatly shaped goatee. He was exquisite. "Stay with me."

"I cannot."

"Then I'll go with you." Bella said.

Magnus shook his head. "Bella, your father…"

"I'm tired of running. If not for you, then I would know nothing of Caius, nothing of what happened in my previous life."

"That is the point. Your father is going to take your memories again, and I cannot stop him, and I cannot watch you suffer like this." Magnus said, his eyes were sad, looking at her beauty under the light of the moon. "I should not have grown attached." He murmured.

Bella shook her head. "You do not understand Magnus, I-"

"No. Do not say that. I must go now." Magnus said and turned away from her, but she reached out, her hand on his firm arm.

"Magnus, let me speak. You have been my best friend. The one person I trust the most, you cannot take that away from me now."

"Bella, I must. I have no other choice."

"If you go, I will forget you." Bella said, her voice wavering, tears breaching the surface.

Magnus turned, looking at her. He hated to see her cry. "Oh Bella…" he murmured, and then he leaned in, placing a kiss above her brow. "We will meet again." He murmured. "Just know that I love you." He said, nearly a whisper, and then he vanished into a purple fog.

Bella nodded. "I remember."

"Then you know why I was hurting so much."

"But…"

"I did not want to be the reason you got hurt." Magnus started. "I did not want to be the one that kept having to tell you about what your father was doing. I couldn't take you with me, because that would be unfair to you. Unfair to your sisters. There was more at stake than my love for you, Bella."

Bella shook her head. "I would have understood. I would have been okay to go with you."

"But your sisters would not. Your mother….would not. I am not a thief Bella. I would never steal you away from your home, or your family."

"But you were family too."

"No. I was just-"

Bella moved quick, her arms reaching up, framing his face as she kissed him. She surprised herself, but she also surprised Magnus. Her lips met his in a furious passion. His lips parted for her to sweep her tongue across his.

His hands moved to her hips, pulling her against him instinctively. His heart beat rapidly as he finally felt her lips against his, after so many years of dreaming of this moment, dreaming of her. No other woman, or man ever satisfied his heart, not like this moment, not like Bella.

Her body fit neatly against his, perfect, like they were part of the same puzzle.

"Magnus….take me." She rushed the words out.

"We're at school." Magnus said, his voice strained, resting his forehead against hers.

"I don't care."

"Student, teacher relations are taboo." Magnus said.

Bella shook her head. "I don't care. I'm 300 years old."

"And I am 800. I am old enough to be your father."

"I don't' care. I want this, I want you." Bella said, her eyes looking up at him.

Magnus stared back at her. "The dressing room." He murmured, and he took her hand and lead her to the dressing room, closing the door, and hitting the lock. He turned and looked at her. "Are you sure about this?"

"One hundred percent." Bella said, not hesitating as she pulled her shirt up and over her head.

Magnus unbuttoned the front of his shirt, shrugging it off. The swirls of tattoos kissed his body, in swirling designs across his chest. Her hands moved over his bare skin, sending shivers through him. His hands moved to her hips pulling her skirt up, and slipping her panties down and she stepped out of them. His mouth covered hers again, his tongue lapping against hers again, his fingers diving into her folds, getting a moan from her. Her hands pulled at his pants, unbuttoning the front, as he stepped out of them and his boxers. Her hands stroked along his long, hard shaft, and he groaned, lifting her and pinning her against the wall, her legs hooking around him as he positioned himself at her entrance. He pushed inside her, and she felt the stretching pain, but she pushed through it, adjusting to him as he fit into her slow, sheathing himself all the way. He kissed her softly.

"Are you okay?"

"Yes, please, more." She said breathless.

Magnus thrust into he, trying to be gentle but she pushed against him, riding him as much as he was driving into her. She felt her whole body tighten, in response to him, getting ready to release, as he drove into her faster and faster. Her mouth sought his, their mouths drinking in each other's pleasure. She felt herself orgasm hard, shaking her like an earthquake, and she moaned against his mouth. She clenched around him tight, her essence hitting his tip straight on, causing him to swell tight inside her. Each stroke was pushing him closer and closer, until he busted open, leaking inside her. His hips slammed against hers hard, his cock pulsing as he emptied himself. He moaned against her lips as she had before, his mouth moving over hers again, kissing her with passion, and love. He admitted he didn't know this day would come. And now that it had, it was earth shattering for him. He had been with several women, and men over his time on this green earth, but this was what his soul, and heart longed for. What it needed.

"Magnus?"

"Hmm." He said, his eyes closed, as he rested his forehead against hers.

"Are you okay?"

"Yes. I'm perfect. I'm just…. trying to get the energy up to set you down. I don't…ever want to be without you." He murmured.

Bella smiled, and kissed his lips softly and he summoned the energy and set her down on her feet. Her skirts billowed to her ankles again, and she felt his seed slide down the inside of her leg.

"Are you okay?" Magnus asked.

Bella nodded. "I'm wonderful. Perfect." She let him pull his pants back on, and then hugged him, her head resting on his bare chest. She could hear his heartbeat still hammering in his chest. His arms came around her too, and held her.

"You missed homeroom." Magnus murmured.

"I know. I don't care." Bella said with a smile. "I've been to highschool several times. I'm not too worried about it. I'm just here to make sure the other young witches and Warlocks are safe. Caius is dangerous, and I can keep an eye on things if I'm here." She said and then she looked around for her panties, finding them, she pulled them up. She felt the slide of more of both their fluids, trickle down her leg. "Magnus."

"Yes?"

"You know….this, what we did. Your seed…inside me."

Magnus nodded. "I didn't think. I'm sorry."

"No, no. It's fine. I just…wanted you to know that I am not on any sort of birth control. I should have thought about it before, but honestly, I don't mind. Do you?"

Magnus smiled, reaching for her. "Bella. I'll have condoms next time if that is what you wish. That's if you want there to be a next time."

"Of course I want a next time." Bella said. "We should be careful though right? With Caius….and everything." She thought about it. She couldn't hide forever and she always wanted children.

Magnus kissed the top of her head. "If that is what you want. I will never let Caius hurt you. You know that right? I'll protect you with everything I am. The new wards are going up tonight, with the help of your sisters. I believe we can make them last. Ragnor has called in a favor from some old friends. They are even older than he is, and far stronger than Caius. We'll be able to keep you and your sisters safe."

Bella nodded. "Okay." She tilted her head up to look at him. "I love you."

"I love you too." Magnus breathed. He longed to hear her say those words, and now she has said them and he just wanted to hear her say it over and over again. "I have to tell your father about us. I-"

"No. You will not. I'll tell him, and on my terms. I may have forgiven him, but I still want him to see me as the witch and woman I am. The timing should be right, and right now, it isn't." Bella said.

Magnus nodded his agreement. "You're right." He said.

"Of course I am." Bella said with a small smile. She leaned up, kissing him again. "I have to go to first period though, so I…will see you later." She said and pulled her shirt back on and combed her fingers through her hair before grabbing her bag and leaving Magnus there shirtless.
