Ichika Orimura has finally come to a point where his choices and questions take him to another step on his journey in life. However, as his noble cause for those he loves reaches to a standstill, the mystery of the only male pilot in the world deepens when an adversary enters the fray, reminding each and every person dear to him how fickle and short life is.

5. A Greeting

Hello There!

As you can see... the whole Schedule thing was not achieved. I am deeply sorry. I have no excuses to make nor anything to say about this... but, in the middle of writing the current chapter I was working on, a loved of mine that I was close with had passed away. She was one of the people responsible for helping me with ideas in regards to Zenith and my other story, Lightbringer. The loss has affected me greatly these past few weeks and it hampered my ability to write anything.

Right now, this is just a mere status report on my end. However, I will say that while I still feel the still ongoing sadness in my heart, writing has helped me cope somewhat to keep going even if at a moderate pace.

So... for now, I wish you all would continue to be patient with me. To compensate, I will try my best to give out the best quality of the chapters I will send out (hopefully) this early April as a promise.

Thank you so much for your support and I hope you have a good day. As for the order of the postings, yes the first will still be the Zenith chapter which I had to rewrite about 50% all over again. It's doing well as of now and I'm contacting with one of my BETAs to finish this soon.

Without further adieu, I do hope to see you all again and do not fret, no story shall be discontinued.

For Winter's Requiem Readers: The next chapter "Guardians" is already planned and I will submit the plot for discussion to my co-writers and BETAs. Will start writing this soon.

For Mortal Reminder Readers: To compensate the loss of time, I will promise to post a Two-Part Chapter (which technically was the plan months ago)
