AN:Hello everyone we are finally going to Inazuma. It is going to be from a 3rd person perspective for a while and I'm going to be having a lot of leeway with the new characters' personalities.
Lumine sat on a cliff watching the city she knew and loved known as Khanreiah being torn apart. She saw Men, women, and children being torn apart by the blocks of Celestia. Blood dripped off the destroyed buildings as she heard her name in the distance. "Lumine ,Lunine wake up" She heard as her eyes shot open the night sky greeting her as Paimon floated next to her. She felt tears on her face causing her to wipe them away. Once she was able to calm down she stood up going off to find something to do. Before she could do that however she felt a hand on her shoulder. Anagi was looking at her smiling as she blinked confused as to why he was in Liyue two days early. "Hey Lumine,we're leaving earlier than I thought so spend tomorrow doing what you need because plans have changed." he said explaining to her the issue with Durin. " Wait we can't leave now then they need us" She said as Anagi sighed. "Don't worry, I have someone who can help plus when we go to Inazuma i'm sure we can answer a lot of questions." Lumine sighed walking away as the sun started to rise in Liyue. "Are you sure we can go so far away when this is going on." Anagi sighed as he walked into Liyue harbor "Yes because Baal can give us far more answers considering she was also there 500 years ago" he said as he walked in behind her.
"Spend the day dealing with whatever you need to. I'll be going to talk to our Durin Babysitter." He said, sprinting off, leaving Lumine to her thoughts as she walked around Liyue before seeing Madame Ping calling her over. As Lumine would start her journey for a teapot Anagi was running over to another Adepti Beast. He knocked on the heavy door that lay right outside of Ganyu's place of work. He smiled as a sleepy Zola answered the door shirtless as usual. "Why don't you ever wear a shirt and good morning" Nagi said as Zola blinked walking back in as Anagi followed. " Well one because this is my mom's house, two I'm an Adepti and we only wear shirts because humans want us to," he said, giving Anagi the thought about Xaoi walking around Liyue Naked. The thought darkened his expressions as Zola turned around. "Um dude are you ok you look sick, wait you better not be thinking of my mom" he said as the room got colder before Nagi looked at him confirming he wasn't. "Anyway what do you want it's far too early for training and I don't see with you so I still have time on my book" he said sitting down as Ganyu walked into the living room ready for work. Their home definitely matched that of an Adepti with only the necessities in their dark yellow and blue home. "Hello Ms. Ganyu '' Anagi said giving Ganyu a formal bow as she smiled '' Oh Hello Anangi it's nice to see you what brings you here today" She asked as Anagi sat down.
"Well Durin is back and I need Zola to watch him while I'm off in Inazuma," he said calmly as Ganyu and Zola blinked eyes the size of dinner plates. "Um, you mean the dragon that threatened Mondstat for years right?" Zola asked as Nagi nodded. " Um with all due respect Anagi my son here just got back yesterday I dont know if he should be doing that so soon." She said as Zola stood. "It's ok mom, I'm rested and ready plus Durin lost to storm terror right. That means I could take him easy at full strength let alone a recently revived version." he said grabbing a shirt and putting it on. Zola sure did have pride in his home. Of course he wasn't sure if that pride could compete with Noelle's of Mondstat so he would be sure to remind him to not say that around her. "Well if you think you can do it then sure but where will you stay i'm sure not at Dragonspine." She said as Zola gulped. "Um well you know my sister lives there. I'm sure she wouldn't mind me staying with her" He said as Ganyu thought nodding. "Wait but Rosaria only has one bed, couldn't you just stay with Mona" Anagi said, covering his mouth in fake shock.
Ganyu turned around quickly with a face that had irritation plastered all over her smiling face. "Excuse me I wasn't aware Ms. Megistus moved there, surprised she has enough money" She said as Zola shot Anagi a glare before smiling at his mom. "You see mom, the traveller helped her out and I heard she is doing good by herself."He said as Ganyu shot him a look that froze him on the spot. "I see so I'm sure you're dying to see how she's doing so much so you would rather not be with your mother" She said turning her back to him as Zola touched her shoulder. "Mom I swear you can trust her I really think she is settling down for once."He said as Ganyu raised an eyebrow looking around at him. "Oh so is she finally your girlfriend now or will it be another little while?"She said huffing. Ganyu couldn't stand the girl. She loved the young women's intelligence, love for knowledge and dedication to her craft. However, what she could not stand was the pony show Ganyu thought she was playing with her son. "I mean I guess to someone my age 7 years is a little while but not to a human. Why not find you someone who will at least claim you and not siphon you for everything you worked so hard for!"She said, raising her voice a bit. Anagi and Zola could tell that Ganyu was about to go to another level.
"Mom I promise you it's fine we have been friends since we were kids she has only looked out for me." He said as Ganyu's face started to form into a stronger frown the longer this went on. "Hm ok well since you want friends then what about Yanfei you two have known each other since you were little. "She said as Zola looked at her Questioningly. "Well Yanfei is like 30 and she reminds me of you way too much." He said as she sighed. "Literally pick anyone else, um what about a young girl at the teashop, or that Deacon girl you keep fighting with, or even Lady Keqing" She said, getting a laugh out of the two boys at the mention of those names. "Ok mom i'm not really a fan of tea, Barbara is married to her stupid drunk god, and Keqing haha"He said laughing as Anagi stood handing to the door."That was so funny mom really, but seriously dont worry ok just trust me"He said kissing her on the cheek before leaving out the door with Nagi. "Seriously how does she not know about Keqing and Nan Shao"Nagi asked as Zola shrugged. "I don't know but i'm not telling her because I will not be responsible for the wrath of Ninguang"
He said as they stopped by a perfume shop. "Hey ying how's it going I need a few bottles of your best stuff preferably glaze lily inspired " He said as the middle aged women turned around smiling. Her smile widened as she saw Anagi before Zola tapped her shoulder. "Oh by the way this is Anagi Menci"He said, stressing the last name as Yinger nodded looking away from the younger boy. " Of course dear um are you sure your mother is fine with this."She said as he nodded ." Well of course after all she can't be upset at things she doesnt know about."He said, elbowing Anagi for the earlier slip up. Yinger nodded going into her shop. "Come back at noon, how will you be paying?"She asked her voice laced with the sensual energy she often spoke with to new customers. "Mora this time, i'll see you later"He said walking away as she waved at him her back turned to them or more specifically Zola . "I'm not going to ask about that because it reminds me of my mother," Nagi said as he informed him on the Durin situation.
"I see I'm glad you came to me, I can definitely help with that but why are you going to Inazuma, there not exactly welcoming people especially to you. "He said as Anagi nodded. "I know but I think it's time I get answers plus I sense that something is up with Tevayt and I would like to be ahead of the curve"He said as Zola nodded their eyes looking up at Celestia. "Yeah it is. I'll see what I can get from that old dragon and the bard" He said as Anagi nodded looking toward the Wamin restaurant. "However I'm starving and well I heard Liyue treat their guest nicely."He said smiling as Zola shoved him lightly. "Yeah you're no guest dude plus I have no mora to spare i'm gonna use it on the apology gift for my mom" He said, shooting him a look as Nagi let out a breath. "Oh come on dude she was gonna find out anyway" He said as they made it to the restaurant. The Young chef known as Xiangling smiled seeing her favourite customer and guest. "Well hello I'm assuming you want the usual veggies and what would you like Anagi?" She said as she only looked at Zola. Zola rubbed Xianglings head, having not seen her in a while. "Hey kid, I see you're still as energetic as usual. How are the others"He asked as Anagi looked at them both with a look of disappointment on his face pointing to the tiashen meat. Xiangling blushed as she ran off to make Zola's food before she got to see Anagis pick.
"The youth of Liyue is the best it's ever been. Chongyun and Xingqui are there usual stupid selves and Xinyan is still trying to change her face"She said as she served up him vegetarian abalone. "Oh Nagi did you want something"she said as Anagi sat still pointing at the picture of tiashen meat, his face stuck in cold disappointment. "Oh ok coming up" She said running off as Nagi looked at Zola. "You're an idiot, you know that," He said, causing Zola to raise an eyebrow. "Hm what I do. Oh is it because I was talking to Xiangling so much my bad. I just haven't seen the kid in awhile and I wanted to catch up. I mean she is like my little sister so it's my job to look after her" He said smiling as Nagi shook his head slowly amazed by the obliviousness of one of the smartest people he knew. "Like I said an idiot" He said getting served his food.
As they ate, catching up on what was happening in each other's respective nations, relationships, and general lives they felt a tremor coming from the north west. "Um Zola I think Liyue is cursed again "He said as Zola kept eating. "Oh relax that's normal may just be the chasm. I mean you act like Azhdaha has come back. "He said as he finished his third bowl. "Yeah because ancient gods have never come back to harm Liyue"Anagi said as Zola looked at him."Come on dude there is no way that happens twice"He said before sitting up from his seat seeing that the sun was high in the sky showing its status as noon. "Welp time to go pick up my gift and I have some business to attend to so you go meet with Beidou about the trip tomorrow."Zola said smiling as Anagi put his hand on his shoulder."Be safe man we need that head of yours" Zola laughed lightly."And we need your strength" He said before leaving to meet Yinger. As he left Anagi walked to the Crux. When he got to the port closest to the ship he jumped into the air toward it. He landed on the ship a second later as the crew looked at him in shock. "Hey don't go jumping on my ship unless you want another bruise bigger than the last."Beidou said smiling as Anagi waved before jumping back dodging a sword attack. "Hello wind boy I see you're still the same pain in the ass"Anagi said as Kazhua stood in front of him."and I see you still get that arrogance from your mother" he said as Beidou got in between them. They never got along which was gonna make this trip difficult." Ok let's relax no fighting ok this trip will be peaceful that goes for both of you" As to not to cause Beidou to be upset Anagi backed off as did Kazhua. "Fine I just came to discuss the entry plan" He said as Beidou raised an eye.
On the other side of town Zola had just grabbed his perfumes and laid them at Ganyu's job. As he walked back a small hand tapped his calf. He looked down to see his favorite little honorary adepti. "Hey Qiqi, how are you doing?"He said picking the girl up looking at her talisman to see if the seal was still working. "Hello Zola I see you have returned can you take me to see the coco goat" she said as he laughed."Sorry not today I have to leave soon but when I get back I promise we will look again" he said as she smiled causing Zola to grin. "However in the meantime I have a special delivery for you at 's. Go over and ask her ok" he said setting her down as she nodded. She gave him a hug before she ran off. He smiled watching her go. "Such a sweet girl, I hope my kids are like that" He said as he felt a person by his ear. "Well with your attitude I doubt it" Yanfei said smiling at him. "Well maybe I can find a person who can calm me down" he said as yanfei faked embarrassment. "Well if you would have me I must warn you it can get pretty heated with me" She said stifling a laugh as Zola grimaced "A pun really Yanfei your an old women and your humor still hasn't changed" He said receiving a thump on the forehead from her.
"If i'm old you're not too far behind, plus I thought you liked older women" He shrugged. "Well yes I do but you're too old right Auntie" He said as she threw a fireball at him missing him by an inch. "I let the first one slide don't test your luck" she said as she walked back toward the entrance to the harbour. "Hey I heard Ganyu was pretty upset today that wouldn't have anything to do with your inability to keep to yourself would it?" she said as he rolled his eyes following. " No not necessarily plus you cant lecture me, you're the one who introduced me to most of my 'friends' anyway" he said as Yanfei thought to herself. "Hm I guess that's true but I didn't make you do anything. You should take a note out of the part adepti book. Work comes before women, or men, or other things" she said as Zola looked at her shaking his head. "You are an odd one. Plus that's just the human side of us. We can't help it" he said as Yanfei smiled. "Well your mom helped it for almost 4000 years now". "Well my mom also doesn't hang out with anyone either"
Yanfei looked at him shocked. "Hey we hang out, and she sometimes hangs out with Ningguang and granny" she said causing him to look at her questiongly. "Really all you two talk about is your jobs. Ning just talks about liyue. And Granny just talks about fate and the stars and shit" he said as Yanfei giggled. "Yeah that's true I guess. Well since I talk so much about my job why don't you teach me to talk about something else with a date." "You just want me to take you to Juyeun Karst because you're too scared to talk to Xiao '' he said as she looked away confirming his suspension. "Anyway I have a mission to do so I have to go and do so i'll see you later" He said as she sighed kissing him on the cheek before receiving one in turn. She ran off to her office as he sighed walking out of Liyue before seeing the traveller walking past him with an angry look on their face as they headed straight to the docks. "Oh no that doesn't look good and I have a feeling I know why" He said sensing the prime adepti not too far away.
As Lumine walked toward the docks she was filled with anger as she waved to the ship causing it to steer its way to her. "Lumine what's going on" Anangi said with a bruise on his cheek. "We are leaving now" She said, climbing on as Beidou raised her eyebrow. Anangi grabbed her hand before she tore it away. "What happened to you Lumine? " He said squatting down to her as she sat down on a stool. Beidou chuckled motioning her crew to set sail as Kazhua came up from below deck sporting a black eye. Lumine saw him and her face scrunched into anger. "I will find out what happened even if I have to fight Baal '' She said as everyone's eyes went wide. "Woah Lumine relax I don't know what happened but that's a huge leap you're taking." He said Bediou nodded. "She ain't just an Archon she is the raiden shogun, a girl not to be fucked with." She said as Kazhua nodded. "Indeed she controls the land with an iron fist." He said as Lumine stood and went into the cabin area as Anagi sighed. They were leaving Liyue waters now and he knew it was too late to stop her now. "Welp I guess we're going" he said, pulling out his polearm and sending a lightning bolt into the sky. "Well mom, I'm off I hope Ayaka is prepared to improvise"
He said going into the cabin area. As they sailed off, Beidou sat in the captain quarters looking at their travel plan. Kazhua walked in taking a seat beside her. "Why are you helping them anyway with that vision hunt going down it puts you at risk?" She nodded smiling. "I Know and I don't plan to go in. However I would like some info so if you would be so kind" She said, giving him a smile. "You want me to go in great?" He said, sighing as she giggled. "Of course thanks so much now get some sleep" he stood and grumbled to himself before walking to his room. As he left, Beidou's smile went away replaced by a much more somber expression. "What on earth are you planning, boy" She said to herself before hearing a light thunk coming from behind her. She ran out of the cabin before seeing a purple boot sticking out from behind a barrel. When she looked behind it she saw a small girl with blond hair and an eyepatch. "Oh um hello great slayer of the sea beast I am Fischl the-" She was cut off by Beidou closing a hand around her throat. "Ok you have seconds to explain who you are." She said Fischl smiled nervously. "Well it's a long story I brought wine" She said
Day came as the guests woke walking out onto the deck as the islands known as Inazuma showed in the distance. Anagi waved to Lumine who looked a lot less angry than yesterday. "Good Morning Lumine, Morning Fischl" He said to the girl who was sitting at a table enjoying food, kissing her on the cheek before he looked at her. "What the hell are you doing here!" He asked as Fischl looked away. "Well you see my faithful servant of darkness. A ruler does not leave her subjects to forge their way through the perilous dark-"He cut her off pinching her cheeks. "Fischl I appreciate the concern but tell Amy that if she doesn't leave I'm going to send her to the Hall of souls"He said smiling through his anger. Beidou tapped his shoulder pointing to the island. " Sorry but we are almost there which means we are way too far away to get her back so looks like you have to keep my prodige safe"she said as Anagi blinked"Huh what do you mean Prodige"
Lumine sat next to Fischl to eat too tired from yesterday to even ask how Fischl had come aboard. Beidou chuckled before ignoring Anagi's concern. They stopped a nice swim away from the central island. "Welcome to Inazuma CIty" Beidou said as the beautiful purple city shined in the distance buzzing with life. "Ok I guess I wont be getting an answer, let's get ready to go" He said leaving to grab his bag as everyone got ready to make it to the Raiden Shoguns turf. Once everyone was ready they stood in the middle of the ship. "Kazhua, why are you going with us?" Anagi asked, annoyed by the man's presence. "To keep an eye on you, plus I haven't seen Lady Ayaka or Mimi in ages". Anagi rolled his eyes before holding out an empty bag. "Ok due to the vision hunt we need to hide our vision, traveller since you don't need one, you're going to be our main source of protection" he said showing his vision and the bag as Kazuha dropped his in the bag first. Fischl blinked nervously as she held her vision in her hand. "Fischl unless you want to go back I need to hide it."He said as she sighed and handed it over.
"Next thing, sense we can't dock. We will be entering through that side area." He said pointing to a forest clearing to the left of the large gate." ok and how exactly do we get there if we are not swimming". ''How we get there is simple," he said, throwing his spear toward the island. It landed inside the group of trees as everyone waited for his next move. He put his arm around everyone and with a breath they felt a light over take them before ending up in a bush surrounded by trees and plants. "How the hell did we get here?" Lumine said as Kazhua brushed himself off. " Simple, it's an ability of mine. I can summon myself and others to my spear the same way I can summon my spear to me." He said smiling as he dropped his vision in the bag before tying it up and dropping it in his larger bookbag. "Ok now follow me" he said walking through the brush as they finally came out into Inazuma City.
Though the part they had arrived at was far less densely populated. In fact it was almost barren as there were no people around. "Perfect no we just-" he said before a sword was being placed at his neck. "Trespassers state your name or else" Said a girl with white hair who had a dress that seemed to be a mash between elegance and warrior. "Ayaka bukafu Inazuma Kamisato demands an answer" She said as a tall boy with horns on his head came from Behind her pointing his polearm directly at the traveler. "Simply, we just wanted to see the Cherry blossoms fall to the sea," Anagi said, smiling as Ayaka hit him lightly on the head before letting him go. "Stupid boy why on earth are you so early" SHe said waving to the horned man to relax. He let his spear drop as well as his serious face before hugging Anagi fiercely. "Naggs man it's been forever how are you?" He said, causing Anagi to push him away. "I'm doing great, actually I will be better when I can take a shower" He said, looking at Ayaka before she rolled her eyes. "I Should call the Bakufu on you," she said before Kazuha smiled walking to the front. "I agree I truly think it would teach him humility" He said as Ayaka smiled giving him a hug. "Well for one hello Kazuha nice to see you and also are you two still not getting along" She said as Anagi looked away from her causing her to sigh and walk off. "Come on, I told MiMi to get everything ready for you. Remember our deal Nagi no running off this time." She said smiling as he nodded before Fischl tugged at his shirt. "U-um the Prinzessin would like to know where we are headed" she said nervously before he grinned. "The best place in Inazuma the Kamisato House"
