Recap from last chapter: Auggie had a panic attack and disappeared causing everyone to think he was missing. Meanwhile Josh thought Maya stood him up because everyone was looking for Auggie and forgot to tell him. What happens next? Keep reading to find out!

(alarm goes off)

Maya: Riley! Turn off your alarm!

(beeping continues)

Maya: Riley!!

(beeping continues so she gets up to see Riley is no where to be found and neither is Josh)

Maya: How is it that she does this almost everyday?

(a sudden knock at the door startles Maya)

Maya: Coming!

(the door opens)

Maya: Oh Sam, good morning.

Sam: Good morning!

Maya: What are you doing here so early?

Sam: Can we talk?

Maya: Yeah sure.

(he comes in and takes a seat at her desk)

Sam: You should sit down for this.

(she walks over to her bed to take a seat)

Maya: Is someone dead?

Sam: Oh god no. I..I am just having some issues and I need advice.

Maya: Okay hit me.

Sam: There's this girl I like, but i am pretty sure she's into someone else.

Maya: Oouu...the forbidden love huh?

Sam: I just met her a few days ago not even. She's so beautiful and kind, I could stare into her eyes for hours. Her long beautiful hair and how she smiles so big when she's happy.

Maya: You met her a few days ago and it's already that deep?

Sam: Well I mean no, I'm an actor so I may be over exaggerating.

Maya: I see, well you should tell her. Are they dating?

Sam: I have no idea, but if I did I would not be here.

Maya: Right well makes sense. Okay, so I say go for it. There's a 50/50 chance you will like like a complete fool, but that's the worst that could happen so you should be fine.

Sam: Thanks for being brutally honest.

Maya: Your welcome!

Sam: Okay, I'm going to tell her.

Maya: Good luck!

Sam: Oh before I forget, do you and your friends want to come to karaoke night at the café?

Maya: Sure, depending on how long though. We start college tomorrow and we're freshman's so we want to be COMPLETELY prepared for anything and everything.

Sam: Yeah, I understand. It starts around 5pm and we can leave whenever we choose. The worst ones come towards the end though so if you want a good laugh.

Maya: Well thank you for that, we will definitely be there!

Sam: Okay then that settles that. See you later!

Maya: Bye!

(he walks out and closes the door behind him)

Maya: He's an odd one, mysterious you could even say. That is pretty cool if I do say so myself.

Riley: Okay the boys are on their way over so are you ready?

Maya: I can't get this button. Riley help please?

Riley: Coming peaches!

(she grabs onto her best friends waist pulling the button together)

Maya: Thank you!

Riley: Maya, are you gaining weight?

Maya: What?

(right before they can finish their conversation Zay busts in with Lucas, Smackle, Farkle and Josh behind him)

Zay: Pay up everyone!

Riley: Why would we pay you?

Zay: Oh not you, them. (points at everyone else)

Maya: Why do they owe you money?

Farkle: He bet that you guys would leave your door unlocked and you did.

Lucas: Yeah, why do you guys never lock your door?

Riley: Good question which we will answer later because we are running late so go, go, go people!

Sam: Hey guys over here!

Riley: Table for 10? That's nice!

Sam: Yeah, Tyler and Angie this is Lucas, Farkle, Maya, Jack—

Josh: Actually it's Josh.

Sam: Isn't that what I said? Riley, Zay and Smackle.

Angie: Nice to meet you all.

Farkle: The pleasure is ours.

Smackle: Lucas compliment me.

Lucas: Why?

Smackle: Just do it!

Lucas: Smackle you look great today.

(Smackle looks over at Farkle)

Farkle: She's mine Lucas back off!

Lucas: She just—I give up.

Riley: Sam, come grab drinks with me and Maya?

Sam: Sure, I'll be right back guys.

(they walk over to the counter and ask for soda)

Maya: Riley please don't.

Riley: Sam, who's the lucky girl?

Sam: You told her?

Maya: She's my best friend, I tell her everything.

Sam: Well she's here right now that's kind of why I wanted Maya's advice.

Riley: Point her out.

Sam: In time.

Barista: Here are your sodas!

Maya: Thank you!

(they all head back to the table)

Sam: Here comes the announcer, he chooses randomly by the way.

Everyone except Sam and his Friends: What!?

Announcer: Good evening everyone, love to see the new faces!

Sam: Woop woop!

Announcer: Today it seems we have a full house and you know what that means!

The crowd: More victims to be chosen randomly!

Announcer: Tonight I wanted to start off with a familiar face. One who we all know and love...Sam get up here!!!

Sam: I will see you guys in a few.

Maya: He can sing???

Announcer: For those of you who don't know, Sam has been coming here for years even though he wasn't in college. He comes from a generation of Alumni, all graduating from here.

Maya: And he didn't think to mention that?

Riley: If you were a princess would you tell everyone that you were before they got to know you?

Maya: Probably not.

Lucas: Yeah, I'm just amazed at this point.

Josh: I mean come on he can't be that good, can he?

A few minutes later

(crowd is clapping)

Josh: I stand corrected.

Farkle: He's getting a standing ovation. How is anyone supposed to top that!?

Maya: I have no idea.

Announcer: Everyone, Sam!

(they all cheer one last time before he steps off the stage)

Announcer: I see you brought us some new faces too, can any of them sing?

Sam: I have no idea take your pick.

Announcer: The blonde wearing a blue top!

Maya: Me???

Josh: Go Maya!!

Riley: Yay peaches!! (stands up)

(Maya gives her a stare)

Riley: No yay peaches. (sits down)

(Maya gets up and walks to the stage)

Maya: Hi everyone, I'm Maya Hart!

The crowd: Hi Maya!

Maya: Okay, um the song i am going to sing is an original that I wrote about a boy who I have very strong feelings for. (she looks at Josh)

Riley: That was definitely towards you.

(he blushes)

She starts singing her song "Two young hearts" just incase you want to listen to it.

Maya: "You're never too young"

(Everyone stands and claps, screaming and smiling because of how good she was)

Sam: She's incredible!

Josh: That's our girl!!!

Riley: Maya!!!

Farkle: We are so proud!

Zay: Can I get fries?

Waiter: One large fry coming up.

Maya: Thank you all!

(she finds her way back to her seat and everyone at the table gives her a big group hug)

Maya: Okay guys that's enough!

(they all let go instantly)

Sam: You can really sing!

Maya: You too!

Announcer: Okay folks due to some difficulties we have to close a few hours early!

Sam: It's only been 2 hours!

The crowd: Boo!!

Announcer: I know folks, but people are complaining because it's the first day tomorrow! Next Sunday will be free admission all day so come back then! Have a good night and stay safe!

Sam: Well that was a bust...

Maya: Even if it was only 2 hours we had fun.

Smackle: My favorite was the girl who sang the periodic table for a song!

Farkle: We know my love.

Lucas: Zay ate too many fries we missed half the show so he could throw up in the restroom.

Maya: Ew.

Riley: Well we still have like 2 more hours before we have to get back to our dorms so what should we do?

Maya: Board games!

Farkle: Movie night!

Angie: Bonfire on the beach!

Tyler: Sleep!

Riley: Okay, we need to choose one guys.

Sam: I say movie night.

Josh: I agree.

Lucas: Whatever can get me far away from him.

Riley: Movie night it is.

Maya: Let's do it in our cars on the building behind the school with a sheet and projector.

Sam: We should hurry then before it gets too late!

Maya: Okay now we need to decide who's gona be in which car.

Farkle: Smackle and I will be in mine.

Lucas: Riley and I will be together.

Sam: Could I join?

Lucas: Sure, why not?

Angie: Tyler and I will stay in mine.

Maya: Leaving Josh and I.

Zay: And me!

Maya: Weren't you supposed to be going home?

Zay: Moving on, everyone get to your assigned car so we can start this movie.

A few minutes later

Lucas: You guys want popcorn?

Sam: Sure!

Riley: I don't mind.

Lucas: Give me 5 minutes.

(Lucas gets out of the car and walks to the popcorn machine)

Sam: Do you fall asleep during movies?

Riley: Yes, all the time.

Sam: Me too, so if I start snoring I am truly sorry.

Riley: Awe, you snore!

Sam: Shhh! People will hear.

Riley: No one is paying attention, at all.

Sam: Good point. Hey, can I tell you something?

Riley: Of course, what's up?

Sam: Remember that girl I liked?

Riley: Yeah.

Sam: Well she definitely has a boyfriend.

Riley: Well then you will have to move on.

Sam: She's so different though.

Riley: Sam...are you talking about Maya?

Sam: What?! Oh no, I mean Maya is great and all don't get me wrong but blonde isn't really my type. I am more of a brunette kind of guy.

Riley: Yeah, I get it. WAIT!

I'm sorry that so many of you dislike my series and honestly i'm probably going to end it soon because all you guys keep giving me is feedback on all the things wrong with it with absolutely nothing positive to say.
