Quick recap: David received his wish of being transported into the world of his favourite series, Overlord. He is a lvl 100 demonic being, with some angelic traits. His weapon is Ascalon, a world class greatsword. He found himself in the Slane Theocracy. After getting to know the elf slave Syr, he decided to let her follow him until he finds some safe place for her to stay. Azur promised the elven slaves liberation in the near future, and they teleported into the capital city, Kami Miyako where they found the prodigy healer, Katalin. After some light encouragement from Azur, she swore eternal party visited a slave brothel in order to convince Zesshi that indeed, elven living conditions in the Theocracy are not the greatest.

Kami Miyako - brothel

Four people were inside the brothel room, a prostitute, an ex slave, the secret weapon of the Theocracy and the mighty Azur El Exodus. Two were on the ground, crying their sorrows away, one was sitting on the bed, perplexed about what she just witnessed, and the party's demon was looking at her, grinning. He found it amusing how the little elf could live for over a hundred years inside the capitol and not realize what is going on with her brethren. She was the most oblivious person he has ever met.

"Well, Zesshi, any opinion on the matter? Would you like to trade places with Elena here for a few weeks to get first hand experience?" Azur seemed to be enjoying his joke as he let out a laugh. "You really are an airhead, aren't you? How do you live for a century here and still be this out of the loop?"

Zesshi didn't seem to mind the degrading statement, as she just started realizing that she is indeed not the brightest one. With a shameful expression, and small trembles in her voice, she answered. "I..I have never really walked around the capitol, and I certainly didn't go into places like this. I guess I was really naive though… In my mind the slaves were treated nicely by the citizens, and also I didn't think I would become one if I was born powerless, due to my mother having been a scripture member, however, now that I think about it, I am the only free elf, or halfling in this country… So I don't really know what I was thinking… Maybe you are right on the spot about me being dumb, Azur." She apologized to the two elves profusely for her ignorance afterwards.

"Hah, I am sure of that fact, but don't worry. Me and Syr are here to end the slave trade, that is the reason I came here. I am new to these lands, and my information is lacking. Syr here lived in the Elf Kingdom so I intend to use her as a guide, and I also want you, Syr, to learn more about governance, as that is the role you could be the most useful to my goals. Zesshi, you are the key to getting the artifacts from the treasury, as well as the two of us would make a fearsome duo of warriors."

The halfling took in the words for a few seconds, and then seemed to agree to the plans. Syr just nodded, she would read and learn as much as possible in order to help her new master.

"Now then, what about you, Elena. I doubt you would rat us out, as I don't think you enjoy your current life too much.. We have a safe house with my servant in it, you can stay there until we finally liberate the elves, or you can stay here as well."

Hope returned to her dead eyes, as she didn't even think about leaving this place during this strange conversation. She expected to be able to serve for another 100 years or so, before she became too used to be wanted by the customers, which then would result in her being discarded. She didn't need to think about it for more than a second. "Please take me with you, Azur-sama! Anywhere but here! Please!"

"Alright, Elena. I would teleport us out, but that would result in a warrant for me, and we could not move this freely. I am sorry, but we will need to make your body seem dead. Once outside of their view, I will heal you back."

Hearing his response, the elf prostitute shook for a few moments, but fire burned in her eyes now instead of sorrow and resentment. She steeled her resolve. "Use the hammer."

The brothel receptionist heard three footsteps on the stairs coming his way. The strangest bunch of customers he had in his life finished their session in less than thirty minutes, which just added to their mystery. Most customers, even if they came before the hour passed, would spend every minute with the whores. Some just liked to talk to them and verbally degrade them, others loved to whip them while shouting insults their way. Yes, the walls had to be noise cancelling in this establishment.

When the three came into their view, he realized that the man had the prostitute lying over his shoulder. Her clothes were torn apart, multiple deep dark bruises could be seen on her body. The man flipped a platinum coin, and threw it at him. "We went too far. She died during our play time. I will take your trash out for you as an apology."

Getting a platinum coin as recompensation for breaking the brothel's wares eternally was really rare, as the amount of fees could buy a fresh slave from the auctions. Elena was used for over three centuries, making her value drop significantly below the 1 platinum coin which was thrown his way by the customer. He couldn't believe his luck. By his estimate if he went to the actions and let customers inspect her body, they would not pay even a few gold coins, as she really was close to the end of her life cycle. With a wide, greedy smile he replied. "Thank you for your generous patronage, good sir! Please do come back when your time allows!"

Upon exiting the brother, they hastily walked towards the mansion of Katalin, whereupon Azur cast {Healing Touch} On Elena. She was beaten close to death, but luckily she managed to hold onto her life, barely. Azur wasn't sure if he could cast resurrection magic, and as he never did before he was a bit worried about him beating a poor elf slave with a hammer to the death, but luckily that was avoided. Her bruises disappeared, and her breathing followed a healthy rhythim, she however, laid unconscious in Azur's arms. "Katalin, I leave her in your care. Do what you did for Syr during our first meeting." She quickly bowed, and went to get her medical equipment. "Syr, stay in this mansion for the time being, as me and Zesshi will go into the heart of enemy territory to retrieve their artifacts. Katalin gave you your books, right? You will have a day to learn some basic concepts." With a bright smile, Syr nodded, hardening her resolve to learn everything that could be useful.

"Zesshi, I actually wanted to show you the 'slave school', where they make them into nice obedient dogs, but I trust the brothel was enough? It is still morning, if you wish we can check them out." The brothel seemed to bring out more than necessary empathy from the halfling for their cause, as she shook her head.

"T-this was more than enough demonstration.."

Once darkness hit, the two figures left the safe house, walking towards the treasury. Zesshi, having her mood recovered by this time, returned to her playful attitude. "Budget thief, just follow me okay? I will lead us there on the roundabout path, as I know you would be spotted instantly if we went there through the headquarters. Hehehe" Much to her surprise, Azur had a wide grin instead of being insulted by her remark.

"I will have you know, little girl, I am the best at sneaking around, you just caught me before I activated my secret technique! Ahahaha! {Perfect Unkowable}!"

Within a moment, Zesshi could not feel the presence of the beefy warrior. He disappeared from her sight, ears and even nose. "W-what the fuck? You cheat! And I'm not Little!" a startled, louder than preferable while sneaking response left her mouth. Much to her surprise, the man replied. He really was here!

"Who is the budget thief now, huh? Better not expose us with your lousy movements!" Azur loved teasing this gullible airhead.

They traversed through the night city for about thirty minutes. Zesshi's original bafflement subsided, as she started getting used to the invisible Azur. She could still not sense him with her traditional means, but maybe due to her otherworldly battle-oriented mindset she could sometimes just know where the man was. The more time they spent together the better she could follow the man's positioning and movements.

With Azur now hidden, and Zesshi being skilled in sneaking, they could go through the government buildings which were heavily guarded. She led Azur to the Catacombs, where she spent most of her time. As she was the 'hope of humanity', the Cardinals left her with the only set of keys that went into the deepest parts of the treasury. Whenever a Cardinal wanted to lend a God Artifact to scripture members, they would have to ask Zesshi to get them. This set-up limited the chances of anyone breaking into the Catacombs, as they would need to beat the elf girl for that, and if someone could do that then all hopes were lost anyways.

Once inside, Zesshi closed the doors and put the key into the hole, trapping themselves inside, while no one could come in. She had a mischievous grin, which signalled to Azur that what he feared was coming. "You can turn invisible, you can heal some untreatable wounds with just your touch… Your armor is in the realms of Gods! I agree with your cause, and I will help my brethren, the question is though, are you worthy of leading me or will I go solo?" Without saying another word, she equipped her scythe, and once she dressed out of her traveling attire, high level armor defended her entire body. "Fight me, oh Azur-sama~"

With a loud sigh, Azur commanded his ring to Equip his own set of divine armors. He reached into his pocket dimension, and grabbed Ascalon, his mighty greatsword. "Haah, I was actually surprised you held it in for this long. I guess the shock of the brothel made you forget that you are just a musclehead."

She laughed. "Hahahaha indeed! Fuck thinking, let's fight it out! Now that's what I like to see! What a sword you got there, it rivals the 6 Gods'! I can't contain myself anymore!" With an even louder laughter, and an amused grin on her face, she leaped at him, swinging her scythe in a wide arc, aiming straight for his neck. Holy shit I am about to die! Was all the worried human side of Azur could think of. However, he also felt calm. It was his first dangerous opponent who could take his life, the demon inside him loved this thrill. It was real freedom for him, living in the moment, fighting strong opponents, dueling to the death, deciding who the superior one is with their brawns all sounded surprisingly enticing to him all of a sudden.

With his Solar trait, he imbued Ascalon with light magic, it had a beautiful white glow to it. Zesshi was still in the swinging movement for his neck, but he felt time moving slowly, he didn't feel anxious about a mighty scythe being a few inches away from his neck. With a quick movement, he lifted Ascalon, one hand on the tilt of the sword, the other hand pushed against the upper part of the blade, he blocked the attack. "Now-now, don't disappoint me, Zesshi. You must have multiple martial arts under your belt. Go all out, or you may just meet your end here.."

The already amused grin on her face turned into an aroused one. "Yes! You! Finally I don't have to hold back! Beat me into obedience, or lose your life here, Azur!" Without waiting for a reply, she started activating her skills. Azur knew what he could anticipate from them, but the little girl surprised his expectations by a mile. In the novel, only a few characters could maintain more than a couple martial arts at the same time, and this halfling activated an insane amount.

[Ability Boost, Greater Ability Boost. Body Strengthening, Cutting Edge, Dull Pain, Enhanced Magic Resistance, Evasion, Greater Evasion, Eyes in the Back, Fatal Edge, Flow Acceleration, Impenetrable Fortress, Gale Acceleration, Full Throttle, High Vertical Strike, Instant Counter, Instant Reflex, Limit Breaker, Limit Breaker: Mind, Pace of the Wind, Sense Weakness]

She was shouting these phrases for more than 10 seconds. It was a baffling experience for Azur. He could see the girl's body become visually sturdier, her blade emanated a powerful aura. Her eyes fully focusing on the moment, analyzing her opponent's opening. He couldn't help feeling that Zesshi was really cute, he liked that she was simple-minded but really strong, and her enthusiastic focus during their exchange only added to his amusement. In order to give himself a better fighting chance, he cast the 10th tier {Body of Effulgent Heliodor}, giving him resistance to slashing attacks.

"Here I come!" With a loud shout, she lunged at him again, this time however, the stone floor broke under her feet as she used it to propel herself towards her opponent. She closed the distance in mere moments, breaking the sound barrier. Azur was expecting a lot faster movements than before, but she caught him off guard with just how much she improved due to the martial arts, Azur shot some rifles during his time on Earth, and he was certain that this halfling could easily outrun any bullet and catch them with little effort. He was unable to react in time, and she slashed at his neck.

Luckily for him, {Body of Effulgent Heliodor} could completely negate one instance of slashing damage, after that it only reduced the damage received. Azur was now in real trouble. By his estimates, his human form was about lvl 75, and with all these martial arts Zesshi was pushed to the upper limits of the 90s. Knowing that there was no way he could outduel the girl with such a difference in levels, as he was inexperienced at fighting as well, he had to transform.

The air turned eerie, as Zesshi felt wind blowing, which should be impossible in the closed treasury room. She had a really bad feeling about what was to come, as her senses screamed at her to run, but there was no way she would do that when finally someone worthy appeared in her life. Azur's nervous expression disappeared, a sinister smile took its place. His skin turned grey, large horns erupted from his head, enormous black wings protected him from both sides. His already towering figure grew multiple heads taller. With an evil laughter, the transformation was completed.

(A/N: I imagine his transformation to be like Ulquiorra's last phase from Bleach, just beefier and taller)

"Let us not hold back anymore then, Zesshi!" Azur now in his demonic form was level 100, equipped with divine quality gear and a World Class Item, Ascalon, his greatsword. In terms of equipment Zesshi was far outclassed, as her only really outstanding item was the scythe, which was her only divine quality item. However, the halfling of course had infinitely more fighting experience, as this was Azur's first real combat, while Zesshi was searching for strong fighters for the past century.

Azur Cast the 9th tier spell {Call Greater Thunder} which is the strongest single target lightning attack, however, the girl with superhuman body managed to jump away from the impact just in time. He decided to cast the same spell again, to see if it was just a fluke, or not, but to his surprise Zesshi, now knowing what to expect from the spell dodged with ease, and went into attack mode. "Faster than lightning as well? Impressive, most impressive! I understand why you are obsessed with fighting strong foes!"

"Stop your stupid blabbering, demon! Get your sword ready and let us go! Ahahaha, this is good! Soo Good!" Azur focused all his strength into his hands, swung the greatsword towards the elf, as she did the same movement, Zesshi's scythe connected with Ascalon, sending a shockwave through the room. After a few moments of the clash, she flew backwards, destroying a wall with her body in the process. "So much raw power, you are insane! Hehehe, I can't contain myself! However! Your mind can't keep up with your body, don't tell me, little immortal demon doesn't know how to fight?" As she continued her degrading laughter, she stood up from the destroyed stone wall she was lying on. After their clash of strength Zesshi knew that facing Azur head on was a fool's play, so she decided to take a more technical approach.

With the length of her scythe, her speed and her century of experience she started to 'dance' around him, abusing her small advantages. Dealing small chips of slashing damage, dashing away as soon as Azur swung towards her. She had a small and nimble body, which she used to its utmost potential, doing backflips over Ascalon when he swung it at her, or other times she simply dashed backwards to keep the advantageous distance. After about a minute of her dancing combat technique, scars could be seen on the demon's armor, soon his confident grin disappeared, replaced by an irritated expression as she continued to disgrace him, much to her amusement.

The last drop in the glass for Azur was when after a desperate swing of Ascalon, the elf girl athletically jumped in the air, and landed on the blade with her feet. She quickly slashed at his neck, drawing first blood. To her surprise the cut wasn't deep enough to be fatal. His body really is unfairly strong… as she thought to herself, still standing on his sword, basically bullying this 'baby in a God's body', Azur spoke up.

"Your display of warrior skill is exceptional, that is for sure. I admit that you are the stronger one when it comes to melee combat, for now. However, I am a mage as well. Let's see how you deal with this! {Pandemonium}" Azur activated one of his trump cards, a super tier spell capable of summoning 6 level 80 Demon-type monsters. Each monster had the same appearance, that is their skin was covered in black hardened scales with large bat-like wings sprouting from their backs. A dark malevolent aura permeated from their bodies, decorated with a devilish whip-like tail. Sharp fangs protruded from their mouths, with razor sharp claws that cut like a blade. On their heads were a pair of long and twisted horns.

Oh, how the tables have turned, as the girl was forced to jump away from the tip of his blade, the cocky attitude of the demon returned. "My minions, show her the true strength of a high tier demon lord! Go!" All six summons gracefully did a synchronized quick bow, showing their understanding of the master's command. Without wasting a single moment, all of them surrounded Zesshi, taking away her advantage of long range and speed. Individually, she would slaughter them, but against mobs like this anyone would be hard pressed to do much.

With an angry shout of "That is just too unfair!" she tried her hardest to swing her weapon at them, dodging their claw slashing attacks, and jumping backwards to create some space between her and the demons at the same time. Hearing Azur's amused laugh, as he sat on a treasure chest filled with gems, only added oil to the fire. She knew that the only way for her to win was to dwindle their numbers, therefore in a desperate attempt, she activated {Invulnerable Fort}, making all physical attacks null for a second, she clutched her scythe at the very bottom, and moved it to be behind her, as if she was a samurai ready to pull their katana out, the blade was about two meters from her body. In the same second she started spinning, creating a whirlwind effect.

To Azur's surprise two of his summons perished instantly as they were closest to the girl. The other four managed to jump away in time, sustaining only a few scratches. Zesshi soon stopped her attack, she didn't seem too happy with the result of only two dying, as it was still 1v5 for her. The remaining summons surrounded her from all sides again, but they were more cautious in case she could pull out more area of effect attacks like that.

As they were staring down at each other, Azur found it strange that the girl was not attacking, since it was her best chance for victory because his summons were not taking the initiative. Upon closer inspection, he saw that the girl's body was shaking, and she was audibly panting, but she still had a satisfied smile on her face. Finally someone gave her the challenge of a century, even if she wanted a heated one on one duel, she couldn't complain as these summons were his own power manifesting after all. "It is time to accept defeat, little girl. You can't maintain your martial arts much longer, correct?"

"Shut up! I don't care about anything anymore! My dream has come true, there is no way I will stop until I can't move an inch of my body!" With this aroused shout, she dashed at the demon right in front of her. She lost the strength in her legs to dash fast as a lightning by now, thus the minions could keep up with her with little difficulty. The one she attacked went into a defensive position, like a boxer he put up his arms to defend his vital parts. She put all her might into her slash, cutting off the first hand, but her blade got stuck in the second one. Zesshi saw that the demon had a grin that signalled that it was content with what happened, much to her surprise. In the next second however she realized why the demon was happy, as she couldn't get the scythe out, and the other 3 summons jumped at her at the same time. Deep slash marks covered her body from their claw attacks, and she fell to the ground. Instead of letting up their barrage of attacks, the demons decided it was time to start kicking the halfling, breaking multiple of her bones and leaving dark bruise marks.

After about 10 seconds of this beatdown, they could hear their masters command. "Halt." All four demons immediately stopped their attacks and knelt where they were. Azur stood up from the chest he was sitting on and walked towards the dying girl. Once he was towering over the bloody and wheezing Zesshi, he had a victorious smile on his face. "Most impressive, Zesshi. You really outdid all my expectations for you, I am so glad I found you! If you still have the strength to continue, now is the time to say so. If you remain quiet I will take it as a sign of my victory."

Zesshi tried her hardest to move, but even just staying awake took all her mental strength. She felt her life force quickly leaving her body, she lost liters of blood, had internal bleeding in multiple of her organs as well, and most of her limb and rib bones were broken. There was no way she could continue, however much she wished to do so. She opened her mouth, multiple teeth fell out, followed by a stream of blood. Using all her remaining strength, she struggled to formulate her words. "Y-your w-win, Azur-s-sama."

Seeing this defenseless bloody girl in front of him awakened his demonic sadism, but he suppressed it quickly. If he continued his staring, he could lose a very beneficial pawn. He squatted next to Zesshi, placing his hand on her stomach, in order to use {Healing Touch}. With the specific greater incubus skill, he tried saving the girl's life. It surprised him how potent of a spell this was, he already used it on Syr, his elf companion, but her body's damage was nothing compared to what he put Zesshi through. For good measure he cast it once more, not knowing if it helps, but just to be on the safe side. He exhausted almost all his mana in this fight, if she managed to beat the remaining summons Azur would have had to face her again with physical attacks. He de-summoned his minions and as the battle was over he returned to his human form.

Zesshi didn't reply for at least five seconds, which made Azur worry slightly. He kneeled next to her and put his ears to her mouth to check whether she was breathing or not. Before he could examine her health further, the girl energetically sat up, her body returned to it's healthy color, with a full on aroused expression, she shouted "It's time to mate, Azur-sama~! Make me truly yours!"

Azur was taken aback for a second, but then he remembered how Zesshi really was in the novels. He would be lying if he said the girl wasn't appealing. With a happy smile, he agreed.

"Gladly."

A/N: Woooooo my first 4k word chapter, and my first real battle scene. I know I suck at writing, but I tried my hardest… Hope it was enjoyable.

I wanted to get the first 5 chapters out as soon as possible, moving forward expect a slower pace.

Any constructive criticism is welcome, just don't be rude! :)
