Hello everyone, here is chapter 5 of Tartarus kitchen, enjoy.
Recap: Previously, the 15 remaining chefs played a Surf and Turf challenge, that tests them into identifying the correct proteins, and despite Fluttershy not liking the idea of eating meat, the red team won the reward challenge, in tonights dinner service, it was a shocking twist when Ramsay kicked Trixie out, eliminated her during service, but that's not all, another twist happened, both teams considered Zephyr and Big Mac as their weakest members, and Ramsay had them switch teams, 14 chefs remain, how will it go down this time.
14 chefs remaining.
The fourteen chefs arrived at the dining room, where Ramsay stood by a table, on it are 7 scrolls.
" Welcome, it is now time for you to present some dishes, this time, it's going to be different, today's challenge is a head to head challenge, one chef from each team will make a dish based on it international cuisine, the chef that performs the best dish earns a point for their team, the team to present the most points, wins the challenge", said Ramsay.
" Now, Blue team, Rarity, pick your opponent", said Ramsay.
Rarity looked to see either Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Big mac, Micro Chips, Pinkie Pie and Vinyl.
" I pick Rainbow Dash", said Rarity.
" Okay then, Rainbow picked your scroll", said Ramsay.
" Number three", said Rainbow Dash.
Ramsay opened the scroll, revealing the word, Indian.
" Okay so Rarity and Rainbow Dash will be competing to make the best Indian dish", said Ramsay.
He then turned to the red team.
" Fluttershy, you're up next, pick your opponent", said Ramsay.
Fluttershy turned, her available opponents are Zephyr, Twilight, Sunset, Derpy, Maud and Wallflower.
" Um, Wallflower, chef", said Fluttershy.
" Okay then, Wallflower, pick your scroll, either 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 or 7", said Ramsay.
" Number one chef", said Wallflower.
The scroll was opened, revealing the word Greek.
" Fluttershy versus Wallflower on the best Greek Dish", said Ramsay.
He then turned back to the blue team.
" Twilight, pick your opponent", said Ramsay.
Twilight turned to see the available opponents for the red team, Applejack, Big Mac, Pinkie Pie, Micro Chips and Vinyl.
" Micro Chips", said Twilight.
" Okay then, Micro Chips, pick your scroll, either 2, 4, 5, 6 or 7", said Ramsay.
" Number six", said Micro Chips.
The scroll was then opened revealing the word, French.
" Micro Chips versus Twilight Sparkle on the best French Dish", said Ramsay.
He then turned back to the red team.
" Big Mac, choose your opponent", said Ramsay.
Big Mac turned to see the four remaining opponents, Zephyr, Sunset, Derpy and Maud.
" Zephyr", said Big Mac.
" Okay then, Zephyr, choose your scroll, either 2, 4, 5 or 7", said Ramsay.
" I pick number 7", said Zephyr.
The scroll was then opened, revealing the word, Japanese.
" Big Macintosh versus Zephyr Breeze on the best Japanese Dish", said Ramsay.
That only leaves three left from the blue team, Sunset, Derpy and Maud, and three from the red team, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Vinyl, and only three scrolls left, 2, 4 and 5.
Ramsay turned to the blue team.
" Maud, choose you opponent", said Ramsay.
" Pinkie", said Maud.
" Wow, a sister vs sister duel, Pinkie choose a scroll", said Ramsay.
" Number 4", said Pinkie.
The scroll was then opened revealing the word, Italian.
" So it's Pinkie Pie versus Maud Pie on a sister vs sister duel for who can make the best Italian Dish", said Ramsay.
He then turned to the red team.
" Applejack, pick your opponent", said Ramsay.
Applejack had to pick between Derpy and Sunset.
" Sunset", said Applejack.
" Sunset, pick scroll either 2 or 5", said Ramsay.
" Scroll number 2", said Sunset.
The scroll was then opened, revealing the word, Mexican.
" Applejack versus Sunset Shimmer in who can make the best Mexican dish", said Ramsay.
He then picked up scroll number 5, which revealed the word, Chinese.
" And the remaining two, Derpy and Vinyl will compete in duel for who can make the best Chinese Dish", said Ramsay.
HEAD TO HEAD CUISINE DUEL.
Chinese: Derpy vs Vinyl.
Japanese: Big Macintosh vs Zephyr Breeze.
Indian: Rarity vs Rainbow Dash.
Italian: Maud Pie vs Pinkie Pie.
Mexican: Applejack vs Sunset Shimmer.
Greek: Fluttershy vs Wallflower Blush.
French: Twilight Sparkle vs Micro Chips.
" The horn will sound three time, when it goes the first time, your 45 minutes will begin, you will make your way to the tables with books and find some Cuisine Dishes and recipes, when the horn sounds the second time, you'll have 35 minutes left, and you are to make your way to the kitchen and cook your chosen dish, when the horn goes the third time, that means your times up and you are to stop what you are doing", said Ramsay.
And so, all fourteen chefs began reading the books, looking through the recipes, and then ten minutes later, they all headed to the kitchen and began making their dishes.
Half an hour later, the time was up, and everyone has finished their dish.
" Times up, everyone line up", said Ramsay, they all did so.
" Now, who to pick first, let's start with Italian, the pie sisters", said Ramsay.
Maud Pie and Pinkie stepped forward.
" Maud, what have you presented", said Ramsay.
" A delicious Ravioli", said Maud Pie.
Ramsay tasted the Ravioli, but then spat it out.
" It's still a little cold in the center, you probably should kept the temperature higher, anyway Pinkie, what about you", said Ramsay.
" Oh the good old Spagetti and Meatballs, with a special sauce to it", said Pinkie Pie.
Ramsay then tasted the pasta, then the sauce, then spat it out.
" What kind of sauce was that HP sauce", said Ramsay.
" Oh", Pinkie said disappointingly.
" Well, they were both crap, overall, they had their good moments, Maud the cream for the ravioli was delicious, and Pinkie, the pasta was cooked perfectly, if I had to pick one of you, it would be...

... Maud, well done", said Ramsay.
And so, the blue team get the first point and lead 1-0.
" Next up, it's the Mexican dish, Applejack versus Sunset Shimmer", said Ramsay.
Sunset and Applejack stepped forward with their plates.
" Sunset, what have you presented", said Ramsay.
" A Chicken Taco, with a touch of sour cream of guacamole", said Sunset.
Ramsay took a bite, and nodded.
" Mmh, that is pretty good, it would've been perfect for your signature dish, anyway, Applejack, what's your dish", said Ramsay.
" An Enchilada", said Applejack.
Ramsay took a bite, and also nodded.
" Both these dishes are the best, however, there can only be one winner, and the point goes to...

.. Applejack", said Ramsay.
The red team earned a point, and the score is tied 1-1.
" Now, let's see, who to go for next, the Mexican dishes were spicy, but I wonder how spicy the Indian food is, Rarity vs Rainbow Dash", said Ramsay.
The two chefs then sent their dishes in, Rarity made a Masala, but Ramsay thought it tasted bland, Rainbow Dash made Samosas, and to Ramsay, they tasted disgusting.
" You had 35 minutes to make a delicious dish, and this what you've made, and it tastes like it came out of an Elephant's ass, Rarity's bland Masala tasted way better, point to the blue team", said Ramsay.
And so, the blue team lead 2-1.
" Chinese food next, Derpy versus Vinyl", said Ramsay.
Derpy and Vinyl brought their dishes forward, Derpy made a chow mien, which Ramsay fancied, then Vinyl presented Stir Fry, which Ramsay also took a fancy too.
" Well, both your dishes are brilliant, but there could only be one winner, the point goes to...

... Derpy", said Ramsay.
The blue team still lead on 3-1.
The only way the red team can win if win Big Mac, Fluttershy and Micro Chips win the next three points, the blue team is just one point away to winning by majority.
" Let's go for French, Twilight vs Micro Chips", said Ramsay.
Twilight presented a french onion soup, while Micro Chips presented a Quiche
" The soup is a little bland, but the quiche is wonderful, a point to the red team", said Ramsay.
The red team are catching up, but the blue team still lead 3-2.
" Alright, now time for Greek, Fluttershy vs Wallflower", said Ramsay.
Fluttershy and Wallflower stepped forward, Fluttershy presented her Potato based Moussaka, while Wallflower Presented a Pastitsio.
" They're both at the same level, but if I have to pick, it will be Fluttershy", said Ramsay.
The red team and blue team are now tied 3-3.
" Well, it looks like the final dish decides victory, the Japanese dishes, Big Mac versus Zephyr, this is your chance you two, to prove your team they regret considering you the weakest member of the team.", said Ramsay.
He then looked to see them both presenting the same dish.
Sushi.
" Can't say I'm surprised, but all I can do is give the point to whoever presented the best Sushi.
He tried both sushi's, one of them had Salmon, the other had Chicken Teriyaki.
" The Teriyaki Chicken Big Mac was a little overcooked, the Salmon one however Zephyr, was delicious, a point to the blue team", said Ramsay.
And so the blue team win by 4-3.
" Congratulations blue team, for your reward you'll be dining out tonight, at one of the best Cuisine fusions in Las Pegasus", said Ramsay.
Once the chefs began to leave, Ramsay turned to the red team.
" Red team, for failing the challenge, you have tonight's punishment, tomorrow nights service is family night where we'll be serving a lot of chips, coming on delivery is sacks full of potatoes, ready for you to peel and chop, and store for tomorrow's service, better get started now, it'll be nighttime when you finish", said Ramsay.
It was now dinner service number 5, everyone lined up and faced Ramsay.
" Okay, dinner service number 5, and as we have an even team, we'll have one on each station per team, including one waiter and one tableside, our waiters for this evening are, Zephyr Breeze and Fluttershy, once again another sibling battle for who is a better waiter, and this is also the last service where I'll send chefs as waiters, meanwhile, our tablesides are Maud Pie and Rainbow Dash", said Ramsay.
Fluttershy looked at Rainbow and saw her nod at her, saying she has her back in the dining room.
" Alright everyone to your stations", said Ramsay.
And so, in the red kitchen, we have Big Mac on Appetizers, Micro Chips on Meat, Pinkie Pie on Fish, Vinyl on Garnish and Applejack on Desserts.
And in the blue kitchen, we have Rarity on Appetizers, Sunset on Meat, Wallflower on Fish, Twilight on Garnish and Derpy on Deserts.
As it's a special service where the main side is chips, Twilight and Vinyl are going to be really busy on the deep fryer.
When it was 7:00 PM, Ramsay called out to Dover.
" Jacques, open up Tarturus kitchen", said Ramsay.
The restaurant opened, and customers began entering.
Fluttershy was trying so hard not to hyperventilate.
" Hey Fluttershy, are you alright", said Jacques.
" I'm not used to interacting with new people", said Fluttershy.
" Something like stage fright", said Jacques.
" Yeah, I don't think I can do this", said Fluttershy.
" I was like you the first time I began waiting tables, I felt the same when I was presenting speeches, I was a nervous wreck, do you know what I did", said Jacques.
" What", said Fluttershy.
" I vision everyone in their underwear", said Jacques.
" That's probably something my brother is doing at the moment", said Fluttershy.
" Is there anything that makes you happy", said Jacques.
" My Animal friends at the animal shelter", said Fluttershy.
" Well then picture the customers as animals", said Jacques.
" Okay, I'll give it a try", said Fluttershy.
She Approached the first table which had four people, she closed her eyes, and visioned the four people as a bear, a lion, a wolf and a tiger, she took their order, and made her way to the pass.
" It wasn't that hard wasn't it", said Jacques.
" No, I guess not", said Fluttershy.
Ramsay then read the first order for the red team.
" First order, one Halibut, one Steak, two risotto, one Caesar Salad", said Ramsay.
" Yes Chef", responded the team.
He then turned to the blue team.
" Blue team, first order, One crumbed chicken, one lamb, one risotto, one coleslaw", said Ramsay.
" Yes chef", said the blue team.
5 minutes later.
" For F*ck sake", said Ramsay, heading into the blue kitchen.
" We're only five minutes into serivce, and already somebody f*cked up, Rarity, come here", said Ramsay.
Rarity did so.
" This Risotto is not cooked properly, send it back, and don't bring it to the pass until it's properly cooked", said Ramsay.
5 minutes later.
" Vinyl, come here", said Ramsay, showing Vinyl a plate full of chips.
" Taste one of them", he said, Vinyl did so.
" Is it still stone cold", said Ramsay, Vinyl nodded sadly.
" Then don't send me it until it's properly cooked, you guys are so impatient you know that", said Ramsay.
After 20 minutes it was now 7:30, half an hour into Dinner service.
" Dammit Twilight, come here", said Ramsay, Twilight did so.
" I was ready to send one steak and one fish, both with chips on it, and you only sent enough chips for one plate, what are you trying to pull, trying to lessen the chips so they're enough for everyone, is I split that in half, the customer will only have like 5, make another batch, and quit acting like a f*cking communist", said Ramsay.
" Sorry Chef", said Twilight.
10 minutes later.
" Vinyl, come here", said Ramsay, Vinyl did so.
" 10 minutes ago I told Twilight to not minimize how many chips go out, but then I see you adding too much in, if I served that to the customer, I would be surprised if they finished it without getting sick, what I'm saying is, settle down and don't go nuts next time, the chips you gave me is enough for three plates, but I only have two, what am I going to do for the left over ones, you know what, you have them, instead of throwing them out, you have them, sit down and F*cking enjoy yourself", said Ramsay.
Embarrassed, Vinyl sat down on the VIP table and began to eat the chips.
" They may be delicious but settle down next time, otherwise you'll end up like Bruce Bogtrotter", said Ramsay.
Another 15 minutes go by, it was 7:55, nearly an hour into dinner service.
" Sunset, come here", said Ramsay, Sunset did so.
" Raw F*cking Chicken, I know you don't like meat, but that doesn't give you the right to forbid other people into doing so, f*cking hell", said Ramsay, sending the chicken back to Sunset.
15 minutes go by.
" Big Mac, come here", said Ramsay, Big Mac did so.
" It's been over an hour of dinner service, and I'm getting screwed by both teams, and then there's you on Appetizers, the risotto you made, stuck to the F*cking pan, start over", said Ramsay.
Big Mac did so.
After over 20 minutes, it continued normally, it was now 8:35 PM, halfway through service, and then something happens.
" Fluttershy, come here", said Ramsay.
Fluttershy did so.
" We're halfway through service, and you've done well on waiting tables, but now you've messed what, you gave me a blank ticket", said Ramsay.
" Oh no, I'm so sorry Chef, this was the ticket", said Fluttershy, handing Ramsay the real ticket with the order.
20 minutes go by, and it was now 8:55 PM, nearly two hours into dinner service.
" Rarity, come here", said Ramsay, Rarity did so.
" When I asked for a salad to be made, I also expected it to be dressed, honestly, is is really that hard to dress a salad", said Ramsay.
5 minutes later.
" Jacques, come here", said Ramsay.
Jacques did so.
" What the F*ck is Zephyr doing, he's not even taking the order", said Ramsay, seeing Zephyr talking to a table, filled with 6 young girls in their early 20's.
" I think he's flirting Chef", said Jacques.
" Tell him to stop mentally jerking off and get back to work", said Ramsay.
" Yes chef", said Jacques.
" Honestly he's supposed to serve the chicken, not f*cking choke it", said Ramsay.
5 minutes later.
" Blue team, come here", said Ramsay, Sunset, Twilight, Rarity, Wallflower and Derpy did so.
" Look at this, Raw Pork chop, you five get in the storage, I want to have a chat with you", said Ramsay.
The five headed to the storage room, with Ramsay slamming the door behind him.
" Up until now you guys have been doing great apart from the second service, why now are you F*cking up", said Ramsay.
" We would've done better if you didn't take out Applejack off the team, or Big Mac", said Wallflower.
" So at this rate Applejack's your most valuable teammate, so we might as well end the contest and make her the winner, and none of you have any say in the matter involving Big Mac, you guys deemed him the weakest, and he was switched with Zephyr", said Ramsay.
" So maybe that's why we're doing awful, because we have Zephyr on the team", said Wallflower.
" The worst he's doing right now as we speak is ogling at the customers without them knowing, you guys however, Raw meat from Sunset, lack or Garnishes from Twilight, and revolting Appetizers from Rarity, right now the only two that are doing great so far are Derpy and Maud, meanwhile you Wallflower have the nerve to try and blame someone else, you may not have f*cked up on the fish station, and you may done so well on the previous four stations, but that does not give you right to blame other people for making minor mistakes, either you all get it together, or F*ck off", said Ramsay.
" Yes chef", said the team.
Ramsay then let the team out of the storage room, and service continued.
20 minutes later.
" Rarity, come here", said Ramsay.
Rarity did so.
" I've just about had enough of you, first you sent me an under cooked risotto, then you send me an undressed salad, and now you sent me a burnt risotto, stuck to the pan, you know what, now more entrees have been ordered, so you can now f*ck off upstairs", said Ramsay.
Once Rarity left, service continued.
15 minutes later.
" Uh, Applejack, can you come over here for a second", said Ramsay.
Applejack did so, and Ramsay showed Applejack some souffles she made.
" They're stuck to the cup, and they look like shit, I ask you, did you put butter and coco powder around the inside the cup", said Ramsay.
" I'm sure I did, I'm a pro at desserts", said Applejack.
" Well, make another one, and remember to get the butter and coco powder around the cup, because I'm sure you didn't", said Ramsay.
As time went by, dinner service has concluding, and everyone switched off.
Once the customers left, the 14 chefs lined up.
" Well team, another day, another service finished, red team, despite a few mess ups, you've done brilliant overall, meanwhile the blue team have done absolute shit, today the red team wins tonight service, congratulations red team, for once you don't get to nominate anyone, blue team however, head to the dorms, and come up with two nominees for elimination", said Ramsay.
The seven chefs from the blue team then headed to the dorms.
Wallflower, Sunset, Twilight, Rarity, Zephyr, Maud and Derpy sat down and made their nominations.
" So it's between either Zpehyr, Wallflower, Sunset, Twilight or Rarity", said Maud.
" Wait, why about you and Derpy", said Twilight.
" I was doing well on my station, and from my understanding, you five messed up the most, Derpy did great on her station too", said Maud.
" Can I make a suggestion, nothing personal Rarity, but I think you should be the first nominee", said Sunset.
" It's because I messed up on the appetizers isn't it", said Rarity.
" Like I said, nothing personal", said Sunset.
" Well, can I least suggest the second nominee", said Rarity.
" Okay, who do you think", said Sunset.
" You", said Rarity.
" You're just saying that out of spite from nominating you", said Sunset.
" It's nothing personal right, besides you messed up on the meat station, I mean, if it's not you who should be put up for elimination with me, then who should it be then", said Rarity.
" It should be him", said Wallflower, pointing at Zephyr.
" Hang on, I didn't mess up", said Zephyr.
" You have been gawking at the customers, a waiter does not do that, at all, you've also flirted with that table of women, you're a pervert, a pig", said Wallflower.
" What about you Wallflower", said Twilight.
" Why am I an option for elimination, I didn't do anything wrong", said Wallflower.
" You tried to make up a few excuses", said Twilight.
" I'm just speaking the truth, beside, like I said, I shouldn't even be eliminated, I'm the only one on this team that's better than the rest of you", said Wallflower.
" Really, what makes you say that", said Rarity.
" In case you didn't know, there are 14 of us left in total, on both teams, we've been through 5 services, and I'm the only one who did all five primary services, and didn't even f*ck up on any of them", said Wallflower.
" Woah Wallflower, please calm down, this doesn't have to be a big deal", said Derpy.
" It is a big deal, I'm not going anywhere", said Wallflower.
Time went by, and the seven chefs line up, facing Ramsay, meanwhile, the red team sat down and watched.
" Blue team, have you made your decision", said Ramsay.
" Yes Chef, we have", said Maud.
" Maud, first nominee and why", said Ramsay.
" Our first nominee is Rarity, because of her disaster on the appetizers", said Maud.
" And you're second nominee and why", said Ramsay.
" Sunset, she had served raw meat twice", said Maud.
" Okay then, Sunset, Rarity, step forward", said Ramsay.
Sunset and Rarity did so.
" Sunset, why should you stay in tartarus kitchen", said Ramsay.
" I have been a cooperative team player, and I do deserve to be nominated tonight for my mistakes, but all I ask is another chance", said Sunset.
" I've heard of you, apparently in your school you've been a manipulative bully for 3 years", said Ramsay.
" But I've worked so hard to redeem myself, ever since the fall formal years ago, I've become a better person, besides, what does that have anything to do with tartarus kitchen", said Sunset.
" How do I know you're not manipulating me for a second chance", said Ramsay.
Sunset stood Silent.
" Rarity, why should you stay", said Ramsay.
" I too have been cooperative, and I have too have made a few mistakes", said Rarity.
" You're mistakes tonight was what had me kick you out", said Ramsay.
" Okay, I've made my decision, the person leave tarturus kitchen, is...

... Rarity, take off your jacket", said Ramsay.
Sighing defeatedly, Rarity took off her jacket, and handed it to Ramsay.
" You may have a passion to creativity, but you are not ready to be a head chef, but, don't give up on achieving your real passion", said Ramsay.
" Thank you Chef", said Rarity.
She then walked out the door, and left Tartarus kitchen.
Rarity's final comment: " It's sad that I had to leave, but Ramsay's right, cooking isn't my thing, and the title, "Head Chef Rarity Belle", doesn't fit well for me, but luckily I can get back to my true passion, and open boutiques all around the country, look out world, you're about to see the new number one fashion designer, Rarity Belle".
Meanwhile back in tartarus kitchen, Ramsay turned to Sunset.
" Back in line", said Ramsay.
She did so.
" Well, only thirteen remain, our bakers dozen, but's it's only going to be a matter of time before we have our real dozen, back to dorms all of you", said Ramsay.
The 13 chefs then headed back to their dorms, while Ramsay headed to his office, with Rarity's jacket, and hung it.
Ramsay's final comment: " Rarity may be creative, but is also very over dramatic, and I'm not looking for a drama queen, I'm looking for a head chef".
14th Place: Rarity.

And that's it for now, Rarity has been eliminated, and only 13 chefs remain, our bakers dozen, and in the next chapter, the bakers dozen will become to proper dozen, until next time, that's all for now.
