STG Agent: it took a lot of digging through millennia-old files but I found it. We created a basic theory of quantum gravity but abandoned it in favor of eezo tech when we discovered our Prothean ruins
Delathrass: an action that was clearly a grave error on our part. How far away are we from a working model?
STG Agent: we have absolutely no idea where to even continue the theory so I cannot say
STG Agent 2: true to what President Anderson said we have recreated external biotics on a special suit that can be worn under our standard armor but it still requires a biotic implant to use
Delathrass: excellent, I want these suits mass-produced for all members of the STG as soon as possible.

Delathrass: additional get started on a project to genetically expand the Salarian lifespan, I will try to make a law pass that allows this openly but for now, do it in the shadows

Human Scientist: so it bombards gas with electrons ionizing and superheating it into plasma that is controlled by magnetic fields? How would this differ from our PMACs besides being a continuous beam? What advantages does it have over standard beam weapons?
Prothean Scientist: what you call PMACs was our first plasma weapon technology as well. The Plasma Stream Projector or PSP has nemours advantages such as being able to output far more power than the average Prothean or Human beam weapon that is standard issue for both our militaries. For example, each projector has the ability to turn a large part of a planet into a dark glassy substance or in the case of the Penumbra Apex, our old Flagship, turn an entire planet into the substance in a single shot. Unfortunately due to it's power and the nature of the weapon it cannot be used in an atmosphere as a standard weapon
Human Scientist: Do your ships from your new homeworld of Essar have such ordinance?
Prothean Scientist: indeed but your Flagship and its escort destroyed the corrupted before we got to use them
Human Scientist: now in return, I will help advance your theory of quantum gravity but regardless I must say what you have created with such a limited technology base is staggering
Prothean Scientist: we advanced far beyond the Reapers intended and overcome all their traps but one, conventional ezzo FTL drives. We Protheans have never figured out an alternative as you have. I understand that you incorporated some of the technology of a mass relay to complete your interstellar mass relay equivalents
Human Scientist: Yes Quantum Tunneling, something I am sure you know of considering your built 10 full-sized mass relays and countless small ones

Human Scientist: hmm would one of these happen to be a mid-sized immobile relay on the citadel?
Prothean Scientist: it's still there? The keepers didn't remove it? In that case yes it was it connected to our top-secret research world of Illos where we unlocked the secrets of mass relay technology
Human Scientist: do you think there are any survivors?
Prothean Scientist: possibly, I hope so.
Human Scientist: I thought people who held hope were thrown out the airlock?
Prothean Scientist: maybe before the war against the Reapers but hope for vengeance and salvation against the reapers is all that sustains us anymore
Human Scientist: I must ask about your psychometric touch abilities. While we have replicated the Asari meld with technology we have not discovered your abilities.
Prothean Scientist: we evolved this way, we needed to observe even the smallest of details to stalk our prey. Eventually, we created technology to augment this as any species with an innate talent, skill, or biological adaptation would. The cosmic imperative explains this
Prothean Scientist: Experience is a biological marker upon the universe, one must only need to know where to look.
Human Scientist: I am curious if we could replicate this? We are already testing mind alteration and communication abilities with quantum entanglement

Prothean Scientist: correct, and of course the primitives didn't try and study them but simply exterminate them
Human Scientist: there is also something else I must share, have you seen the chart of Asari's technological development compared to the other council races? He pulls up the chart
Prothean Scientist: yes indeed, it appears the Asari always comes up with something better whenever something new comes out. The Asari are not savants we know as much from studying and starting to uplift their ancestors before the reaper war
Human Scientist: all this has led me to believe the Asari are hiding a great technological cache of your own technology the Asari are slowly data mining to keep their "superiority" amongst the other council races
Prothean Scientist: hmm according to what I have read Human pattern recognition is far superior to ours and additionally, this would explain why they are so stagnant. It took us thousands of years to free ourselves from the yoke of the Inusannon and by extension the reapers technology base. You're lucky to have simply skipped it. I will put my faith in the cosmic imperative and trust in your species mental adaptation
Human Scientist: and the Reapers would never allow this to carry over between cycles and would alter and redact your advances past the cycle's usual parameters
Prothean Scientist: yes our Emperor said as much and I agree

Quarian: have you found the theory on quantum gravity?
Terminal: yes I have, I am transmitting it to your omnitool
Quarian: thank you terminal, we will get right on this. This system will eventually replace eezo in its entirety
Essar System, Turian Salvaging Operation
Turian: have you recovered the fallen?
Turian Salvager: yes we have, we have also recovered an arm of the reaper that contains its main weapon as well as one of its shield emitters from its body
Turian: excellent, have you been taking the proper anti indoctrination measures
Turian Salvager: We have
Turian: Do you think we can reverse engineer the weapon and shield emitter? He said turning to a scientist
Turian Scientist: I do, I will report any meaningful findings immediately following their discovery

Tevos: WHAT?!! Tevos looked at her omni tool for the location of the camera and fired a warp at the ceiling that crashed into the cloaked floating probe that exploded into a cloud of sparks and distorted spacetime then fell onto the table where the symbol of the UEG was clearly visible amongst the wreckage
Tevos: ARGGGR!! she screamed and threw objects around with her biotics in a fit of rage that would put a Krogan battlemaster during their blood rage to shame
Later, The Citadel Council Chambers
Valren: in light of the recent developments discovered by the UEG we have agreed the Athame beacon and all other Prothean technology the Asari are hoarding will be turned over to the citadel council immediately
Tevos: you can't-
Fradorian: shut up Tevos! The only reason the Asari are not being kicked off this council is that this was only known to a select few conspirators! These few however are all charged as criminals to the citadel council and considering the entire upper echelons of your government are in on this conspiracy then you will need to hold a new election or maybe even creating a new type of government
Valren: Additionally all data on secret dealings and other hidden data of your secret council will be turned over to the council immediately.
Tevos: goddess damn you lesser races! The Asari are superior to you all! We deserve everything, you deserve nothing but working for the betterment of the Asari! She yelled as her biotics flared but were suppressed by her handcuffs
Freadorian: So the Asari government finally shows their true selves? You're no different than the hegemony was with the Batarians. Take her away
Anderson then spoke "the true nature of the Asari government is directly analogous with Illium. On the surface, it is civil, peaceful, and elite but the deeper you go the more insidious, power-hungry, controlling, selfish, and evil you get. Omega and Illium are not that different you know, the latter just happens to show its true nature on the surface. But I'm sure you already knew that as you had Aria T'loak in your pocket
Tevos: you'll all regret going up against your betters! She yelled being dragged away
Freadorian: yeah I'm sure we will. He said sarcastically
Fradorian: I'm also sure that's what the old hegemon of the old Batarian hegemony said when he was killed by the humans and the rebels they backed
Valren: I still want to know how we never discovered this for thousands of years
Anderson: Careful manipulation over thousands of years? On a side note, human pattern recognition is far superior to any other known race
Freadorian: I am unsure but we will find out
Valren: well I suggest we allow AI to be created as new life and regulated advanced genetics as both these areas were carefully suppressed by the Asari and planted evidence from the reapers within the Thessia beacon
Freadorian: I agree. Additionally, I always wanted to do this. Indentured servitude is now illegal and considered slavery. Ilium and Noveria will now be held to the standards of the law
Valren: I agree and would have before if the Asari weren't holding economic restrictions over the union
Freadorian: of course. He said shaking his head

The Balak System
Human General: alright release the nanites to consume the alpha relay for relay metal, quantum locking, eezo, and turn the rest into usable hydrogen. The Protheans have provided us a replacement that only has normal relay functions to replace this one with
Sarah(Upload): releasing nanites. she said as a pod of nanites was launched at the relay and quickly devoured and broke down it all besides its eezo core, relay metal, and quantum locks which were sent through a wormhole for storage and study
A new wormhole then opened up sending out the new Prothean made mass relay which was then linked to the nearest relay
The Citadel, The Depths
Operative Nox: {alright we know our mission, permanently destroy the Citadel's functionality as a mass relay, use your virus to make the keepers ignore the tampering, and to permanently sever the connection between the Citadel and the mass relays}
Prothean Abyssal: {afrimitive}
They go deeper and deeper into the station until they find the citadel's mass relay superstructure
Operative Nox: {releasing nanites}
A swarm of nanites goes and dismantles the Citadel's relay superstructure but leaving its artificial gravity
The Prothean Abyssal then enters the code into a nearby exposed wire she hacked into
The two agents walk along some more until they reach the relay controls
Operative Nox: {alright here we go, releasing nanites to destroy the hardware}
Prothean Abyssal: {and I have digitally severed the connection. We are done here}
Operative Nox: {agreed}
Both operatives then disappeared into a swirling vortex and a stream of light respectfully before silence once more prevailed
Sol; Mars, The capital of humanity
Deep in the server cities of Mars, the solar council is updated on the status of the solar lifter and by extension the shell

The first solar lifter has been finished, the shell entire ( Dyson sphere/Stellar Lifters/Matrioshka Brain/Fabricator Yards) shall be completed in approximately 2 years at 1x time flow through drawn solar material and the disassembly of barren planets throughout our space

The Center of The Citidel
The Catalyst was enraged beyond belief, the Prothean defilers had somehow survived and linked up with the Human defilers to share data, the vanguard Nazara was destroyed along with all assets besides the empty station in the galactic core, the Asari and their altered Prothean data have been exposed, the lesser species have been made aware of the Reapers and how to counter them in every possible way, they had destroyed the backdoor relay, the Human and Prothean defilers had somehow managed to permanently sever the link between the citadel and the mass relays, the defilers had every species fortifying against the reapers, they had cured and protected against indoctrination, and last but not least the defilers had destroyed the Citadel's relay functionality
Regardless, the defilers used AIs and had to be stopped. The sheer heresy of the human's superior non-eezo system was enough to throw him into a fury but this cycle was prepared and undivided yet not utterly united. This was intolerable yet he couldn't do anything, it drove him mad.
The Catalyst then told harbinger to send everything to the galaxy to pacify the cycle, including aeon old forgotten machines of war and death used against his creators in the first cycle. This would either be the final cycle of the galaxy or everything would be scoured clean and begin the cycle anew.
One of them would face total annihilation, forever struck from the face of the universe. The Catalyst would make sure it wasn't him
Arrival would come in 3 years time and the heretics and defilers would fall, he would assure it
