I, from my heart, apologize for the late updates! I'm just so busy I can't even-
Well, anyway, hope you like the upcoming chapter.
"Tyson!" Max yelled, making his way through the panicked bustle. "Tyson, we need to check on the pilot!"
Tyson gasped. "Oh, right!"
Making their way through the door, they needed to jostle it several times for it to open.
"Hey, sir! You must take off! NOW!" Tyson hollered.
"What're you talking about, kid? Look at the circumstances! We can't fly!"
"We've got those goons! You don't have to worry! Just take off, quick!"
The pilot obeyed and made his way to Mexico. The take off shook the whole plane as they stumbled across. The hijackers were tied to a rope, witnessing Tyson's goofy grin in the spotlight.
Tyson had a good slumber, although fazing the other's, given his loud snoring.
"Tyson! Tyson!" Ray shook.
The blunette slowly opened his eyes to Ray. "Ray?"
"Tyson, we're about to land! Come on! Get yourself ready! Fasten your seatbelts!"
"Right."
Few minutes later, the wheels struck against the ground with the buzz. Tyson yawned blaringly, given his indolent milieu. He reluctantly got up, unloading his luggage from the shaft. He thought about giving a look to
each of teammates, making sure everyone is doing fine. As it is, there was no harm, but Hilary seemed fast
asleep and her outer nature refused to get up, leaving Daichi and Max in an unfavourable situation.
"Why isn't Hilary getting up? She's dozed off to sleep for good!" Tyson commented. "It's like how I sleep when I'm tired."
"Well that must be it," Ray retorted. "That she's really tired."
Tyson huffed in confusion.
"Tyson, don't forget that she spent nearly the whole day cooking and looking after us. And not to mention, looking after her own things, looking after her home work, studies and her workout."
"Oh…" Tyson said softly. "How do you know all of this anyway?"
Ray nearly toppled backwards, squawking. Getting himself together, he gazed into Tyson's eyes. "Tyson, you spend more time with her than I do, and you still don't know?"
Tiara eyed them side-side with a goofy grin.
Tyson twitched and jerked his head while dropped a sweat in exuberance. "Well, I guess I was a little busy with everything…"
Ray squinted at him, giving him a surreal and doltish look.
"Hey!" Tyson snapped. "I am a busy man, alright? And if you really think I'm just an oblivious-"
"Fine!" He grunted. "I'll show you what kind of gentlemen Tyson is!"
Tyson walked towards that back of the deck towards Daichi and Max.
"Shove off, Daichi, let the girl sleep." He moaned.
"What?!" Daichi blustered. "How dare you-"
"Shhh!" Tyson hissed. "Don't wake her up!"
Tyson leaned over and as gently as he could, wrapped her around his calloused arms. The hijackers glared at him with astonishment. Tyson winked back at them with his tongue stuck right out. He then gestured Ray, vacillating Hilary, as though she was his baby.
Tiara gazed at the scene impassively and walked off with her team. Kai scoffed at her attitude.
"Woah!" Kenny exclaimed. "Looks like Mexico is as beautiful too!"
"What's more beautiful is Daichi not getting air-sick this time." Tyson jeered. "I'm frankly surprised."
"I'm just too used to it now!" Daichi swaggered. "A plane knocking me out is just way out of my league now. And by the way, aren't you already heavy on your shoulders with Miss Bossy in your arms? How are you even getting hold of that luggage?"
Tyson smirked. "I have what it takes to be a champ, kid. This is no biggie at all."
"Your head is big enough to only function your darn mouth!" Daichi argued in trigger.
"I can't help it if you open your yap and try to get me out of my way to win." Tyson said softly. "And besides, keep it low, will you? It's hard enough for me to talk with Hilary being totally sleep deprived."
"Tyson," Mike muttered. "Let's get a cab to the hotel, shall we?"
Tyson nodded in agreement. "We'll all have our shares ready. Let's go."
With a great contribution and a colossal amount of luggage and mob on hand, they had to book an eight-seater convertible.
Tyson deliberately decided to call the back seat, for it would be easier to maintain Hilary in that vacant space.
"This is totally like vacation." Ray said stoically. "We need to get ourselves out of it."
"You're right," Rosa retorted. "We're not here for play time. So, Tyson, what're you planning ahead? Your strategies, your regime? It's better if everyone knows the details because we're all in this together.
Tyson huffed. "Uh-strategy? I don't really-"
"Thought so," She interjected. "Moron. We can't slack off, even for a minute!"
"Yeah, yeah!" Tyson said indignantly. "We've heard that way too many times before."
"Tyson, I know you're the three-peat world champion! And we know you're strong, your attacks and your emotions are the definition of your hardiness! But, honestly, this task is way ahead of ourselves. This limbo we're going to right now, is going to be a challenge. And not an awaiting one."
"But Tyson does have a point!" Max defended. "We've fought all sorts of opponents before and we spent months dealing with a grim reality full of ancient bit-beasts before. We're pretty experienced."
"As bladers and as far our spirits and battle logistics are concerned, I don't think we're bad at all. We may not have the best Beyblade designs, the best gears and probably have lesser upgrades. But we're really getting ahead," said Ray. "Not to mention we've already been on the demon-rock island before."
Rosa shook her head. "There have been quite a few changes. There's no ruler in particular, which creates a demand and pandemonium for everything. There's also a development in roads and small facilities for the good of sports. Although there's no professional league, we are technically part of the Beyblade Battle Association, where we earn."
Tyson gasped. "How exactly are you part of the BBA?"
"BBA is the most stabilized league across the world when it comes to beyblading. While BEGA was a piece of desperate ousting, BBA is much less scrappy and the spirit of blading really does get felt in here."
"Cut to the chase, Rosa!" Tiara ordered.
Rosa shrugged. "Mr. Dickenson. Who else would've had that thought on their mind? Our piece of information about astrology and rituals aren't for waste. Without us, you would've still been crying like babies at your houses."
"You seem like you're flaunting." Kenny swooned. "Why is it such a pride to be part of the BBA?"
"For their earning." Mike answered.
Tyson furrowed his eyebrows. "Just for money? You're only working here for money? What about the others?!" He hollered, nearly toppling himself over Hilary.
Rosa scoffed. "I can fathom why you wouldn't understand."
"What?!" Tyson snarled, bending forward.
"Listen! What I'm going to tell you right now will describe why we're avoiding the United States right now and why we chose to come here out of all places.
Our parents are really good friends. They're also member of the BOA, which is the Beyblade Occult Organization. Mr. Dickenson was a personnel of the BOA. It's our parents who brought the four of us together and made us practice various rituals, from which we came up to seances. It was like timeline which you have to follow throughout the family line. We put our heart and soul to it from the age of three, until when we were seven years old…when we were abandoned."
The former BladeBreakers gasped.
"Abandoned?" Ray muddled. "But why?"
"Along with being muckety-mucks of the BOA, they were also part of the local police department. That made them extremely rich and you know, the rich can be very stubborn and cocky. It was right to deem that they were going to just let their ways out.
We all were born in London, but were raised in Madrid. Well, after gaining all the money and fame, they wanted to move to New York while travelling various countries around the world, like Russia, Japan, China Australia for tours. We all refuted it, we didn't want to move. Madrid and London both were like home! On our first call, they raged. They demanded the shifting and at once, told us that the kids are all a burden. Told us they didn't need us anymore. Money was everything. Since they were already important generals, which I don't even know why because they didn't do much, they really had nowhere to spend money. Instead of doing something useful like donating to charity or to the poor, they started drinking and smoking, then moved on to gambling. And when they wanted to abandon this 'boring' city, it got on our nerves. Of course, they were chill with moving in without us. But there was a condition." She paused, breathing. "That we can't travel around the BOA centres, that is, the whole United States, North America, Russia, China and Southern Africa. If we step inside by any chance, they can detect us with their supernatural powers and will force us to stay. The second condition, to pay Mr. Dickenson and oust him from BOA for good."
Tyson's eyes glistened.
"No way…" He quavered. "And Mr. Dickenson accepted it?"
"He did for us. Or else, we'd be burdened by those tomfools. We would be suffering with our parents. And if it was a huge loss of 1,250 dollars for Mr. Dickenson, he'd rather stay out of toxicity and within the true spirit of beyblading. But while we grew up, we needed money to survive. We joined the BBA for our purposes, like this one and we earn money through it. But we won't cross the line."
"I don't believe it!" Max exclaimed. "Mr. Dickenson has been ousted twice with two huge losses!"
"And that means the BEGA issue was not unprecedented for him." Ray added with despondence.
"What's up with these rich dudes anyway? Aren't they just ego-centred pricks? Why does money always get involved?"
Kenny grunted. "Daichi! Get real! The whole world doesn't exactly revolve around beyblading. There are a lot of mind-games and enterprises issues. Not only that, even a small community like beyblading only accepts high-level entrepreneurs, high-skilled and high-knowledge bladers."
Tyson sighed. "If beyblading was only about your spirit and brawn with no brains, then the game would be half-boring. It's not only about charging in and knocking out blades. It's like any other sport: dedication and strategy! Daichi, you know that!"
Daichi snickered. "Yeah, yeah. I know that."
"The ride is about two-hours more," Tiara mumbled.
"Well I'm off for a slumber," said Tyson, yawning.
"But you just slept the whole flight…"
"I just slept for an hour, chief. I'm still really sleepy."
In a few seconds, Tyson was resting the side of his head on the side of Hilary's.
LOVE- Yay! Hillary's cool at fighting. Kyaaa! Someone's jelly-jelly XP so, that kiara or Tiara bitch is in Love wid our Tyse? And she assumes she can win over Hils?
