Hey everyone!! I can't think of anything to say, and I'm normally much more chatty in my A/N. I'm so sorry but I'm falling flat &&& am super excited about derek coming back in a few :) As usual, please leave a review and enjoy chapter five of Unbroken Hearts!!

"Please tell me you and Lexie did not just sleep together." Callie said, when Mark walked back inside.

"No, but she just, she told me she was still in love with me. Had always been. Would always be."

"Seriously?"

"Seriously. This doesn't change anything. She still walked out, and she doesn't expect me to take her back, right?"

"Okay, but do you want to take her back?"

"I'm with Julia. And like you said, Julia loves Sofia. And I love Sofia."

"You never answered the question. Do you want Lexie back?"

"Part of me never really got over her. I knew that I could never love Julia the way I loved Lexie."

"Loved! So, you don't want to get back together."

"I don't know. I need to think. Can you tell Julia I got paged in?"

"Yeah, you go figure out your feelings. Lord knows you need it." Callie said, as Mark headed upstairs to grab his coat.

"What was all of that about? You two were gossiping like school girls." Arizona says, walking over to her wife.

"Mark and Lexie talked. She still loves him. And he has no idea what to do."

"I mean, they're Mark and Lexie. They're epic, and inevitable. Think about it. Is Mark as happy as he was when he was with Lexie?"

"No, but he deserves to be with someone whose not gonna abandon him. Speaking of which, where is Julia?"

Callie says, as her eyes fall on Julia, speaking to Lexie. "Oh my god." Arizona says, her eyes glued to the girls.

"Woah, hey. Didn't see you there." Julia says, almost bumping into Lexie as she stepped out of the patio door.

"You're fine. You're, uh, Mark's girlfriend? Julia, right?"

"Yes. Have we met?"

"I'm Lexie! Mark's, you know, Lexie?" Lexie said, as Julia obviously didn't recognize her.

"I'm sorry, I don't think he's mentioned you." Julia said, as Lexie's heart fell again. If he hadn't even mentioned her, there was no way he could still love her.

"Oh. I'm, uh- sorry for bugging you."

"No, you're fine. I'm presuming you're an ex?"

"Guess that's me."

How did she go from being the love of his life, to a random ex?

"When were you two together?"

"Twice. First time was a year, and 5 months. We broke up because of his teenage daughter-"

"Sloan?"

"Yeah, her. And then, the hospital got shot up, I had to be committed to the Psych Ward. And then, we were kinda together, but not really. Finally, he kissed me at Joe's bar. We were really together, for like 4 months, before he found out about Sofia. When he told me about Sofia, I just left for Boston."

"Oh, wow. There's a lot of water under that bridge."

"Yeah. So, uh, how long have you two been together?"

"Coming up on 11 months in a few days."

"Congratulations! You're okay with the whole Sofia, and Callie and Arizona thing, too?"

"It's unconventional, but you know. We make it work. Mark's awesome with it. I mean, you should see him with Sofia."

"Mark's amazing. Well, I should, uh, get going. It was really nice to meet you."

"You too!" Julia says, walking off.
