Griffin House
Hours after Meg gone to school, Stewie by his computer, still working on the cure. Lois still kneeling inside of her containment cell. Brian walked in carrying a large raw steak of meat almost big as him. He walked to Lois cell as he presses a button. A small door opened up on the glass "Here you go Lois. It's supper time." Said Brian as he tossed the raw meat inside of Lois cell closing the small door.
The raw meat landed by Lois knees. She grabs it and immediately starting to chow down. Sinking her fangs into the raw meat, ripping chucks like a hungry wolf. Making animalistic growls as she tears the meat. Not bothering that it is raw. Brian just watched in surprised at Lois eating as her fangs continue to rip the meat off. Much for the dog bewilderment.
"My God, Lois is really tearing into that steak. She must be really hungry." Said Brian.
"Of course, she's hungry. I haven't fed her all day." Stewie commented.
"Geez, no wonder. Did you even bother to feed your own mother after locking her up like an animal?"
"Of course, I tried to feed her. But she didn't eat that cooked lasagna I made for her."
Cutaway
Stewie with a chef hat standing outside holding a tray of lasagna he made "Alright Lois. Time to eat." Stewie sticks the tray inside the cell.
Once Lois sniffs at the lasagna, she grants and smacks it out his hands. Angrily roaring at him "Screw you, you bitch! No dinner for you!" Stewie shouted.

"Then why did you ask me to go and get raw meat, from a butcher shop?"
"From further research I discovered that Lois has develop a new diet system. Instead eating what we usually eat, she must have developed a crave for meat."
"So, like a carnivore?"
"Exactly."
Once Lois is done with the raw meat. She starting to roar again, pulling the chain. Much of Brian frustration "Don't tell me she's still hungry?! She ate a dog-size meat!" Brian shouted.
"I got it." Stewie walked to some pod. He entered it as a flash of light flashes as he disappeared from nothingness. The light flashes again to see Stewie dragging a large beef meat "Okay, open the cage so I could toss this in." Said Stewie.
"Stewie where did you get that?"
"From a freezer from some butcher shop. It was hanging from a meat hook."
"You stole it instead to pay for it?" Brian angrily asked.
"Don't worry about it, it isn't like they care it's missing."
Butcher Shop
"I'm telling you there should be 20 beef meat in here. There's only nineteen, where's the other one?" Asked the manager.
"Do you really care about it?" Asked the worker.
"No, I do not."
"Then stop complaining all the damn time."
Griffin House
As the glass wall opens open. Both Brian and Stewie toss the beef inside and quickly closes it. Without wasting anytime Lois grabs it and starting tearing at the beef. Brian and Stewie watches Lois eating the raw beef with Stewie taking notes.
"Boy, she already ate the steak I gave her. How come she's still hungry?" Brian question.
"Because, Brian, now that Lois has a huge body build. She needs to eat twice as much food she need. In her case, eating meat." Lois ripping a huge chunk shaking around like a dog.
"My God she is such an animal. No matter's and most importantly, chewing with her mouth open."
"That's how nature works Brian."
"Will she be okay eating all that meat?"
"Lois has a strong digestive system. Due to her muscle mass with a large appetite, she needs to eat as many calories as possible to keep her both in shape and stamina. Just be glad we're not on the menu."
Lois ate all the meaty parts with nothing but bones. However, still feeling hungry, Lois places her jaw and crushes the bone. Chewing it before shallowing it. Taking another bite as Brian and Stewie watching her eating the bones.
"Holy crap, she's eating the bone? How could she able to bite through bone?" Said Brian.
"Well, the only know animal in the animal kingdom are the hyenas. The strong force of their jaws are 1,100 pounds."
"Is her jaw that powerful?"
"As powerful as a hyena then, yes."
Stewie walked over to his computer with Brian walking behind him "How's the antidote coming along? Will it able to turn Lois back to her old self?" Brian nervously asks.
"It's almost done. It wasn't easy to reengineer Lois blood and turn it into an antidote. But I'm positive it'll turn her back."
"Will she remember anything?"
"Beats me, we'll have to wait and see." Stewie look at Lois who is done with her meal licking her hands for anything still on "As long she doesn't beat the living hell out of me, I don't really care."
Stewie press a couple buttons. Blue liquid came out from the computer and into a vial. Stewie took the vial and pour it into a tube. Closing the lid as he holds it in his tiny hand.
"There we go, the antidote is ready."
"Why is it in a nasal spray?"
"I'm going to spray the antidote right up Lois nose. It's painless and easier to get her to take it."
"Can't you just inject it into her? Surely it's faster that way."
"I already put it inside the nasal spray. I already pay $9:38 for it. Let's not waste anytime alright?"
Stewie walked up to the control pad as he places the nasal spray in the hole. It went inside as Stewie put in some commands. The mechanical arm holding the nasal spray emerge from the ceiling. Lowering in front of Lois face.
"Here we go…" Lois gave a loud roar with spit flaying from her mouth "NOW!" Pushing the button, the arm bends towards Lois and shoves the nasal spray up into her nostril. Catching the huge Amazonian off guard as she looked surprised. Feeling the spray in her nose, she coughs with the arm went back into the ceiling. Shaking her head furiously, she then sneezes. Stewie folded his arms with success.
"There we go. In twenty seconds, she'll shrink down to normal size." Stewie look at his watch "She'll be back to her old self in… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1."
After counting down, Brian and Stewie looking at Lois, waiting for the cure to kick in. However, after some moments pass Lois growls and roared in rage. Trying to break free from her imprisonment. Stewie unfolded his arms in confusion. Brian narrows his eyes as he continues to look at Lois to see any sign of her losing any muscle mass.
"Why isn't working? Stewie why isn't it working?" Brian looking at Stewie who is confused as well.
"I-I don't understand… the antidote should be kicking in by now." Stewie looked at his computer which its flashing ERROR in red "What the hell?" Stewie quickly pressing buttons as a syringe gun came down and connected to Lois neck. The huge Amazonian hisses as it took more blood sample.
He walked back to his computer as he places the vial of blood in, as it drains. After pressing some buttons, the screen came on "Okay let's see what we have." Stewie muttered, the images show up. Blue blobs are seen as dark pink cells starting to eat the blobs. Stewie eyes widen as saucers as he came to a horribly discovery "Oh my God, no!" Stewie shouted.
"What? What is it?" Brian asked as Stewie slammed his tiny fist.
"Damn it all! Why didn't I notice it?!"
"Stewie you're not making sense! Why didn't the cure work?!"
"Antibodies…"
"Antibodies?! What you mean, Lois isn't an antibody carrier. How could she have antibodies in her?"
"The serum must have created a defense system when Lois transformed. It evolved to the point to protect itself and Lois from any outside intruders. Which means the antidote is now useless to us."
"Useless? You mean Lois is stuck like this forever?!"
"I'm afraid so."
"Oh my God." Brian pacing around losing his cool "Is there a way to turn Lois back to normal?"
"Well, unless I find a way to bypass the antibodies, I'm afraid there's no way to cure Lois."
"Damn it, Stewie! None of this should happen if you haven't made the serum to turn your own mother into a freak of nature!"
"Oh, let's jump on 'It's Stewie fault train' because it wasn't mine idea! It's the fat-man fault! It was his idea to put Lois in a stupid contest!" Stewie took in some breaths to calm himself "Brian arguing won't help us to find a cure."
"How can we cure her, you said it yourself that those anti-crap attack anything that is a threat."
"First of all; it's pronounced antibody. Secondly, you're right, those antibodies won't let us to cure Lois. I wish we have some idea."
Suddenly they hear a bus coming up. They quickly looked out the window to see Meg walking off the bus and walking to the door. She opens it and walks inside, closing the door behind her. That's when Brian realizes something.
"Wait does Meg have antibodies in her too?"
"I don't think so. They haven't been developed yet until she transforms. Why had you asked?"
"What if we use the cure on her? Since the antibodies aren't inside of Meg yet, we might be able to turn her back to her old self."
"Brian, you're a genius!"
"I am? Really?" Brian smiling.
"Don't get used to it." Stewie walked to the computer began to type the keyboard "I'll have the antidote ready in no time. You go to Meg's room and bring her back so I could use the nasal spray on her."
"Got it. I just hope Meg come willingly." As Brian went out of Stewie's bedroom.
Meg's Room
Brian walked inside of Meg's room but stopped when he sees Meg sitting on her bed. Unlike this morning Meg had already undergo another growth spurt. Her muscles are now bigger than before, standing 5'6 with her shirt shrunk a bit, showing off her midriff abs. She's reading a teen magazine until she sees Brian standing in her room.
"Brian, didn't hear you come in." Said Meg standing up to show how tall she is "What's up?"
"Meg… you're, um…"
"Taller? Not to mention sexy?" Meg posing which Brian stood there nervously "Grew a bit more muscle in gym class. I basically dominated those weights."
"Okay, Meg? I need you to come with me so we could turn you back to normal."
"What? What you mean by 'Turn me back to normal'?"
"Look I know it sounds crazy, but trust me, it's best for you to be your old self again."
"Old self?! I don't know what you're talking about, but I know what you're saying!"
"Y-You do?"
"You want me to lose all of my muscles and go back to a fat, ugly, weak bitch I used to be! Why?! Is it because you and the family don't like that fact I can whoop all of your assess now?! That I won't be taking anymore of your bullshit comments about me?!"
"M-Meg… need you to calm down and listen what I have to say."
"NO! YOU LISTEN!" Meg shouted as she stomped her right foot, leaving a dent which almost went through the floor "For years you guys and everyone in this town always treated me like crap. I've put up every abuse, torment, bulling, and hurtful comments. I've been everyone's punching bag. I've farted on by Peter for years. Lois neglected me instead of being a mother. You, Chris, and Stewie always said mean stuff about me. Well, no more! I'm done being helpless, done being used as a goddamned joke to everyone! I, Meg Griffin am standing for myself. And people will give me the respect I deserve!"
"Shut up, Meg! No one respects you!" Peter shouted off-screen.
"Meg you don't understand!"
"I do understand… And I don't care what you or everyone else thinks! Get out of my room!"
"But Meg…" Meg grabs Brian's head "I SAID OUT!" Meg shouted throwing Brian out the room which hits the wall.
"Meg, wait you don't…" Meg slams the door which left cracks on the doorframe. Brian gave a fearful expression "Damnit, this isn't good. Need warn Stewie."
Brian ran back to Stewie's bedroom. He ran inside to see the toddler holding the nasal spray "Brian, you're in time. I just finished the antidote. Where's Meg?" Asked Stewie.
"She isn't coming."
"What?! What you mean she isn't coming?!"
"I tried to tell her what happen to Lois, so she could come willingly. But she blows the fused and threw me out before I could explain."
"Blast it all, we don't have much time. Meg metamorphosis will start in…" Stewie checking his watch "…oh good Lord, in 5 minutes!"
"We have to hurry!" Both Brian and Stewie ran out the room and heads over to Megs.
