Chapter 5

They left at 12 to go and meet Honor. As planned when they arrived they were early and so proceeded to an empty table.

Rory sat with her back facing the door just to make Honor guess. The pairs hands were entwined from the minuet they sat down, as they waited for Logan's sister they were chatting and laughing just like old times. However Rory just couldn't wait for Honor to finally get her burger she'd been dreaming about and ordered early Logan also got them both coffees.

The bell on the door suddenly jingled making them jump, Logan looked up he saw his sister and smiled before calling her over. Honor heard her little brother and proceeded to their table before eyeing Rory. As Rory had sat with her back facing the door Honor didn't know who it was but was sure Logan would introduce them.

"Hey little Bro, whose the girl?"

"See for yourself" he gestured for Rory to stand and face his sister. She immediately did so

"Oh My God RORY!!!" Her reaction was priceless and made them burst into even more fits of laughter

Honor hugged Rory hello and then Logan before sitting down.

"Hey Ace your burgers here" sure enough the burger was here so was the coffee as the waiter put them down Rorys mouth was watering from the smell. She tried it and it was heavenly divine

"So Good!!" Rory was so happy in this moment Logan noticed

"You like that huh"

"Yes you gotta get your self one I would offer but then I would have to kill you, we don't want that now do we"

"No we don't." He was thinking of his child at that moment "Honor do you want one?"

"If Rory says it's good, please"

Logan ordered and then kissed Rory

Honor was clearly confused she was expecting to just see her brother no Rory. That kiss made her even more confused

"Wait are you" pointing at the pair

They looked at each other before replying with a kiss on the lips

"Yes they said at the same time" However they were unsure if it was to early to tell her about the baby.

"Yay! I'm so happy for you"

"You know when you called me you were on speakerphone so Rory could hear. It was also Rory who wanted burgers..." His voice trailed off as he just stared at Rory and touched her stomach. Honor saw the touching on the stomach and was instantly intrigued.

"Let me guess Rory wanted burgers because she missed Luke's?" Choosing to ignore the touching stomach part for now

"Absolutely!" There was no hesitation to Rorys reply even though part of it was pregnancy cravings

" I should have known" this made her smile "Hey Logan don't think I didn't see, I saw you..."

"Saw...?" Logan was a little confused

"Your hands.." her voice trailed off and she instead opted to point

"Ahh should we tell her?" He wanted Rory to tell him it was okay but she was stuffing her face in her burger just as theirs arrived at the table. Rory was right they were divine

"Logan..." Honor really wanted to know

"Ace should we tell her?"

Rory swallowed the mouthful before replying "I don't know should we?"

"Yes Please?"

"You are as bad as my Mom!" knowing full well her mother would do the same thing which made her smile

"That's saying something your moms insane though Ace"

"Hey that's my mother you are talking about!"

I'm sorry Ace!"

The pair started laughing again

"I don't care tell me. Tell Me!! I BEG YOU TO PUT ME PUT OF MY MISERY NOT KNOWING!"

Rory and Logan burst out laughing but decided it was time to put her out of her misery "Do you want to tell her Ace?"

"Okay" Rory looked at Logan and smiled before telling his sister "I'm pregnant and Logan and I got back together"

Honor was shocked she had figured it out but still she was at a loss for words

"Logan finish please" she really wanted to finish her burger

"Okay Ace. Yes Rory came to see me in London after her parents wedding to tell me I'm going to be a Daddy." A really big smile formed on his face that did not go unnoticed "That night I went over to her hotel we talked sort of ended up getting back together. Also I've officially ended things with Odette"

It took Honor a few seconds to process this before replying "Oh My God I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU! You deserve this"

They looked at each other with a deep love in their eyes before Turing back to Honor. Logan's eye caught her coffee mug

"Hey Ace just a suggestion but you may want to slow down with the coffee"

Rory quickly saw that there was probably 2 gulps left of her coffee "Ugh this is going to be torture"

"It's worth it though" Honor said she had 2 boys of her own

"I'd listen to her" Logan said

After that they finished their lunch and decided to take a stroll through Central Park enjoying a wonderful day in each other's company until Honor had to go home

The following day Logan left for work early to get to his meetings Rory was still asleep when he left. When finally she woke up she ate the breakfast Logan had made her and then she decided to continue work on her book waiting for Logan to get home. She wanted burgers again but Luke's this time. Luke had sent the recipe to her though email and she forwarded it to Logan

It was 5pm when he walked in the door.

"Evening Ace, enjoy your day?"

Rory was sat on the couch watching Casablanca

"Yes I got some more of my book done. Question..."

"You want Luke's burgers don't you?"

"You know me far to well!"

Logan started laughing before giving her a kiss and hug

"I will get started"

"Thank you!"

Quickly she decided to text her Mom saying Logan's makings Luke's burgers for dinner

A reply came almost instantly

Yay! You got lucky there

Thanks Mom

How did it go with Honor yesterday?

Really well actually. I will tell you the full details when I get home let's just say it was hilarious and loads of fun

Aww I'm glad it went well kid

Thanks mom see you tomorrow

I miss you kid really looking forward to seeing youtomorrow

Logan called from the kitchen

"Ace do you want to help?"

"How much help can I be? You know I can't cook!"

"I know but you can prepare or wash up" knowing she took after her Mom and liked washing up

"Okay I'm coming"

Rory turned off Casablanca and got up to help Logan in the kitchen. Together they made a delicious dinner

"You know I think they are even better even though it's the same recipe"

"Normally things taste better when you help though" Logan responded but still let a smile creep on his face

"I know...YUMMY!"

"Glad you approve Ace!"

"I do I very much approve"

"When shall we leave tomorrow?" Rory asked

"I'm thinking around 9am we can go earlier though I don't mind" Logan replied

"How about 9 but earlier if we are ready?"

"Deal" Logan instantly agreeed before finishing his dinner

With that they ate their dinner, watched another movie before heading off to bed. Only Logan had to truly pack, most of Rorys stuff was still in her bedroom at her Moms.
