The next chapter is up! Enjoy :)

"You sure you don't want to come with? You're still on vacation you know. I don't see why you feel the need to train." Bulma said.

Christina continued stretching her legs, "I'm sure, you know me; can never stay away from practice for long. It's my way of staying active. Don't want to go home out of shape." She teases.

Bulma huffs out a laugh, "I doubt you could ever be out of shape, Chrissie. But I do understand commitment. If you do change you're mind, just give me a call. We'll be out for at least a couple hours."

Christina nods in understanding, then pauses, "You sure Vegeta won't be using the training room today? Last thing I need; is him walking in on me again, and telling me to 'Beat It' so he can train."

Bulma waved her off, "Don't sweat it kid, both he and Goku will be off training on our private island. So no one will be here to bother you. You'll pretty much have this whole place to yourself for a good two hours or more."

"Oh goody, guess this means raves and wild parties. Maybe even a male stripper or two." Christina joked, as she flexed her calf muscles.

"Haha, really cute, Chris. I'd say go for it, if the rest of the family weren't involved. Would definitely not like to have to explain all that to the kids." Bulma replied, with laughter in her voice.

"Ehh, they will eventually learn all about that stuff when they are older." Christina said.

Bulma rolled her eyes, "I'll pretend I didn't hear that. Anyways, there are leftovers in the fridge, if you want to heat anything up for lunch. Or if your feeling take out, there are plenty of restaurant numbers in one of the drawers by the fridge."

"Thanks, Bulma. Hope you all have a great time. And thanks for taking Anubis along with you guys too. It's good that he stretches his legs." Christina replied.

There was a brief pause, before the older woman spoke up again.

"I don't mean to be a pain. But are you sure you don't want to come?" Bulma asks.

Christina smiles, "I'm sure. Go, and have some fun family time. I'll be good here."

Bulma abided by her request. Though in truth, the reason she kept insisting was because; she can't seem to shake a bad feeling that has come over her. For some reason, it had to do with leaving her friend alone. Still, the house is safe and secure. Christina already told her she would call if anything came up. As long as the young dancer kept her phone close by, that was good enough for Bulma.

"Alright then, Hun. Have a good time in the training room. Don't work too hard, and I'll see you later." Bulma said.

Christina said goodbye, before Bulma left the room. Her parents and Trunks said goodbye on the way out too. Once Bulma, Trunks, Bulla, and her parents left; it was just her in the large home.

She finished her stretches, then grabs her Bluetooth speaker, and phone. Christina headed down to the training room. It was nice and spacious. Just like last time, she made sure to steer clear of the gravity simulator. Last thing she'd want to be is a human pancake. She connected the Bluetooth to her phone and opened her itunes library. Then set it to her dance playlist, before making her way to the middle of the room, and sinking into a pose.

"Turn out the lights

Feed the fire 'til my soul breaks free

My heart is high as the waves above me

Don't need to understand

Too lost to lose

Don't fight my tears 'cause they feel so good

And I, I will remember how to fly

Unlock the heavens in my mind

Follow my love back through the same Secret Door

Look past the end

It's a dream as it's always been

All life lives on if we've ever loved it

And I, I will remember how to fly

Unlock the heavens in my mind

Follow my love back through the same Secret Door

*Instrumental Solo...

I, I will remember how to fly

Unlock the heavens in my mind

Follow my love back through the same Secret Door"

Christina went down smoothly into a plie' as the song came to a close.

There was a few seconds pause; before it started onto the next song. Christina danced swiftly for the next couple hours, before she started to feel hungry, and decided it was time for a short break. She left the Bluetooth speaker behind, but took her phone into the house with her.

As she entered and walked through the living room on her way to the kitchen, she wiped some sweat off her brow. Sure enough, it was pretty warm and somewhat humid in the training room. Before she stepped foot in the kitchen, Christina heard a sound from above on the second floor. Like the thump of some foot falls.

'They're back already? Thought Bulma said, they'd be gone a while longer.' Christina thought.

Instead of going further, she changed route, and headed for the stairs. Christina didn't hear anymore movement; and the hair on the back of her neck stood up. For some reason, she suddenly got a bad feeling. Yet, she still kept going. She heard a noise again, a little further down the hall, and to the left. The only room down there; was Bulma's lab.

Christina quietly made her way down. She slowly opened the door and peaked in. What she saw, made her hold in a startled gasp. Two men...no aliens were in Bulma's lab, and they seem to be looking for something.

"It's here somewhere, did you try those drawers over there?" One of them asked, gesturing to one of the many drawers.

"Not yet, I'm still going through one of these filing cabinets." The other replied.

"Well, hurry it up, who knows how much time we have before they all come back." The first guy snapped.

The second one grumbled something under his breath, but continued rifling through the filing cabinet.

Christina still watched on silently from the hall. 'Great, now what the fuck am I suppose to do!? I know Goku and Vegeta are super fast. But I still doubt they would make it back here in time.'

Before she could ponder on what else she can do; her phone picked the perfect moment to go off.

"Shit!" She hissed, while fumbling to mute the sound.

Leave it for someone to pick this time to call her. No doubt they heard her! Christina started to back up, but the door swung open, before she can go any further. The two alien men looked just as surprised as she did, but their surprise quickly morphed into scowls. One reached out and grabbed her by the front of her shirt, and Christina let out a startled yelp as they quickly yanked her into the room. They pulled her in and then shoved her hard into the wall.

"Just what do you think your doing, girl?" The one who still had ahold of her growled.

At first, Christina was too startled to speak.

"Me?! Just who in the hell are you guys?! And what the hell are you doing in my friend's lab!?" Christina blurted.

"That's none of you're business. Though seeing you are here, perhaps you can tell us where it is." He said.

"Where what is!?" She asked.

"Don't play stupid! You know what we're talking about! Now tell us where it is or we will kill you!" He shouted in her face.

"I swear I don't know what the fuck your talking about! Now let me go!" She yelled back.

The first man didn't seem to like her answer. He growled and shoved her into the side of one of the metal tables. Christina hissed in pain as her back met with the hard rim of the table. The force of the shove made the table top shake slightly and a tin box that was on top of it; fell when her arm accidently hit it. The lid popped off of it, revealing the contents inside.

A bright sloshy fluid from within the box caught their gaze. When both men looked at the contents in the box, they smirked. One reached in and grabbed a medium sized vial out of the box. They analyzed it's contents and were pleased with what they found.

"This is it Barlo, we found it!" The second alien said, with excitement.

The one known as 'Barlo' gave an approving look.

"Yes, that's it. Toshi and Tak showed us what the extract looked like. No doubt, this is it. Let's take it and go." He said.

"What about her?" The second in command asked.

Before he could answer, their scouters beeped as someone was contacting them.

"Come in Barlo, Come in Mart, the sensors on your craft picked up something. It appears you two triggered some silent alarm once you entered the premises. And it looks like not only is the family coming back, but we have every reason to believe they notified the saiyans of you're presence! So it's time for you to leave!" Came the panicked voice of Kikono.

Both soldiers became increasingly nervous at the news, but replied back to their superior.

"We copy, Lieutenant Kikono. And you will be happy to know; we found the extract." Barlo replied.

"Perfect! Now don't waste anymore time. Get to the ship." Kikono said, before the line cut out.

"What do we do about her?" Mart asked.

Barlo turned his attention back to the young woman, who was inching towards the door, but froze when they spotted her. He took a step forward, when both their scouters started going off again. This time it was picking up on some significant power levels headed straight towards them and closing. They were not as strong as the saiyans, but strong enough to cause them trouble.

He turned his head sharply to look over his shoulder at his comrade.

"We really don't have time! If those power levels on our scouters are anything to go by, they will be here very shortly." He snapped at the other.

Then Barlo quickly turned his attention back to Christina. Before she could take another step, he quickly back handed the woman across the face. She felt a sharp sting that made her head snap to the side. Before everything went dark. She fell to the ground in a heap, and Barlo bent over to pick her up. He tossed the unconscious woman over his shoulder and turned back to the other soldier.

"What are you doing?" Mart asked.

"What's it look like, you fool? Those fighters will be upon us any minute. We're going to use her as leverage if we can't make it out in time. I still doubt they will make it here before we can get to the roof. But with these fighters; we're not taking any chances. You grab the extract and let's get going!" Barlo snapped.

Mart nodded and made a B-Line to the window they came through, with the extract in hand. Barlo quickly followed with Christina still lying limp over his shoulder. As they fly up to the top of the roof, they thought they saw two bright lights in the distance, closing in on their location.

They wasted no time in getting into the small craft. They shoved Christina into one of the seats, before strapping themselves in, and turned on the engines. They hit a few buttons on the control panel. The soldiers lifted off and gunned it out of there as fast as they could. The two men let out a sigh of relief when they made it out of Earth's atmosphere within a matter of a couple minutes.

Barlo pressed the button on the ship's intercom.

"Lieutenant Kikono, we have made it to our ship, and have cleared the planet's atmosphere. E.T.A to the main ship in fifteen minutes." He said.

"Excellent! Well done! We eagerly await you're arrival and shall inform Lord Frieza that you're mission was a success." Kikono replied.

The line cut out again, and Barlo leaned back in the pilot's seat with a smirk.

"What do you think, Mart? How big you suppose our reward will be?" He asks.

Mart chuckles, "Oh, I say big enough to probably buy a small planet."

Both men share a laugh, as Christina still sat hunched over in her seat; past out. There was no doubt that things are to get a lot worse for her; once she has awoken. It certainly didn't help that the tyrant will soon have what they came for too.

Things are starting to look really bad for Christina. We can only imagine what's in store for her, once they bring her aboard Frieza's Main Ship. The song lyrics don't belong to me. Those rights belong to the band Evanescence. The song is off their self titled album and it's called; 'Secret Door.' If you never heard the song before; I highly suggest listening to it. It's a very beautiful song. One of my personal favorites from the band. Until Next Time ;)
