"Raven, I'm supposed to be the fairest of them all, and that means everything about me has to be perfect," said Apple.

"So how can I be the fairest when I have all of these freckles covering my face?!" she asked as tears began to roll down her cheeks.

"Apple it doesn't matter what you look like, being the fairest of them all only matters in your actions toward others," said Raven as she walked right up to Apple.

"Besides, you're beautiful with or without makeup," said Raven as she wiped away the tears from Apple's cheeks while smiling at the blonde that stood before her.

"You… you really think so?" asked Apple as her cheeks turned a shade of pink.

"Of… of course I do," said Raven who also turned a shade of pink. A moment of silence then fell on them as the two put some distance between them.

"Thank you, Raven," said Apple, finally breaking the awkward silence.

"What you said is right, makeup doesn't matter as much as my true beauty, thanks for making me realize that," she said while returning the smile.

"You're welcome," said Raven.

"I do wonder where this curse came from though, I don't remember seeing anyone cast a spell during lunch," said Apple as she picked up an apple from a nearby basket.

"No!" said Raven while slapping the red fruit out of the girl's hand.

"What was that for?" asked a shocked Apple.

"It's a long story but you'll get sick if you eat anything with apples in it," said Raven.

"So disappointing," came Monaca's voice out of thin air.

"You just had to pull another person into our little game, didn't you," said Monaca as she appeared while sitting on the blonde's bed.

"No, you can't do this, I had no choice but to tell her," said Raven while pushing Apple behind her in order to put room between the blonde and Monaca.

"She would have only had a small case of food poisoning and would have realized that she couldn't eat apples anymore, although you could have freed her by telling her how you really feel," said Monaca as she walked over to a window.

"But now Briar has to suffer as well," said Monaca before snapping her fingers.
