Team Attacks

In the city of Mantle, the Chibi heroes of Beacon Academy have been confronted by their arch-enemy Cinder.

"MWA HA HA HA!" said Cinder. "We meet again at last, Team RWBY!"

"Your reign of terror ends here, Cinder!" said Ruby.

"I don't think so, little red! This time I've got back up!"

From behind Cinder came her ruthless assassin Mercury, brandishing his prosthetic legs. Standing next to him was the murderous psychopath Neo, pulling out the blade from her umbrella and pointing it towards her enemies. Finally, her most loyal of followers Emerald was texting her Berrywood friends.

"Emerald!" yelled Cinder.

"Huh?" said Emerald, looking up from her scroll. "Oh yeah, the big fight."

"Do you children really think you can possibly defeat all of us?"

"We can thanks to our special team attacks!" said Ruby. "Blake, Ladybug!"

Ruby and Blake used their speed to pinsir Neo and slashed her quickly from two different directions, making it impossible for her to defend herself. Mercury was using his shotgun blasts to fire at Weiss, who used her glyphs to protect herself.

"Scared to fight back, princess?" said Mercury.

"Not for long!" said Ruby. "Weiss, Ice Flower!"

Weiss created an ice glyph with the ice dust from her Myrtlenaster as Ruby fired several rounds, creating ice-powered bullets that froze Mercury's legs, taking him out of the battle.

"So you came up with some clever attacks!" said Cinder, branding her two obsidian swords thanks to the powers of her Semblance and Fall Maiden. "You're still not a match for me!"

"We'll see about that!" said Ruby. "Yang, time to use Enabler!"

"All right!" said Yang, pounding her fists together. "Time to..."

Yang paused when she heard the codename given for her and Ruby's special team attack.

"Wait...Enabler? Why is our team attack called Enabler?"

"Because you...you know...," muttered Ruby.

"No, I don't know! Ladybug and Bumblebee I get! Ice Flower and Checkmate I get! But what is it about us that the first thing that comes to your mind is 'Enabler?'"

"Look, that's not important! Can we go back to fighting now?"

"Not until you tell me why our attack is called Enabler!"

"You really want me to explain in the middle of fighting our sworn enemies?!" yelled Ruby.

"Actually," said Cinder, "I'm curious myself."

"So am I!" said Mercury. "We want to know too!"

"Fine, I'll call it something else!" said Ruby. "Yang, time for uh...Ketchup and Mustard!"

"Oh no!" said Yang. "You're not getting off the hook, Ruby! Now start explaining!"

With everyone's attention now directed towards Ruby, she swallowed some air as she attempted to explain the origins of her and Yang's team attack.

"Because...the way you dress and act...you enable some really forbidden thoughts...the kind you'd only see in anime..."

"OH MY TWO GODS!" said Blake. "She's thinking of the I-WORD!"

"WHAT THE FRACK, RUBY?!" screamed Yang.

"You seriously think about you and Yang-?!" asked Weiss.

"NO!" said Ruby. "ABSOLUTELY NOT!"

"Wow," said Cinder. "I'm a murderous power-hungry maniac and even I think that's messed up."

"...I'd ship it," said Emerald.

"EMERALD!"

"What? Love is love! Besides, their thing is TAME compared to what goes on in Berrywood!"

"Will all of you please just stop talking before my mind decides to shut down?!" said Weiss.

"I agree!" said Ruby. "Let's get back to our fight, Cinder!"

"No thanks," said Cinder, putting her weapons away. "I'm way too grossed out to do this anymore."

[I'm gonna barf!] read Neo's sign.

"Seriously little red," said Mercury, "stop reading fan fiction and seek some help."

"I DON'T ACTUALLY THINK LIKE THAT ABOUT MY SISTER!" yelled Ruby.

"Technically," said Emerald, "she's only your half-sister so-"

"WORDS NO YOU MORE!" blurted Ruby.

The Oscars

The heroes and villains of RWBY Chibi were gathered in the auditorium to see who would walk away with the coveted Oscar, with Ruby about to present the award.

"And the Oscar for Best Supporting Huntress goes to...Nora Valkyrie!" announced Ruby.

"YES!" said Nora, running up to the podium. "I'd like to thank all the little people, the big people, and everyone else in between!"

Ruby came out with Oscar, who had been spray-painted head to toe in gold.

"You're all mine, cute boy Oz!" said Nora, raising her newly won Oscar high.

"Why did I agree to this?" asked Oscar.

Penny Returns

Team RWBY were in the Atlas Academy lounge discussing more of their exploits to the Ace Ops.

"And then I said, 'We're protecting each other!'" said Blake.

"That doesn't make sense, though," said Vine. "You just said you weren't protecting each other."

"I meant we weren't just one relying on the other."

"If you were trying to sound cool, you should have said-"

"SALUTATIONS!" greeted Penny, now in her latest upgraded model. "Welcome to Atlas, Ruby and friends! It's so great to see all of you again! It feels like it's been YEARS since we were all having fun together!"

"We've missed you too, Penny!" said Ruby. "It feels great to have everyone back again!"

As Penny looked around the room to see all her old friends, she couldn't but feel like someone was missing. All of Team RWBY was there; Jaune along with his friends Nora and Ren were there; there was also Ruby's new friends Oscar and Maria. Yet Penny couldn't help but think she had forgotten someone.

"Something seems off," said Penny. "I feel like someone is missing."

"You think someone is missing?" said Ruby. "Who is it?"

"I feel like it's someone important. Someone I should definitely know but for some reason their name escapes me right now."

"Last time I checked everyone important from Beacon is here! The students, the staff, the evil yet popular antagonists - except Mr. Blew-Our-Budget - are all here in Atlas now!"

"And even some of the lesser seen yet popular students come by from time to time!" said Velvet, waving hello with the rest of Team CFVY and Team SSSN.

"Don't forget the occasional cameo from us Mistral people!" said Ilia, who stopped by to visit with Blake's parents.

"But there's still someone missing!" said Penny. "I just know it!"

"Maybe it's a Deja Vu thing?" said Ruby. "I think you're worrying over nothing, Penny."

"No, this isn't right! Someone is definitely missing, and I can't rest until I remember who it is!"

"Hello again!" said a familiar angelic voice.

Everyone turned to the entrance of the lounge to see Pyrrha Nikos finally come back.

"Oh, hey Pyrrha!" said Jaune. "Welcome back! How was your trip to Argus?"

"It was wonderful!" said Pyrrha. "I got to spend a lot of quality time with my mother! And your sister's kid was so ADORABLE! I almost didn't want to leave Argus all over again!"

"Pyrrha Nikos!" exclaimed Penny. "THAT'S who was missing from my memory bank! Salutations, Pyrrha! It's great to see you again!"

"It's great to see you too, Penny! I love your new look!"

"Thank you! I'm glad to finally reunite with everyone important to me! Well, duty calls! Off to protect the people of Mantle!"

With Penny's conscious clear that see remembers all her closest friends, she flies off to fulfill her duty as the Protector of Mantle.

As Penny flies off to Mantle, a lone Atlas Academy student looks out the window to watch Penny go off into the distance. While it was great to see Penny in her new role, she couldn't help but feel her heart tear apart knowing Penny had a new life, completely leaving her former one behind.

She picked up the picture by her nightstand of the good old days, when her and Penny seemed like a team that would last forever, only for her to be forgotten for the rest of Penny's life. With the tears flowing down and landing on the frame, she grabbed her trademark blue beret to wipe them away.

"Your star's...still in...the sky...so I won't...say...goodbye..." said Ciel, failing to fight back the tears.
