Time for the third area, hope you all enjoy!
Entering the third chamber, which had a Oriental design, Dragnarok stepped on the first button, activating the time portal.
"Wait!" Coco shouted she ran up to Dragnarok and Bandicoot before handing them a walkie-talkie-like device. "These will allow us to communicate across time. I would've given you these earlier, but I had to fix a few bugs."
"Thanks Coco." Dragnarok said before facing the portal. "The adventure continues." He, Bandicoot, and Aku Aku then jumped in.
Before arriving to their destination, they received a transmission from the blue-skinned man from the prologue.
"Well, haven't we gotten far for a lizard and a pair of fuzzy marsupials?" The man said before introducing himself. "I am Doctor Nefarious Tropy, master of time and the creator of the very Time Twister Machine you see before you. Uka Uka and Doctor Cortex have sent me to end this little charade, so you won't be leaving my area with the crystals, I swear it!"
And with that, the transmission ends.
Dino Might!
Exiting the portal, our heroes saw that they were back in prehistoric times again.
"So that was the guy who made the Time Twister, huh?" Dragnarok asked.
"So it seems. We must be more careful from now on." Aku Aku said.
And with that, our heroes set forth.
After going through murky water and avoiding lava pits, steam vents, and these weird fish that can spin like Bandicoot, they came across a fork in the road.
"I'll take the right path while you guys take the left." Dragnarok said.
And with that, they split up.
As Bandicoot continue along his path, he came across a nest with a big egg in it. Walking closer, the egg hatched, revealing a baby Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Upon seeing Bandicoot, the baby T Rex walked up to him and started nuzzling him., in which Bandicoot returned a loving hug.
"Chris... Crash... I don't think it's a good idea..." Aku Aku said. Bandicoot chattered an argument. "The reason Coco is allowed to keep Pura is because Pura could be from our time." Bandicoot chatters some more. "...I see your point. It as already imprinted on you, and it does have anywhere else to go. So, what are you going to name it?" More chattering. "Baby T? Has a nice ring to it."
Bandicoot soon jumped onto Baby T's back, and they took off. After a while, they soon found the crystal.
Back with Dragnarok, after getting pass some lava pits, found two gems before finding himself being chased by Triceratops yet again.
"Why do these Triceratops have it out for me?!" The draconic hero shouted as he ran.
He soon met up with Bandicoot, Aku Aku, and Baby T, who ended up getting pulled into the chase.
A while later, they managed to lose the Triceratops.
"Man, that was a close one..." Dragnarok said before looking at Baby T. "Who's this?"
As Aku-Aku explained where they found Baby T, a screech was heard. Looking up, they saw a Pterodactyl fly down and snatched Dragnarok up.
"Dragnaok!" Aku-Aku shouted as Dragnarok tried to get out of the Pterodactyl's grasp.
"Let go of me, you overgrown chicken!" The draconic hero shouted as he tried to wiggle his way out, but the Pterodactyl had a iron grip.
"Coco! Dragnarok has been taken by a Pterodactyl! Can you do something?" Aku Aku asked through the walkie-talkie as Bandicoot panicked.
"I can open a time portal that'll take you to where they're heading." Coco said through the device.
A few seconds later, a time portal opened in front of them. Before they could do anything, Baby T runs ahead and jumps through, causing the portal to close.
Eggipus Rex
The time portal opens above Dragnarok and his Pterodactyl captor, causing Baby T to fall right on top of them, sending all three of all plummeting.
Luckily, Dragnarok and Baby T land on a ledge that was on the side of a mountain while the Pterodactyl continued falling.
"Thanks Baby T." Dragnarok as he gave the infant T-Rex a pat on the head. He then heard his walkie-talkie ringed, causing him to answer it. "Hello?"
"Dragnarok! Are you alright?!" Coco shouted from the other end.
"I'm fine, thanks to Baby T." The draconic hero replied.
"Thank goodness. Anyway, head up the mountain, a time portal is waiting for you up there. And don't worry about Bandicoot and Aku Aku, they're back at the Time Twister with me." Coco said.
"Roger-roger." Dragnarok said as he put the walkie-talkie away and gets on Baby T's back. "Onward!"
As Dragnarok and Baby T climbed, they dealt with steam vents, Pterodactyls, and the risk of falling.
But soon enough, they found not only the time portal, but a gem as well.
"Score!" Dragnarok shouted as he picked up the gem before jumping into the portal with Baby T.
Exiting the portal, Dragnarok and Baby T found themselves at the Time Twister.
"Thank goodness that you're alright." Aku Aku said as he, Bandicoot, and Coco went to check on him.
"I'm fine, plus, managed to find another gem." Dragnarok as he held out said item.
"What a stroke of luck." Coco said before handing Bandicoot his scuba gear. "You're going to need this, the next area is underwater."
As Bandicoot put the gear on, Dragnarok stepped on the button, activating the time portal.
"Let's go!" He shouted before he, and Bandicoot jumped in.
Deep Trouble
Exiting the portal, our heroes found themselves at the entrance of a cave, and waiting for them was another fish-looking device, which Bandicoot grabbed onto.
After going past pufferfish, sharks, turbines that created currents, the duo found a fork in the road, a cave in front of them, and a cave above them.
Dragnarok signaled that he was taking the cave in front while also signaling Bandicoot to take the cave above.
And with that, they split up.
As Bandicoot swam upward, he had to avoid eels and machinery when he entered the structures.
Soon enough, he found the crystal. When he grabbed it, a time portal opened in front of him, where he entered, figuring one will open for Dragnarok elsewhere.
Speaking of Dragnarok, the draconic hero swam past more sharks, pufferfish, and turbines before not only finding a gem, but a red gem.
Grabbing both, the time portal opened in front of him, allowing him to swim in.
Returning to the Time Twister, after Bandicoot took off his scuba gear, Dragnarok stepped on the next button.
"Onward!" He shouted as he, Bandicoot, and Aku Aku jump in.
Before arriving to their destination, they received a transmission from N Tropy.
"So, you pesky little rats aren't going to back off, eh?" N Tropy asked with a snarl. "Just you continue to gather crystals and see what I do!"
And with that, the transmission ends.
High Time
Exiting the portal, our heroes found themselves in a Arabian city.
Going onto the rooftops, they had to deal with minions throwing Molotov's, minions on flying carpets, monkeys carrying jars, and scorpions when they had to use the overhead grating.
After finding the crystal, they came across a fork in the road.
"I'll take the left, you take the right." Dragnarok said.
And with that, they split up.
With Bandicoot and Aku Aku, they had to jump across flying carpet and deal with minions throw knives at them.
But soon enough, they found a gem waiting for them with the time portal, which they jumped into.
With Dragnarok, he dealt with more arsonists and scorpions before find a purple gem and a time portal, which he jumped into.
Returning to the Time Twister, Dragnarok step on the next button.
"Second verse, same as the first." He said before he and Bandicoot jumped into the time portal.
Road Crash
Arriving at a street in the desert, the duo saw eight minions in cars.
"We want a rematch, same rules as before!" One of the minions shouted.
Dragnarok and Bandicoot took out the devices that transforms into motorcycles.
Once they were on their bikes, the race began.
After dealing with police, holes, and sharp turns, the duo won, this time Dragnarok came in first while Bandicoot came second.
"And that's how it's done!" Dragnarok shouted, before crashing into a road sign that had an alien's face on it.
A time portal suddenly appears and sucks Dragnarok in.
Bandicoot panicked for a bit before grabbing the crystal, gem, his bike, and Dragnarok's bike before jumping into the time portal for the Time Twister.
Returning to the Time Twister, Bandicoot quickly explain what happened.
"Don't worry big bros, I've already got a lock on him." Coco said as a time portal opens in front of them.
Coco then jumps in.
Hot Coco
Opening his eyes, Dragnarok found himself on a small island that was next to a bigger island. Before he could grasp the situation, a time portal opens next to him, and out came Coco on her jet ski.
"Glad to see you're alright." Coco said as she got off the jet ski to join Dragnarok on the island. "We were worry for a sec when you were sucked into that rogue time portal."
"I'm fine." The draconic hero said with a shrug. "So, should we get out of here?"
"Actually, there is a gem somewhere around this island." Coco said. "So it was probably a good thing you were sent here."
"Wow..." Dragnarok muttered before looking at the jet ski. "Anyway, can I drive?"
"Sure." Coco said with a nod.
Once Dragnarok took the controls and Coco sat behind him, they took off.
They zip around the island looking for the gem, and after nearly circling the island, they found the gem on a rock on the side of the island
"Found it!" Dragnarok shouted as parked on the island's beach. "We got the gem, so let's get out of here."
A time portal appeared in front of them, where they jumped in.
Returning to the Time Twister, Dragnarok and Coco found Bandicoot and Aku Aku waiting for them.
"I'm glad to see that you're alright." Aku Aku said.
"It was nothing. Plus, we managed to find a gem." Dragnarok said before step on the fifth button. "So then, shall we continue?"
And with that, he, Bandicoot, and Aku Aku jumped in.
Before arriving to their destination, they received a transmission from Cortex and Uka Uka.
"Well, you've crashed a few parties before, but I never expected you to make it this far!" Cortex said before glaring at the heroes. "If you don't turn back..."
That's when Uka Uka attaches himself to Cortex's face.
"I will inflict a thousand years of suffering on you, and the entire universe!" The evil mask finished.
And with that, the transmission ends.
Double Header
Arriving at the Medieval times, which was raining, Dragnarok punched into his palm.
"Bring it on Uka Uka." He said.
"We'll worry about my brother later. Right now, we need to find the crystals and gems." Aku Aku said.
And with that, they were off.
As they went on their way, our heroes had to deal with giant frogs, minions in knight armor, minions dressed as wizards, and giant, two-headed minions swinging turkeys on sticks like clubs.
Soon, they managed to find the gem and crystal before jumping into the time portal.
Returning to the Time Twister, our heroes noticed that, like before, a sixth button has appeared.
"Better deal with this." Dragnarok said as he step on it, opening the time portal.
With that, Dragnarok and Bandicoot jumped in.
Before arriving to their destination, they received a transmission from N Tropy.
"ARGH! You little vermin are way too stupid to understand what you're getting yourselves into!" N Tropy shouted in anger. "This time you've done it!"
And with that, the transmission ends.
Exiting the portal, Dragnarok and Bandicoot found themselves on a platform in a deeper part of the Time Twister. They then noticed a clock with N Tropy's face on it on a platform across from them. N Tropy then teleports in, holding a giant tuning fork, and winds the clock's hour hand around a few times before noticing the two heroes.
"Now you're on my time, you little skunks! Give me the crystals!" He shouted as the clock lowers itself behind the platform.
N Tropy slammed his tuning fork into the ground before firing a flaming clock at Dragnarok and Bandicoot, who dodged. N Tropy then started held his tuning fork sideways and began firing shockwaves.
After the duo dodged a few, they noticed N Tropy fall on one knee, exhausted. Seeing an opening, Dragnarok grabs Bandicoot and flies him over the gap before dropping him, where Bandicoot spins into N Tropy.
Getting back up, N Tropy teleports to the other side, while the area suddenly gains a Oriental design.
Regaining his strength, N Tropy fired two flaming clock before launching more shockwaves. However, the heroes dodged and N Tropy was exhausted again.
Dragnarok carried Bandicoot over the gap and let go, where Bandicoot delivers a Rider Kick.
N Tropy once again teleports to the other side, while also causing the area to gain a Arabian design.
N Tropy fires three flaming clocks before launching even more shockwaves. However, like before, the duo dodge all the attacks, leaving N Tropy exhausted.
Dragnarok carries Bandicoot over, where the orange hero body slams into N Tropy, who collapses onto his back.
""My time is up, but yours soon will be, too..." N Tropy said before disappearing, leaving before his broken clockwork armor behind.
A time portal appears in front of the duo, who jumps in.
Before returning to the Time Twister, they received a transmission from Cortex and Uka Uka, the latter attached to the former's face.
"You insolent, insignificant morons! By defeating N Tropy, you have placed us all in grave danger!" Uka Uka shouted in a surprisingly panicked tone before detaching himself from Cortex.
"Bleh! Crash, Coco, Dragnarok, you must realize that this Time Twister Machine is very delicate! Without Doctor N Tropy's constant care and control, who knows what it will do!" Cortex in the same panicked tone before the transmission ends.
Returning to the Time Twister, Dragnarok voiced the thought on the heroes' minds.
"We really shot ourselves in the foot..." He said.
And that's part three! Instead of going to the fourth chamber, their is going to be a surprise. See you all next time!
