"She don't remember what happened in the past few months?" Shinichi looks at Professor Agasa.
"Yeah well that's according to Akemi who brought back my books yesterday."
"Have you visited her?"
"No not yet."
"Is she really ok now Prof? can you please visit her for me?"
"Why dont you just go there and see her?"
"You know her Dad hates me..."
Professor Agasa sighed.
"Please Professor?" Shinichi looks desperate.
"Alright. then if i visit her today what message would you like to say for her?"
"No-nothing! just please observe her and you can ask her if she remember everything like if she remember me? and you know... if she remember something happened at the school rooftop?" He blushed and put his hand on his nape.
Professor laughs.
"Oh about the kiss!"
"D-Don't mention the kiss!"
"I won't ok! just relax." He smiled.
Fusae, Professor Agasa's wife walks in. she's holding a tray with foods on it. she place them on the center table.
"Eat until it's hot!" she said ad gives them a warm smile. she headed back to the Kitchen.
"We should eat them before i go at the Miyanos."
"Thank you Prof!"
After munching the foods, Professor drives on the way to the Miyanos. he parked his car nearby the Miyano's house.
"Are you sure you're not coming?" the old man looks at Shinichi.
"I'm fine here Prof!" he smiled.
Agasa looks again and Shinichi and then walks in the Miyano's dooway. he push the doorbell botton. within a few minutes, the door is open.
"Hi Professor!" said Akemi.
"Hey Akemi. im here to visit Shiho." Professor smiled.
"She absolutely would love to see you again Prof! Come on inside!"
they went inside and Shinichi watched them vanished at the doorway. Shinichi sighed.
"Wish she totally forgot about the kiss..." He said.
he get his phone and see his lockscreen wallpaper, its her and him on a beach. he frowned by staring at it.
'Good old days! if i could honestly turn back time, i'll never ask her to watch the soccer match where Ryusuke is playing.'
Few years ago...
Shinichi, Ayumi, Genta and Mitsuhiko are on the detective club without Shiho.
"So if Tokyo Spirits Won, you three will raise up the banner saying would you like to go out with me Shiho? but if Big Osaka won then i won't confessed." Shinichi said.
Genta, Ayumi and Mitsuhiko nods altogether.
"Win or Lose you should confessed Shinichi!" Ayumi smiled.
"That's right!" Genta agreed.
"You should grab this opportunity Shinichi!" said Mitsuhiko.
He didn't say anything.
"I don't know..."
"If she turns you down..." Genta said.
the three of them gives Genta with a serious look.
"What's wrong on being Rejected? she can reject you but honestly if you really like her, you won't stop pursuing her." Genta smiled.
Days passed...
Shiho and Shinichi sit down on their seats. alot of people are in the stadium. he's feeling nervous but he can't back out now.
"Ayumi and the boys are here too?" She asked.
Shinichi looks acrossed them and see the three of his friends waving at them.
'i told them not to make a scene specially the game isn't starting yet.' His thoughts.
"Oh i didn't noticed them. you really have a sharp eyes." He smiled.
Shiho roll her eyes. he take a deep breathe. the game started and it's a good start for Tokyo Spirits. Everytime Spirits got score Shinichi's heart is pounding fast. he's stealing a glance at her while she looks annoyed with what's happening on the game, She's obviously rooting for the opposite opponent and she's wearing Ryusuke Higo Jersey. The game is getting exciting because the two teams are score tied.
"Beat them Higo San!" Shiho yelled.
Ryusuke looks at her direction and smiled at her. Shiho blushed and looks at her bestfriend Shinichi.
"He smiled at me!" She said.
"I don't think so!" He said.
It's already half time and Shinichi gives Shiho a drink and snacks.
"If Spirits won you have to say Yes." Shinichi said.
"What are you saying?"
"That's our deal alright."
"Why?"
"Just do it."
"And if Big Osaka won you'll change your lockscreen photo to Uhh..." she gets her phone and Show to him their picture at the beach where she's riding his back and he's frowning.
Shinichi looks annoyed at her.
"You serious?" He boredly asked.
'But I don't really mind.' His thoughts.
"I'm serious!"
"Alright deal." He smiled.
The game continue and it's a a head to head match, the scored are tied and it's Spirits turn to make their goal but failed. The Big Osaka made a goal and they win. Shiho keeps screaming and she seems Happy. The fans in the stadium are celebrating. Ryusuke Higo is now walking towards Shiho's direction.
"Hey! Thanks for cheering me! we won because I'm inspired to play with a beautiful cheerleader here." He winks.
Shinichi ignore Ryusuke's comment. Shiho is obviously blushing because It's no secret she has a crush on him.
"Can I get your number?" He asked.
Shiho nods and smiled. Shinichi looks at them and then look at his friends acrossed them. They're waiting for Shinichi's signal but he made a hand sign saying no.
That's where their story started.
Present Day...
Shinichi gets his phone because he's feeling bored. It's already 30 minutes has passed since Professor was inside the Miyano's place.
'Why he's taking so long?'
Someone knocks the car window and Shinichi's surprised to see Shuichi standing outside. He open the car window.
"Let's go inside?" Shuichi said.
"No. I'm fine here. Thank you." Shinichi smiled.
"C'mon!"
Shinichi didn't understand why he can't disobey Shuichi, he went out of the car and and followed him walk at the Miyano's doorway.
"I don't think it's a good idea if I come inside their house?"
Shuichi looks at him.
"Don't worry! Uncle isn't here yet."
Shuichi knocks the door and Elena opened the door.
"Hey there Shinichi!" Elena greeted him.
"Hi Mrs Miyano." Shinichi bows.
"Just call me Aunt Elena you're being too formal calling me Mrs Miyano." Elena smiled.
Shinichi smiled.
They went inside the house and every step Shinchi makes he can feel his heartbeat is throbbing as faster than the usual. They went to the living and see Professor and Shiho are talking. They stopped when they see them standing. Shuichi sits down on the couch while Shinichi remained standing. His eyes met Shiho's stare.
"What are you doing Shinichi?" Shuichi asked.
Shinichi blinks and look at Shuichi. He sit down next to him. There's an awkward silent in the atmosphere. Professor tried to break it ny fake coughing.
"I'm glad you're doing well Shiho." Professor smiled.
"And also I'm glad Shinichi is here visiting you." The old man added.
"Do you still remember him?" Professor asked.
Shiho nods.
"Shinichi why are you so quiet? You should talk since Shiho is finally awake and healthy." Said Shuichi.
Shuichi stand up and look at Professor Agasa.
"Let's go Professor, let's give these kids a moment also give me a ride. I didn't bring my car." Shuichi smiled.
Before Shinichi can react the two adults started leaving.
"H-hey!" He tries to smile.
"Hey." She reply.
"How are you?"
"I'm getting better."
"Great."
There's an awkward silent again. Shinichi sighed.
"You got an amnesia?" He curiously asked.
"No. But i can't remember some of my memories."
"Like the past months memories?"
"Yeah I guess."
"Ohhh that's great." He smile widely.
Shiho looks at him.
"What I mean is it's great you're finally awake and you can make another memories you know." He smile politely.
"You're right."
"Can I asked you?"
"Sure."
"Don't you remember?"
"Remember what?"
"Uhhh what happened on the rooftop?" His ears turns red.
"What happened?" Shiho acts like she doesn't have a clue.
"Enlighten me please." She innocently said.
Suddenly Akemi walks in the living room and see them.
"Hey Shinichi! I'm glad you're here!" Akemi happily said.
Shinichi stand up and look at his watch wrist.
"Sorry girls I have to go now. My Mom and I will be cooking for dinner." Shinichi lied.
He walk as fast as he can to the exist door. Shiho and Akemi watched him disappeared. Akemi smiled.
