Chapter 4: Spite. (Special thanks to Incrediblesfan1 for the request!)
Dash and Violet sat on the Iron Giant's hand as he walked through the woods.
"Cool view." Violet said.
"Not only can the Giant provide a great transport, but there's something else it can do. Giant, take off." Hogarth said. The Giant held the three tight before it steered clear of trees and activated jet boosters in its feet, taking to the skies.
"It can fly?!" Violet asked.
"IT CAN FLY!" Dash yelled.
The three then whooped and hollered as the Giant flew through the sky.
"Hey, Giant, down here!" Hogarth said. The Giant descended into what looked like a metal junkyard.
"Why are we here?" Violet asked before she saw the Giant eating scrap metal.
"Oh, yeah." she said.
Elsewhere, in a prison somewhere undisclosed, there sat someone in a cell who was not as joyous as everyone else.
"That accursed brat. Him and his giant robot. If it hadn't been for him, I would've gotten my promotion for sure." he said.
This is Kent Mansley. After his foolish attempts to destroy the Iron Giant, he was given a less dishonorable discharge and jailed for 10 years.
"So, you have vendetta against kids, as well. So do I." said a voice. Mansley looked and saw someone in a cloak.
"Who are you?" Mansley asked.
"That's not important right now. Listen, I have a proposition for you. If I break you out of jail, would you agree to work for me?" the person asked.
The Underminer then showed up, "And if this giant robot is the one I think it is, then we'll offer you a pretty penny to help us get rid of the Incredibles, and you'll get to keep any weaponry we give you." he said.
Mansley thought about it before he said, "Very well, but on one condition, there's a certain kid along with this giant root that I would like to take care of as well."
