I'm interested in your story so i read it for now, but reading this chapter kinda make me think twice.
the coach part. become a character (pseudo-SI) or have their appearance is one thing, have their race is same, but have that character become your race is...i mean, even if the character is not human you should have write their race not their name (if it superman from DC you should have write race : kryptonian not race : superman). even more so, coach is a human not some kind of alien or mutation (like mutant or wizard). even mutation from virus like alice from resident evil should be still human by race. i don't know your plan though. you sure you want your story to go this way? and does this part even have any relevance later on? if you really want to insert coach or other character, i think it's better to only take some of his ability or trait (like his immunity to virus/disease or weapon proficiency) through special action or event (i don't think eating the same food as mundane as steak count, except if it's something like dragon steak).the dio part. maybe make someone somehow have a debt to dario as a counter balance event? like the world trying to "preserve" the original story so when joestar not taking dio in somehow someone is and make them meet someday. or make him still adopted by the joestar through some incident could be from pity because of dario or accident and then feeling guilty/gratitude depend on the event (that may or may not be purposely done by dio)...or make him taken in as servant that works too. or you make him appear in ogre street and become that place leader. making him an antagonist early on. or just make him thief or burglar that stole some precious thing in joestar residence or somehow get to know the mask? maybe taking some as inspiration and do your own spin?

Yeah, now that I think twice I decided to make it non-canon and have removed it. I might explore it in a separate OMAKE chapter but I probably won't.
I'll think about your Dio suggestions though…

Disclaimer before reading this chapter: This is going to be a rather boring chapter, so yeah.

I woke up from the nice bed as I stretched, I yawned a bit before I exited the bed. I wore my 'gentleman-like' clothing and exited the room. I feel like I slept just like a baby!
The mansion was pretty silent, but I didn't care much as I walked into George's room to see if he was there. And surprisingly, he was. He was sitting on his chair and writing something until he noticed me.
"Ah, Nick! I see you've woken up, I was getting ready to enroll you into a school." George told me with a smile.

"…Sure, yeah. I think I'm going to take another walk outside." I said while I was suppressing my suffering for school. I had to go through school AGAIN! I was so sick of school, maybe I shouldn't have done this after all.

"As you wish, Nick." George said as I exited the room and kindly closed the door for him. I walked down the stairs and exited the mansion and pouted a bit about going to school again.
But now, I need to hone my [Hamon] real quick.

My body started to release yellow sparks out of my body as I quickly do a few punches and kicks to give it a try, it felt faster (albeit that was just me) and stronger! I also tried running but it didn't really make me any faster on that part…
For one thing, it was more like a buff for combat moves for now. But how can I exactly use this for Medical and Utility purposes? I wanted to test out my passive regeneration.
I reached for my ring finger and then I bro-

As I was panicking (and suffering from the pain) the Hamon in my body started to slowly heal my finger, effectively restoring its bones…
(It was still painful through the healing process, just less painful.)
After Hamon was completely done healing, It felt like as if I never broke it like an idiot before. Interesting.
Mental note: Don't ever break your finger like that.
But besides the whole broken ring finger incident, how can I train my [Hamon] and level it up? It's common for games that you just fight enemies and earn XP from them to level up skills.
So maybe if I encounter some thieves or vampires, my [Hamon] might level up. Another goddamn question is, where the hell am I going to find me some thieves or vampires to fight?
I digressed on [Hamon] as I decided to focus on other stuff, I noticed that there wasn't any dungeon system which was a problem. I was going to use that to make myself stronger but looks like that's not a choice.
Since I had nothing much to do, I decided to walk back to the mansion. Actually, speaking of the mansion…
Once I returned to the mansion, there were a few servants but it was still quiet as ever. I didn't care as usual as I walked into George's room to ask him a question.
This time, George was just reading a book until he noticed me. "Ah, Nick. Did you have a fine time?" George kindly asked me as he closed his book while placing a bookmark on his last page.
"Yeah, but I wanted to ask you a question…" I put a finger up to my chin. "…Can I try taking care of Jonathan?"
George made a somewhat surprised face. "It's not as necessary since we do have servants to do that, would you like to?"
"Yeah."
"Then you may, I'll let the servants that take care of Jonathan know so that they can teach you."
Sometime later, I was in the dining room while Jonathan was sitting on a rather tall chair. The servant next to me brought a couple baby food onto the table along with a spoon.
"Jonathan here tends to randomly like another food one day and then hates it, but then likes another one after that. So whenever we try to feed Jonathan it really feels like a guessing game, so I'm not sure what I can exactly teach you Mr. Rye…" The servant told me as he scratched his head in slight embarrassment.
The servant continued. "…but as a start, you basically pick up the spoon and dig up some baby food and then slowly put it into Jonathan's mouth. Wait for Jonathan to smell and see if he likes it, we usually do that but even if it LOOKS like Jonathan likes it, Jonathan might also hate it once he tastes it. He cried last time…"
I seriously didn't like how the servant said that, but I got the idea anyways. There were 4 baby foods on the table as I picked up the tiny spoon.
Then, I opened one of the baby food's lid and then dug up some baby food. I slowly carried the spoon to Jonathan's nose first as he smelled it. He had a positive smile.
…hopefully the taste is the same too, I put the spoon slightly in his mouth after that. Jonathan slurped up the baby food as I slowly took the spoon out of his mouth.
Jonathan swallowed, and then bawled. Shit.
