/ Authors Note: Let's see how many chapters I can get out today, before getting tired of it, and giving up on writing. lol. Anyways, here is chapter 4 of this book. Chapter 5, technically. Let's go./
Arriving at the nearby training field that had been added to a nearby site recently, Aizawa watched as his students all walked to the changing rooms. He took the moment to sit down, and consider what he would have the students do.
He thought back to the troubling events that had been haunting the whole class, and took a deep breath. He had only let the students do this once before, but he opted to discuss with them the possibility of training without their quirks.
They were relying on their quirks too much in the past, and it ended up leaving them stifled. They didn't know how to function without quirks, other than Midoriya, for the most part. Most of the students still had no idea how he was so comfortable with no quirks.
Ojiro too, seeing as most of his combat was martial arts, simply enhanced WITH a tail.
Class 1-A soon emerges from the changing room, chattering here and there as they opted to remain in a straight while walking until they reach a cream-colored line on the field that they were supposed to spread out and line up on.
The shaggy teacher stuffs his hands into his pocket, grabbing a pocket watch, and readying his eyedrops for the upcoming training session.
"Alright, Problem Children..." he spoke plainly out toward the children. All of the students immediately stopped talking to each other. "I have been thinking that we should all do more training. All while not using our quirks. We can't afford to be caught with our guard down. Not again."
Kirishima raises his hand, waiting to be given permission to talk from their teacher. "Does this mean we will be using weapons, sensei?" He asks the man, before putting his hand down again.
"Yes, Kirishima. I will be using my quirk an sparring groups of four, in order to keep you all from using your own. This means that you need to utilize information you know about each other, the environment, and more in order to win." The teacher pulls out his timer, and sets it.
While he did so, the students all just gathered in groups of four based on who all was nearby, and not who they wanted to spar against. It might mix it up a little.
Aizawa continued to give the students the instructions after setting up the timer, making sure that all of them were paying attention. "Alright. Good to see you all got into some groups. You all will be provided with a weapon. This weapon is simple, and one of the least accident-prone when training with" He turns around, and pulls a long stick out of a utility bin. "This is called a Bo-Staff."
The few students that had interacted with said weapon before seemed to immediately get it. Some others were confused. Momo would likely be one of the most experienced with this weapon, seeing as she had created one before.
"Momo Yaoyorozu, please step forward and explain to some of your peers what a bo-staff is, and why it is a decent training weapon. All of you pay attention, and make sure to keep your mind on the task at hand." The shaggy man stepped back again, and stuck his hands into his pockets.
Walking up to the front, Yaoyorozu grabbed one of the training Bo's and securely gripped the weapon, before looking out at her peers. "Alright. This is a Bo-Staff. I don't know anything about it, but the basics are simple. If you are used to using a Bo-Staff, they are usually one of the easiest weapons to replace."
The girl held out the weapon, before displaying it from at least 3 different sides to the rest of her classmates.
"Despite it looking like a simple stick, or a pole of some kind- Bo-Staffs are NOT at all to be taken lightly. A good hit to the back of the head with one of these can prove to be lethal."
The raven-haired female continued to explain proper holding of said weapon, as well as situations they are usually most useful in, as well as least useful. After a solid 5 or so minutes, all of the students were fairly sure of themselves and their capability.
Aizawa stood back up, looking at his students once more. He saw a flash of bloodied faces, and grass as a sudden headache sprung into action, and he shook his cranium in hopes of getting the image to disappear.
"Alright. You all have 20 minutes. For this activity, you all will be getting 20 bonus points on your written curriculum. Separate into your groups, and begin when you hear me blow the whistle. If you lose your weapon, or find it hard to use said weapon, improvise."
After everyone was situated, the group that was set up to go first all readied themselves, ensured that there was no opening for immediate failure.
Aizawa observed all of his students, before pulling out the whistle, and using to to signify that the fight was about to begin for the first round. All four of the students up for that turn rushed at each other, somewhat clumsily, but with some odd kind of confidence.
From a nearby building, five figures all stood and observed over the collection of students, and the tired teacher that was conducting them. Three of the figures were notably masculine, while the other two were feminine.
The two feminine figures were close to each other in height, while the three masculine personnel seemed to vary in height. Two of them closer to each other than the third that towered over the other four in general.
All of them look to each other, behind their masks, they seemed to share communication, before nodding to each other before turning and walking away from the scene.
((To be continued))
