To say that NegaDuck was angry about Willow, would be an understatement. He hated her! He hated her for ruining everything! So that was why, if NegaDuck hadn't explained it enough already, he was going to end Willow. As in, kill her. (Well, not kill her completely but make it look like she was killed) Why would this have an effect on Darkwing? Simple really, Darkwing would be too distraught over the death of his New little asshole, that when his evil counterpart steps in, he would offer to bring back Willow in return for him taking over St. canard, therefore the end of Darkwing duck, therefore he would be able to do what he wanted. All because of a little nine-year-old asshole's almost death.

But actually saying it compared to doing it, was two totally different things. NegaDuck hadn't fully worked out how he was going to distribute his plan, gathering the fearsome losers would be too easy, but then again, they could capture Willow, giving him an excuse to torture the young girl since Dorkwing ruined everything. But again, Dorkwing would be expecting him to kidnap her, most likely keeping Willow and Vivian safe from him and the others. But then, an idea.

During his abusive manifest NegaDuck Felt something at her stomach, he didn't get a chance to pull it out because at that point the heroic idiot had knocked him out. But he knew what that was, it was a feeding tube. Perfect, he had just the plan. He was going to make a poison that would be disguised as her special feeding milk, slowly killing Willow in the process. The only way Willow would survive? An antidote, but not just any antidote. NegaDuck would make the antidote, in exchange for his arch nemesis giving up his beloveds city. This was foolproof! Nothing could stop him now.

So, The evil counterpart began working on the poison, he mixed a few potions together causing several different sounds, several different swear words and several other PG rated words to slip out during the concocting of the poison. He cackled maniacally as he saw the white liquid, which would fool anyone into thinking it was milk as he put it in one of the containers doctors used to store the regular feeding milk for patients during overnight stays at the hospital, who couldn't already eat or were subjected to not eating.

This would be the easiest downfall yet.

Afterwards, his girlfriend Megan came in. Looking stunning in her a little less than appropriate outfit. She was the sweetheart NegaDuck was seeing before Vivian said she was pregnant. "How's the concocting? "She asked, her extremely long fingernails caressed his cheek lovingly. "Perfect." NegaDuck replied in a low and alluring manner. Megan smiled trailing her absurdly long fingernails down his back getting him to moan slightly. "I'm sorry Princess, I am busy right now. "He said, pushing Megan away from him. She left him alone, leaving him in his thoughts.

NegaDuck had very few thoughts, the fact that he did have thoughts concerning Vivian and Willow were very high on his priority list.

Vivian was a gorgeous woman when her and his civilian identity met each other. She had gorgeous violet eyes that were the colours of purple Jewels, and she had gorgeous brown reddish hair that went down to her waste, as she had an incredible petite figure. At the time of meeting her, she wore cliche style nerdy glasses which were black making her look like an adorable professor. She was the most beautiful thing in the world, and if it wasn't for that dance that they shared, NegaDuck would be certain he wouldn't of fallen for her. Her personality was enchanting, she was very shy and very sweet, she always played by the rules and never did anything out of line, she was well mannered and well-behaved and did exactly as she was told. Even teaching NegaDuck how to be a much nicer person, and for a while, her lessons worked.

when they started dating each other it was a whole other story, NegaDuck got very very jealous over every single male companion Vivian hung out with. He was very very particular and controlling about which male friends she could hang out with and not, which resulted in many fights and arguments, and many times Vivian would question her relationship with him. But then they were brought back to that night they danced together, and that was the whole reason why they fell for each other, The song that was playing in the background perfectly simulated how they each felt, as he stared back into her eyes, holding all the answers in the world and the future they would someday live together with.

But then came the night they 'did it' and how NegaDuck according to her, accidentally got her pregnant' But he remembers that night vividly, he was pretty sure they didn't do anything too drastic, he was pretty sure they were safe, he did tell her that he didn't want children so they were forced to use protection because he wouldn't be able to handle having a child, isn't that ironic knowing now that he has Gosalyn. But he was certain that they were doing this safely, certainly. He remembers everything they did, everything.

And then, came Megan. After a argument with Vivian which almost left their relationship in flames, to the point where remembering the first dance they shared together wouldn't resolve the problem, Megan stepped in and saved him.

Megan was very beautiful, she had gorgeous green emerald eyes with gorgeous brown hair with blonde highlights that went all the way down to her waist which also had a beautiful figure. But, unlike Vivian, she was more wild. Meaning he could tell her about his secret identity and she would except him, Vivian was against him being a super villain and they had constant arguments about it. Megan's personality was a lot more contrasting to Vivians, she was sassy and she knew what she wanted when she wanted it, and when she set her mind on something, she set her mind on something.

She knows what she wants and how to get it, and that what NegaDuck loved about her.

And then came Vivian to tell NegaDuck that she was pregnant. He'd been noticing that she was feeling unwell, tired and extremely emotional. But he didn't expect this! She walked in the room with a nervous look on her face, clearly clutching something in her hands. She opened her hands to reveal the pregnancy test with the word 'positive' and as soon as he read that, he slapped her across the face and belittled her. She apologised over and over again, but he was having none of it. So he told her to leave and never come back, but before she did, he confessed that he was cheating.

"I've been cheating on you!" He said so straightforwardly that Vivian almost vomited. He threw her out and told her to never come back, and she didn't.

Does NegaDuck regret not being there during the pregnancy? No.

Does he regret cheating on her? Absolutely not.

But the one regret he does have, he just recently found when he was attacking Willow. He was attacking his own biological daughter, a daughter that had no father for her whole life, a daughter that had to grow up not knowing who her father was, because he presumed Vivian hadn't told her and wasn't planning on telling her any time soon. The biggest regret in his life is not seeing that he had a daughter who went through so much, according to every single medical files he found of her. According to the files, she had been in the hospital for seven years of her life, only recently going to school.

NegaDuck had visions of Vivian letting down their daughter because she couldn't afford to do nice things with her because of the hospital bills and fees. When he was hurting her, he could see the sheer fear in her eyes, the fear that stabbed him right in the heart, she didn't say anything but he figured by her expression she was saying 'why are you doing this to me?' And for that moment, a split second he rethought his life choices. He rethought everything in that split second. He thought about things like, what if he was there throughout the pregnancy and birth, what if he was there to work three different jobs just so he could pay the bills for him and his daughter? He thought about Willow calling him 'Dad' he thought about Willow being stuck in the hospital and crying, and him being an actual dad and comforting her, telling her that she was so brave, that she was his little fighter, his little princess. But he didn't get that, instead there was just an empty hole filled with nine years of regret that he was never going to fill.

There was a part of him that wanted to feel sorry, that wanted to care, but he made his mind up. NegaDuck was going to kill Willow, again, not literally kill her but make it look like she was killed. Then he was going to take over the city, the ruler of both his and Darkwing's St. Canard.

And nothing, was going to stop him.

I was originally going to have chapter 5 incorporate a scene with NegaDuck and a scene with Willow, but I wanted to split them into separate scenes/chapters because we've never had a full chapter solely focus on NegaDuck so far, so I wanted to split the individual scenes into separate chapters.
