"That's enough!" Winter declared as she watched The Glyph break for the second time.

Weiss did as told and stopped before starting the third attempt.

Winter closed the Aura meter on her Scroll. "You're just out of the red, but I don't want you to exhaust yourself just yet."

Weiss still felt like she could try at least a few more tries. But she knew she wouldn't get anything else done today if she pushed herself too hard.

"Your attempts were more efficient and the casting is slightly faster, and if the Summoning worked, I'd say you'll still be better of using Dust."

She nodded at the analysis, it wasn't that different from yesterday's results, but there was an improvement. But the Summoning still didn't work. Weiss couldn't help but be a bit frustrated as she had just succeeded the previous night, but it seemed to have just been a passing grace of good luck.

She had even done each step as she had done previously, but even with the same process, the result was completely different.

"You did do the process as you did at night, right," Winter asked her as she walked next to her.

"Yes, but I think I might have just been lucky…" Weiss responded half-jokingly.

"But luck still consists of different elements" Her sister refuted. "Maybe there is just something we've missed, but it didn't happen at random. There must be something that affected your performance when you succeeded, whatever it might be."

"Yeah." Weiss gave a smile to herself. "But it's not going to help me if I don't ever figure out what that something is."

"Correct. That's why we'll stop for now. Letting the problem settle in our minds will help us to get a clearer answer later. And either way, we still have the other half of your training, or rather Bella's."

Weiss's looked at the girl sitting not too far from her. "I'll go get her now."

Winter nodded and Weiss head over to Bella.

Bella watched as her master ran up to her while she also put her feet on the ground. She looked at the girl's face for answers and found a friendly smile, but was not enough to go off, so she waited for the order to come.

Her mistress waved her hand towards herself while the tiniest push convinced Bella to go in the same direction. They walked a moment before arriving where the other woman waited.

She watched as the two moved their lips and gestured with their hands. It was what she had been doing whenever the two whiteheads talked to each other. There still wasn't any sense in any of it, and the only thing she'd been able to gather was that they were close.

The relation between her and her master was nowhere near as deep. It was something she felt was unfair but fair at the same time. She was still repaying for her misdeeds and didn't deserve any affection. But her young master still gave it.

She snapped out of her thoughts as her master turned towards her and said something while pointing at an object not too far from the three of them.

The sensation guided her to walk forward. And when she was far enough, a feeling rose in her chest. This wasn't pain, but something else. It increased as the guiding sensation said and in a moment she felt the same feeling spread all over her. And with it, an instinct woke

To destroy.

And so she shot up her arm as a sphere of energy condensed there. It grew in size while the air shimmered around her and the ball sending the occasional spark towards the ground. And when the sphere was a bit larger than her own head, she calmly let her arm fall down as it sent the ball of lighting flying towards the intended target.

The ball hit the target head-on and as it made contact, all the condensed energy expanded outward, creating an explosion.

The result? The spot now had a crater in place of whatever there was before. At its lowest, it reached over a meter into the ground and was wide enough to almost reach the edge of the opening.

She stared in awe and fear at what she had done. The strength she had could be used to protect her master or possibly hurt her as she had already done. Her mind started to imagine what would happen if her master would have been the target... She shook her head as she fell to her knees and held her head tightly. She shouldn't think like that. There was no way she'd ever target her master…

Bella quickly turned around as she heard her name being called. She saw her master running at her with a worried expression. It was a face she was unfamiliar with, but there was no mistaking that expression. She was deeply worried for her, something that she had done nothing to deserve.

But she still accepted the embrace she was given as her master wrapped her arms around her and held a scared expression. It was beginning to become hard to pay attention to anything, even her master. A feeling of being drained of all her energy gradually overwhelmed her and forced her to close her eyes.

"Bella!" Weiss shook the girl around in her arms, but the girl didn't respond.

Damn it! She put her arms further around the girl to lift her, but a shock made her draw her arm away. "Ow…"

The wings had folded themselves behind Bella, which made carrying her a death sentence. Weiss began to look for any other way to carry her, but alone she had no real way to carry her to the manor's doctor, who was luckily still on duty.

"Let me help." She turned her head and saw her sister lift Bella onto her shoulder. "We have no time to waste, she might disappear any second."

Doctor Magna closed the door to her office as she put her bag down as her long day was about to begin. She had expected working at The Schnee Manor would have at least a little more… less boring.

A position as a doctor wasn't that needed in an environment where the closest Grimm were multiple kilometres away, or maybe only one if her previous co-workers were still stuck where she had left.

Days in the manor flew by and it wouldn't be long before her next vacation. Maybe Menagerie would be a pretty sunny place to relax for a while. Although I still need to replace my last pair of ears. No way they'd let me enjoy my vacation in peace if I wasn't a Faunus.

She kept thinking of all the logistics of actually travelling to Menagerie, but before she could come to a conclusion of if it was worth the effort, the door swung open.

"Doctor Magna!" She fell off her chair at the sudden visit, but quickly stood up, seeing who the visitor was.

Actually, there were visitors. Winter and Weiss took quick steps into the office. And most peculiar, the other had a girl over her shoulder. "She needs help!" The younger Schnee informed her.

"Okay, okay. Put her down on the table and I'll get to work." She reached into her bag and pulled a couple of her crystals from it.

When she had gotten to the girl, she also noted the almost mythical appearance. In fact, her appearance really reminded her of one of her favourite shows. "So what happened?"

"She passed out. Likely severe Aura exhaustion." The older of the sisters answered.

"Alright, then this should actually work perfectly." She held one of the crystals in her hand. It was a see-through dust crystal of her own creation. It was what The Schnee had wanted from her rather than any medical help had asked her to assist with.

She gently put the gem against the girl's chest. The crystal was basically a package of Aura, which she had been able to produce with her Semblance. When the crystal showed no reaction, she had begun to worry.

"The girl doesn't have an Aura." She realized.

But before she could pull the crystal back, it suddenly left her hand and burrowed into the girl's chest. It was like it was falling through water and soon it had fully disappeared from view.

Magna just stood with one finger on her chin. "Well, I gotta say that's interesting." The unusual showcase made a slight grin appear. She was curious.

"Um… so, I'd expect the girl to recover just fine as she did show some reaction to the crystal." She wasn't sure at all if the crystal had any effect as the girl still lacked an Aura. It was one of the few limitations of the invention besides the quantity.

The ones who had brought her newest patient were both standing beside the table. The Heiress looked to be pleased with the situation while the older of the sisters looked at the girl on the table with a raised eyebrow.

"So.. did you have anything else?"

"She'll be alright?" Asked Weiss.

She wanted to believe every word the doctor had said, but a small fear was still present. All had happened so fast and to hear that Bella was going to be fine so fast relieved her worries, but also made her worry for the girl as she could very well pass out in the future and, well...

"A, yes. I'd say rest is all she needs, just put her under a warm blanket and she'll be fine. And if her condition worsens, come ask me to check on her."

While both Schnee were against the idea, they still nodded and the older Schnee gently grabbed the girl off the table and out of the room with her younger sister just behind.

Magna waited until the door fully closed before she reclined the chair back into its previous position. She was still unsure about the treatment, but there wasn't anything else she could do. Lying to her visitors was a part of the job and in this instance, it was worth it for both sides.

"But the trip? I'd say it's definitely worth the money."
