If anyone were to look out their window, they might spot something that looked out of the ordinary.

A group of people roaming the streets on a moonless, and more importantly school, night. But their features were hidden, it was as if the night itself was keeping their identities secret.

But, whenever they passed underneath a lamppost or any source of light, would their features be seen.

A head of red hair that was as scarlet as blood. A seductive smile on a voluptuous body. A blade held by a handsome boy. Hair as white as snow.

And a monstrous figure that towered over the rest.

Only for those memories to wipe away the moment they are formed, and they find themselves compelled to simply lie and ignore the world outside.

Rias always found hypnosis magic useful, if a bit dirty to use. Sure it was to the Supernatural World from the rest of world, considering how most of them were not ready to know of their existence, but it still felt bad hypnotising the people that lived in her territory.

Unfortunately, it was a necessity. Especially with her new club member that was following them to one of their Stray Hunts.

Asterios didn't seem bothered at least, still keeping his stoic face.

Although…

She couldn't help but squeal every time she saw how his eyes would go wide and shine whenever he saw something 'new'. He was adorable for someone his size.

But she kept her staring to a minimum, especially with Koneko giving her looks from time to time.

Soon they reached their destination. An abandoned apartment building, it was one of the older ones in the city and by the time the last of the resident had moved away, the owner had long left it behind. Now all that it was, is an empty building.

A building that currently housed their target.

Akeno stepped forward, a spell on her lips the moment the building was in their sight. She lifted her arms and spread them out in a little show as he magic encased it. It was another spell that stopped sound from escaping, and made sure that anyone looking would just see an old building without them.

"This is the place," Rias stated, her eyes scanning the doors hoping to find trace of her target. No luck "Sona managed to track his location."

"And she left it to us?" Akeno ran her hand through her hair "Didn't know she was that lazy."

"To be fair, this is our territory" Yuuto smile stepping forward as he played with the sword in his grip "And I'm sure President wanted to do it herself."

"Damn straight." Koneko called out.

"Thank you, all of you for your kind words" Rias smiled "But yes, this is our half of Kuoh and it should be our job to handle it." She pointed at the building "And inside that building a Stray Devil, and we are duty bound to slay it."

"Yes Master!" Her lovely peerage all exclaimed.

"should i stay outside as a guard?"

Some of the energy drained out of Rias as she was reminded of the elephant in the room, or would it be Minotuar of the group?, and turned to face Asterios.

Staring at his shirtless chest and the rather drab looking red sash, she reminded herself to try and find some better clothes for him. Moving her eyes upwards she looked into his red eyes and smiled a bit "Asterios, are you sure you want to join us?"

His face scrunched up a bit, seemingly in thought before he recited "i would like to join president in the stray devil hunt today." He turned to Koneko and tilted his head "did i say that right?"

"Close," she chopped her hand against his temple lightly, "But you weren't supposed to say that last part."

"Koneko are you making Asterios lie?" Rias accused.

"No." Koneko replied "I'm just helping him find the words. He really does want to join."

The red head eyes turned to Asterios' own, and she earned an enthusiastic nod from him. She sighed "Well, even if you aren't part of my peerage you are part of the club. So I can just put in as Club Activity for you."

"Told you she would say yes," Koneko playfully patted him on the head, getting a satisfied grunt from Asterios.

At that Rias crossed her arms "Well now that's settled, isn't it time you get off of his shoulder?"

Koneko looked down from her perch for once in her life she was looking down from a taller height, her legs kicking in the air as she pouted "But I like it here," the small girl looked around "It makes me feel tall."

Akeno giggled "I guess that's a treat for our little Koneko." She looked away with a smirk as a pair of yellow eyes glared at the back of her head.

"We still have a Stray Devil to hunt Koneko," Rias voice was serious this time. Fun as it was messing around, until she knew how well Asterios could fight she could not risk them fighting together and hurting each other "I'm serious about this Koneko, especially since we don't know how Asterios fights."

"Fine," she still had a pout on her face as she crossed her arms "Get me down Asterios."

"okay." With surprising gentleness two giant hands grabbed her, they lifted her from his shoulder and set her down on the ground.

Rias held back a chuckle, it was like seeing someone handle a grumpy kitten. Her attention turned to Asterios and her serious look returned "Asterios."

"yes president?" He seemed to stand up straight.

"Can you fight?"

Koneko's eyes turned concerned as she looked at the giant beside her.

"yes," he held out a giant hand "i can fight."

They appeared out of nowhere. One moment his hand was empty, the next there were two absolutely massive axes in his grip. The blade's head was almost as large as she was, she supposed it was a fitting weapon for the giant.

She heard Yuuto let out a whistle at the sight, Akeno let out an impressed 'Oh' at the size of his weapons, and Koneko…

She looked conflicted for whatever reason, but when she noticed Rias' gaze she turned away.

Right that was something to ask about later.

In the meantime, Asterios had shifted his grip on his weapons, and the already intimidating looking three-meter-tall giant looked extra terrifying with the axes. He still looked adorable as he looked at her, waiting for a response.

"Very well then," she held out a hand "Asterios you are to act as a guard!" She ordered him "If the Stray Devil escapes Kiba and Koneko, and tries to run away you are to stop him from doing so. Kill him if you can."

He nodded his head with a grunt, and Koneko face turned stony.

Soon Rias and her peerage walked towards the building, while a stoic looking Asterios stood at guard.

At least this way Asterios felt included, and she didn't have to worry about him hurting himself if he couldn't fight.

[Scene]

At least that was what she thought.

Rias hissed as she saw the Stray Devil try to run, running through the wall and trying to escape. Her Power of Destruction was set to disintegrate him, while above them she knew that Akeno had a clear shot.

Both Koneko and Yuuto had harmed him enough that the speed boost he got from being a Knight, at least she assumed he had to be a Knight, meant nothing.

Both her and her Queen could take him down.

Shame neither of them got the chance.

Seemingly out of nowhere Asterios' massive figure jumped into the air. Rias' eyes widened as he raised his right hand, the axe in his hand raised even higher, and spiked the Stray Devil straight down to the ground.

No, it spiked his upper half. It had cleaved him in two, but only his torso was sent flying into the ground. His legs hung in the air for a moment before they fell to the ground.

Asterios was the next thing to fall, the ground shaking as he landed.

And once he did, they heard the screaming from the Stray Devil. Rias looked down and spotted a massive crater where the Stray Devil had landed in.

Koneko and Yuuto walked out of the room they were in and saw the same crater. Yuuto looked shocked at the display, while Koneko just seemed proud. Akeno floated down, an amused look on her face.

Walking to the still screaming torso Asterios lifted his left axe into the air and smashed down. Silencing the Stray Devil, and spraying the Minotaur with even more blood.

Incidentally it made the crater even larger.

Looking up at the red smear he had made, he tilted his head "was that good?"

Koneko gave a thumbs up.

Rias glanced at the crater "Too much collateral damage, but you were a good guard."

The sight of him using his fingers to make a smile would probably be a lot cuter if he wasn't covered in blood.
