Recovery Time After the Battle
Everyone in UA High recovers and All Might will share something that Medusa never answered.

After that brutal battle with Medusa which everyone lost their fight against her, they've been all sent to Hosu Hospital to recover. Everyone looks badly beaten by Medusa and lastly the ones who got bitten in the neck by her are in a deep shock due to some effects of the bite but they'll be fine. All Might has bandages around his right arm and try to not let anyone see his weaken form which he is currently in right now.

"Once everybody is has recovered a bit I need to tell them about Medusa after. Still I really wish Izuku was here to see this and help us battle Medusa, although he was Quirkless I would gladly share some of the One For All Quirk with him if I showed him my weaken form for first time before I do that."
"Still I would share with him on how impossible for a Quirkless boy like him to be a Hero and tell to just give up, but still I can still just give him a chance to fulfill his dream anyway. Plus I wonder what will happen if he saw my true form and he might freak out and wonder what happened to me", true that's what would happened if Izuku saw his weaken form.

Now everyone is gathered around in bandages, bruises, walking in crouches and wheelchairs, oh and their families are there with them since they've been inform what happened to them which landed them in Hosu General Hospital. "Okay then All Might you ask all of us here so you can tell us what Medusa told you after you lost your battle against her", Midnight said to him and now All Might is ready to tell what he knows.
"We are all ears here All Might", Shoto said they are listening.

"After my battle with her is done and she won I ask for her name, she said her name is Medusa", everyone eyes went wide after hearing the name Medusa.
"And I think what we know in Greek Mythology might have been some Folk Lore made by us and she is the real deal or just the real Medusa. Plus she said she idolize me like she have seen me in action many times and then she wanted to be like me."
"Wait my late son Izuku wanted to be like you and he idolizes and now your saying that this Medusa woman idolizes you as well? What does she mean by that?" Inko ask and everybody is wondering why would Medusa idolize All Might much like Izuku Midoriya did when he was alive.
"Unfortunately I don't know what she meant by that because she didn't say when I ask her", All Might and everyone tries to put the pieces together but it may take a long time to figure out what Medusa meant by that, oh and All Might hasn't mention that Medusa has been calling him her's.

League of Villains Lair Unknown Location
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" The one who was screaming in pain was All For One because he was healing his left shoulder while using his Healing Quirk which was one of many Quirks he got.
"That must be very painful."
"YES KUROGIRI IT'S VERY PAINFUL!"
"THAT WOMAN IS REALLY GOING TO PAY FOR THIS WHEN WE COME FOR HER!"
"Whenever that is and whenever she is?"

Medusa sits alone in what looks like a tower where she can get a full view of the city below her and it's night time right now, what's up with her right is she is feeling some affects on her like she is changing into someone much dangerous than all of the Villains put together. "I'm starting to change am I?" Medusa starting to see her old memories of her old life as Medusa is starting to get deleted and replace with her new life now.

"I feel like these new memories will be me now and my old life as Izuku Midoriya doesn't exist anymore, maybe I can accept that Izuku Midoriya doesn't exist anymore but I don't want to lose all those memories of my old life", Medusa is aware of the shift going on with her but refuses to lose any of the old memories.
Unfortunately for her the memories keeps on causing her to shift and replace her old ones with new ones, Medusa then gets inside the tower where she left the Security Guards knocked out after she badly battered them with her fists and had them restrain with a cable. She goes looking for a speaker phone to broadcast to the world about where she is located, but why is she here is uncertain at the moment.

"Attention people of the world this is Medusa speaking, if you Heroes, Villains and my All Might are out looking for me for some payback for being defeated by me? You'll get your chance because where I am right now is in I-Island and I know there something over here and I will have it. What do I want to do with it once I have it after is entirely up to me to decide."
"You want me? Come and get me!" Medusa leaves another toxic smirk on her face once again.

Medusa reveals where she is hiding to All Might and the others, so now they are coming for her, but the League of Villains are coming too.
I-Island is from My Hero Academia: 2 Heroes but how did Medusa knew about it will be revealed in the next chapter. Plus the shifting of her memories means her behavior will be entirely instead of the behavior of Izuku Midoriya.
