A scene soon showed a vast landscape of space before it narrowed onto one world in particular.

The world, a truly glorious place. For the very first time, we are going to take a look at this world in depth, and at the species that inhabits the planet, in all corners of the earth….

Out in space, small meteors float in space as they were rotating in the air. But there was something unusual about these meteors…. They were, Alive.

That species is all connected, created by one creature and made out to over 800 discovered creatures, captured and seen in regions around the world.

On the surface of the planet, a glimpse of a small catlike creature floated by the camera, before the scene shows dozens of different creatures in an open field area, all doing different things.

We call these creatures…..Pokemon.

Short for "Pocket Monsters", these wondrous creatures can be found in many different places all over the world. On the land...in the seas...even flying across the skies. These creatures can live just about anywhere.

In a particular City, some of these pokemon were even seen with Humans.

We have developed ways to tame these creatures. People who keep and train pokemon are called Trainers. These trainers use these pokemon to battle or become companions.

However, what you are about to experience today cannot be often seen by becoming trainers. You are going to see Pokemon in their natural habitats. How they live each and everyday in the wild. How they thrive and survive all over this world of ours.

Gather round and look closely. This is the world of pokemon like you've never seen it before.

The scene opens up to a vast expansive land full of grassy terrain and wide open space.

When it comes to how Pokemon live their lives, there can be many possibilities. Most pokemon prefer to live in enclosed environments, like forests or caves.

But for many pokemon out in the wild, some just want to run free and as much as they want. For those who live on the open plains, that space is granted. Let us observe those who are able to run fast and freely on the wide open space.

The first pokemon to appear were two different kinds. One was of bull like pokemon with multiple tails as they ran across the fields with another species of bull pokemon running alongside them with big bushy afros.

Here are two species of pokemon that are representative of that now. The Tauros and Bouffalant.

Both of these bull-like pokemon travel in herds, and for locking horns with one another. Tauros are known for their impressive speed while charging at a foe. Once it has its target, there is no getting it to change course.

Bouffalant on the other hand, lives in herds of about 20 and can bash against a car without taking damage thanks to the hair on their heads.'

The two species of bull pokemon raised in their herds alongside each other across the expansive plain.

For pokemon like these, wide open spaces like are needed in order to thrive. Of course, tensions do tend to heat up.

As both herds reached a small herd of cow-like creatures, the leads of the Tauros and Bouffalant herds had hearts in their eyes before glaring at one another.

It appears rivalry has broken out between the two herds, over this small herd of Miltank. However, there are always those who break up these eventual confrontations.

Howls were heard as three dog like pokemon stepped up. One was large and furry with a long mustache. Another was large and orange. And the third was yellow and thin.

Like farmers herding their livestock, these three pokemon: Stoutland, Arcanine and Boltund, work together to keep peace within the plains.

All three of these dogs descended down and rounded up both herds before barking at them, keeping them both in line.

Even though the plains mean freedom, some order must still be kept.

Boltund then heard some commotion further away, barking as it took off.

And it looks like crowd control, isnt Boltunds only job. It has a flock of its own to protect. However it normally leaves it to its subordinates.

Boltund arrived at a ledge to see a number of sheep like pokemon being herded by smaller dog like pokemon.

A huge herd of Wooloo and Mareep being herded by a few Yamper. Yamper is Boltunds pre evolutionary form, and are good herding pokemon in their own right. And these sheep like pokemon lack any sort of leaders so it is up to Boltund and its Yamper to keep it safe till they day they can be able to defend themselves.

Boltund came down and joined its younger brethren to guard Wooloo and Mareep from harm. And just in time too, for they were being watched from bushes by a few fox-like pokemon with evil villain mustaches and long tails.

And it looks like Boltund rejoined its pack just in time, for some Thievul have come. Thievul are Boltund's natural enemy. But these Pokemon are in for a shock.

Boltund and the Yamper charged themselves as they rammed into the Thievul, electrocuting them and sending them running.

These pokemon could not stand up to the fierce bite of these dog like pokemon. The protectors triumph over the thieves.

The Thievul returned to their little hideaway as some smaller fox like pokemon arrived with a few eggs.

While the Thievul had failed, the Nickit had succeeded in snatching eggs from pokemon. However, they are in for a rude awakening.

Approaching them was a large bird like pokemon with three heads that simply glared at them.

Dodrio. The Nickit have stolen its eggs. Unfortunately, Dodrio sleeps with one head awake to look for predators.

Dodrio cawed as it ferociously attacked the fox pokemon to get its egg back, causing them to flee and the Dodrio to retrieve its egg.

Those who sneak and rely on trickery, are no match for those who are diligent. Predators should choose their prey wisely. Of course, life in the plains isn't an easy one. There will always be ups and downs. But there will be peace from one point or another at the end of the day. After all, its all about survival out here.
