The next morning, everyone was sitting in the castleteria eating when Cerise walked up to Cedar's table.
"Hey, Cedar, can I sit with you?" asked Cerise.
"Sure," said Cedar who only thought she asked since the place was packed and the seat next to her was the only one open.
"I'm sorry for avoiding you, there's actually a secret…," said Cerise before Cedar interpreted.
"It's all right, you don't have to tell me anything, everyone deserves to have a secret that they don't have to reveal," said Cedar.
"But that's the thing, I want you to know because I do like you," said Cerise before pulling her hood off.
"Whoa," said a few students as Cerise's ears twitched from the sudden rush of cold ear that they felt.
"Her ears look like…," said Dexter as a good portion of people turned to look at Professor Badwolf with shocked expressions.
"Cerise, is Professor Badwolf you father?" asked Cedar. To this, Cerise nodded her head yes and everyone just continued to stare at her.
"I can't believe she just did that," said Raven who had dropped her spoon out of surprise, causing it to land on the floor.
"You knew about this?" asked Apple.
"It's a long story, I'll hexplain on our date," said Raven. This made the two instantly blush after it set in what she had said.
"I wanted to ask my parents for permission to reveal this, Cedar, because I've really liked you for a while now," said Cerise.
"Aw," said everyone else.
"Now that I know that Professor Badwolf is her father, I have to admit I'm surprised we never figured it out," said Poppy.
"Especially with how fast she is," said Duchess, who was holding Poppy's hand.
"Now I feel bad for teasing her back when I found out," said Kitty who was pouting a little.
"I told you that you would," said Maddie before kissing the cat girl on the cheek.
"Looks like there was truly no reason to worry after all," thought Professor Badwolf as he noticed everyone going back to normal.
