Hello, sorry for the author's note.
Although I did say I was not going to make another author's note until the end, I guess I kind of have to make an exception for this. Mainly because I will not be continuing to update chapters for this story. If you enjoyed reading this story, just hear me out for a second.
I guess my first reason is because as I have written the next few chapters (I have not posted them) they were diverging from what I originally wanted. I wanted to make a story that was not really plot driven but more so 'colorful' writing. The first few chapters I have written and posted somewhat resemble what I wanted but as I continued to write later chapters, they have become heavily involved in the plot which is not what I intended. So why not just rewrite the chapters?
This leads to my next point. I'm lazy. That's the truth if I'm being honest here. When it comes to me, if I put work into something only to find out that it does not live to my expectations, then I really don't want to redo something.
So why not just upload the chapters anyway?
I don't want to upload the chapters because it defeats the purity of this fanfiction account. I want this account to be a sort of archive where I have all the writings that I feel proud of on here. If I upload everything I have on here then it is basically a mess and my Google Drive 2.0.
Another thing also is the fact that I have not updated this story since January. It's just a little disheartening to know I may have left readers on a cliff hanger for so long.
Although I will not be uploading any new chapters for a long time, I do intend to someday continue this story. I know it sounds a bit hypocritical to add an A/N on here but when I do upload the next chapter, I'll make sure to delete this A/N.
