Sincerity had always been an issue for Tsukasa. Anyone who knew him knew better than to listen to his honeyed tongue, to fall for his innocent smiles. He weaved lies like a spider spun a web, a work of artistry that always caught its prey.
Even his brother knew better. Glaring, Amane growled, "Why are you here?"
"For you." Tsukasa smiled as he sniffed the anemones in the garden. "Nene's good at this."
Amane grabbed his collar, snarling, "Don't. Why are you here?"
"I told you." For all of his lies, Tsukasa was sincere about one thing and one thing alone. "I love you."
It was funny how no one believed him.
