Jaune has been through so much as a child, his uncles and aunts hated him for what he is. And he found singing his pain away could numb the pain. After being recruited to perform for people, he became Violet. He Eventually quit to follow his dream to become a Huntsman. So he joined Beacon and later down the road was neglected by his friends. And his love is with another man. Guess

6. My Best Rockstar Care

Sorry for the long wait for this chapter but I was second guessing myself with skipping the whole bar thing and going straight to the meeting with his sister. But deep down I felt this was the best option and it will answer a question someone pm me about.

adislt: Yea I have a idea about his semblance and his wings but that's at the end. And Weiss doesn't make the connection just yet till later. And nice selections, I see two that I was thinking of adding to the story.

X3runner: Yes he had a slip buthe will cover his tracks later down the road. And I was thinking of Jaune trying to use his Violet disguise to get Ren and Nora together. And don't worry about your last comment. I understand, and I already have a ending planned. Which I hope people don't give up on the story when we get to the breach.

Gonsmoss: I know what you mean, I hate stories about anyone from Rwby who gets Cucked. And they just lay there and take it. But something makes me want to read it even tho it makes my blood boil. But I like stories where my favorite character is heart broken and he rebuilts himself. As one of my favorite sayings goes "Once you hit rock bottom, there's only one way to go, and that's up".

Violet finally made it to Tom's Bar, and it was packed. He could see people from the window. Just as he was about to open the door did he get a text from Max. Saying he was at Tom's, he chuckled and opened the door to be greeted by many eyes. He rises his hand and waves at everyone "Hey". He felt two things right now, Nervous and fear. But thankfully that ended when some of them came to him and greeted him nicely. He got many compliments and *cough* offers that made him blush. After some photos and autographs from some fans. He tried to make it to the bar where he spotted Max looking at him with a sly smile. And Tom standing behind him with his own smile.

Just about to reach them but he got stopped by a group he wasn't expecting to see there. Team CFVY, and Coco was holding something he recognized. His torn hoodie just dangling by her side. She was in her infamous pose. Legends say if you come across this, it could mean three things.

One:You somehow impressed her by your fashion sense or you did something to get her attention

Two:You better say goodbye to your family jewels.

And Three:She likes Yea, and she wants Yea, so you can make it easy for her or you could put up a fight...nobody has survived

"Hello" Violet said with the biggest smile he could muster. But Coco still held her ground. But sadly Velvet wasn't doing so good. She kept looking to the ground and Violet knew she was nervous. By noticing she was fidgeting with her fingers. "Are you okay?" Violet asked her, she looked up to see his blue eyes. She took a step back and blushed. Coco moved in front of Velvet and shoves the hoodie into Violet's chest. He slightly moved a bit but kept his ground. Thankfully Coco knew better then to release her crazy strength to a civilian. He grabbed it "You left that in a bush at beacon" she said. He laughed nervously and started to rub the back of his neck. "Yea sorry, I was startled" he chuckled which made Coco show a little pink on her cheeks.

They remained silent till he looked at the remaining teammates. Fox and Yatsuhashi "Hey" he said which he hoped they would break the awkwardness. But sadly all he got was a nod from each. Coco pointed at her two male teammates "This two are my teammates, Fox and Yatsuhashi". She then pointed behind her "And this is Velvet" she then lowered her Sunglasses. "And I'm Coco" she winked after saying her name. Violet leaned towards her "And I'm Violet" he moved his hand for a hand shake. Which he got, after they were done he invited them for a drink. After finding a table with six chairs. They sat there drinking while Violet answered some questions. They started to drink and emptied six bottle of Tom's finest whiskey.

"Do you have three nipples?" Coco asked which made Velvet blush "COCO!". She then turned to Violet "I'm sorry for my leader's-", "It's fine really, I've been asked worse things by other people". "Really now, like what?" Coco asked which got Velvet to slap her shoulder. Violet chuckled and took a shot of his whisky "Am I a Furry, do I fuck animals" he said. Max turned his attention straight to Violet, he had a shocked expression. But Coco seemed to sober up a bit once she heard that last part. Violet felt a little drunk, and Max knew when he had a couple of shots. He would lose all filter and say basically anything. Before Coco could say anything about that. Violet chuckled "And that's the worst thing someone ever asked me. So I sucker punched him straight in his stupid face!" Violet started to laugh. Which got many fans around him to laugh with him. Velvet was surprised to hear that, she always saw Violet as a nice, nonviolent person.

Coco smiled at this "Really now, how come we didn't hear the news of our little Violet assaulting someone?". Violet filled his shot glass while answering "At the time I wasn't a famous Singer. I was in a rally for Faunus right movement" he said with a smile. Remembering the times he and Leo would join. Once he filled his drink he took the shot. Velvet leaned in to hear more but he didn't continue. "Respect" Coco said with her own smile. "Yea...so tell me Coco, why are you here?" Violet said. He looked at the rest of her team "Isn't it a school night". Coco leaned back on her chair "I was hoping to see you here and return your torn hoodie", "Which you caused~" Violet said in a flirty/playful way. Max stopped Violet before he could reach for another shot.

"I wasn't the one who fell off the roof" Coco said which made Max stare at Violet. "You fell off a roof!" Max said concerned for Jaune. But he ignored him "That might be true but I wasn't the one who was sneaking up to some stranger in the middle of the night. Which startled him and made him fall of the ledge and landed on some branches that broke his fall". They remained quiet staring at each other. till Violet broke the silence with something that made many spit out their drinks or blush madly. "Are you turned on as much as I am right now?" He said with a seductive smile. Coco took her own shot and looked into Violet's eyes "Maybe, what if I was. What are you going to do about it?" She said. Violet leaned on the table "I can take us to a hotel that's near by" he said in his normal slightly drunk voice. Velvet blushed while imagining what would happen in that hotel room.

"Is that all you got, give me details" Coco said with a smug smile. She's heard it all before and expected more then him saying they would go to a hotel. Fox and Yatsuhashi felt uncomfortable hearing this so they got up and made their way to the bar. Leaving a poor rabbit to her imaginations going wild and a fashionista to her fun. Violet reached for his glasses and removed them. Which got many fan girls around them to lose their breath. Velvet saw those beautiful oceanic eyes, the more she stared into them. The more she sinks in, while Coco was having the same trouble. But she acted like she didn't care and kept eye contact with Violet. "And once there, We can make love" Violet singing got everyone to keep holding their breath. "Or we can just fuck" Violet said while standing up and moving towards Coco. Who was caught off guard by that seductive, smooth voice. She felt trapped in his web. As she saw him walking towards her, her heart rate was rising. Once there he leaned down so he could be right in her face. Velvet would have felt jealous but she couldn't complain.

She had a nice view of Violet's ass right where she was. She noticed those jeans where tight around that area. "We can get romantic, dirty dancing. Feel my hands until the sun comes up" he said while getting closer. "But I rather we do this when we're not influenced by alcohol" Coco heard that and it destroyed her fantasies. But Violet never backed away "But I could give you a preview" he said as he kissed her on the lips. Coco was lost in the kiss, she felt as Violet tried to end it. She tried to move her hands to the back of his head and force him to stay. But Violet managed to move and he lowered his head down so she missed. Violet had a smirk while watching Coco hyperventilating. He stood up and placed his glasses on and looked at Tom. "Hey Tom!" Violet shouted across the room.

Tom turned to towards him "What!?", "Do you have a karaoke machine!?". Tom nodded and asked one of his employees to go to the back and bring it to the stage. After everything was set up Violet got on stage and he was going through his music. Till he saw one he hasn't singed in a very long time. He picked it and place pause on it. He turned to his audience "Before I sing you this song, here's a little fun fact. I didn't know anything about being a rockstar" he got some to laugh. "So I studied with Rock magazines and interviews with the biggest Rockstars out there!" He shouted the last part. Everyone cheered which made Violet rise his hand up for them to calm down. "But sadly my mom didn't like the song for reasons" he chuckled. "So when She heard it on my first album. She came into my room and beat me silly" everyone busted out laughing.

He joined them but once they were done he only had to ask one question. "Are you all ready to rock?!" Violet shouted. Cheers could be heard, Violet asked Max to join him. Once there Violet told Max to sing these parts which was almost nothing. Max agreed, Violet started to stretch as best as he could. He was still a little out of it but he could still preform for his fans. Once done stretching he moved the mic towards his mouth and Max pressed the button to play the song.

"I'm through with standing in line to clubs I'll never get in. It's like the bottom of the ninth, and I'm never gonna win. This life hasn't turned out quite the way I want it to be" Violet started to moved to the beat. He looked at everyone with a drunk smirk (Tell me what you want) Tom said in the deepest voice he could do. "I want a brand new house on an episode of Cribs. And a bathroom I can play baseball in. And a king-size tub, big enough for ten plus me" He then started to point at some of the women and winked after. Which got some very good reactions. And it didn't help he ended with Velvet as the tenth girl. She was smiling and couldn't stop squealing which made Violet's heart skip a beat (Uh, so what you need?) I'll need a credit card that's got no limit. And a big black jet with a bedroom in it. Gonna join the mile high club at 37, 000 feet (Been there, done that)I want a new tour bus full of old guitars. My own star on Hollywood Boulevard. Somewhere between Cher and James Dean is fine for me"

(So how you gonna do it?) Violet looked at Max and gave him a knowing smile "I'm gonna trade this life for fortune and fame I'd even cut my hair and changed my name" he ran his fingers through his fake hair. Max couldn't stop and laughed a little. "'Cause we all just wanna be big rockstars. And live in hilltop houses, driving 15 cars. The girls come easy, and the drugs come cheap. We'll all stay skinny, 'cause we just won't eat. And we'll hang out in the coolest bars" he then pointed at Tom who was serving a customer which made him smile. "In the V.I.P. with the movie stars. Every good gold digger's gonna wind up there. Every Playboy Bunny with her bleached blond hair and, well, Hey, hey, I wanna be a rockstar" he then pointed the mic towards the crowd

"Hey, hey, I wanna be a rockstar!" They shouted which got Violet's blood pumping. "I wanna be great like Elvis without the tassels. Hire eight body guards that love to beat up assholes. Sign a couple autographs, so I can eat my meals for free. (I'll have the quesadilla, haha!)" that got many to laugh at Max who pretended he was holding a plate "I'm gonna dress my ass with the latest fashion. Get a front door key to the Playboy mansion. Gonna date a centerfold that loves to blow my money for me (So how you gonna do it?)"

Violet point the mic towards the crowd again "You all know this part!". "I'm gonna trade this life for fortune and fame. I'd even cut my hair and changed my name. Violet then moved the mic back to himself. But he couldn't stop feeling proud of himself for writing this song. Just by having people remembering the lyrics of his first song on his first album. He even saw Velvet shouting her guts out with the biggest smile he has ever seen from her "I'm gonna sing those songs that offend the censors. Gonna pop my pills from a Pez dispenser. I'll get washed-up singers writing all my songs. Lip sync 'em every night, so I don't get 'em wrong" he didn't even turned the mic towards them. They sang along with him, and that's when he realized...how fucking good this song was. "Well, we all just wanna be big rockstars. And live in hilltop houses, driving 15 cars. Violet rises both hands up into the air just to get some of that adrenaline out of his system. Everyone shot up and applauded, team Cfvy was amongst them. After some high fives from some of his fans and a slap on his ass from Coco. He saw some of the people at the bar left. So he went to sit at a stool and of course his classmates joined him while Max called it a night. Before he could leave, he remained Jaune about the meeting with his sister. Violet looked at the clock and saw it was already one in the morning. "Wow, it's late and I got to meet my employer for the music video" Violet said as he was getting up to leave with Max. But he was stopped by Coco "Wait!" She shouted. "Yes?" Violet was confused.

"You think you could sing us the song I heard last time. You didn't finish and it's been bugging me" she said. Violet didn't want to sing that song again. It kinda hit home for him, but seeing her eyes slightly poking out from behind her sunglasses. He gave in "Okay but after the song you owe me a bottle" he said as he walked back on stage and took a seat at a stool that was next to this piano. He tested the keys and took a long breath and summoned all the emotion he felt that night. He then started to play and was focusing on his hands. Velvet was curious about the song. After hearing Coco's story about that night. And how sad he sounded singing this song.

"Would anyone notice, If tonight I disappeared?Would anyone chase me. And say the words that I need to hear?" To say that many were surprised to hear him sound so depressed singing this. Except Coco who leaned back on her chair and crossed her arms under her breasts. Velvet almost felt this connection towards his words. "That I'm no burden, Not so worthless. Bent so much that I just might break. All-consuming, So confusing. The questions that keep me awake. Would anyone care, would anyone cry. If I finally stepped off of this ledge tonight?" Coco kinda chuckled remembering how Violet stepped off the ledge. As she was chuckling, everyone in the bar kinda felt sad. Some of them started to think about the time they thought like that. If anyone would care about them. "Would anything change, would you all be just fine? Cause I need a reason to not throw the fight. It just might save my life, Would anyone want me"

Jaune lost the battle and started to tear up. His voice cracked a little bit but he kept singing "If they knew what was inside my head? Would anyone see me. For the person that I really am? I won't lie, So hard to hide, I've never felt worthy of love" Velvet's ears started to fold and her head slightly went down. This didn't go unnoticed by Coco who really wanted to ask her what was going on with her and Cardin. "I would give up, Everything I have. Just to feel good enough, Would anyone care, would anyone cry. If I finally stepped off of this ledge tonight?. Would anything change, would you all be just fine? 'Cause I need a reason to not throw the fight. It just might save my life"

Violet didn't know what else to say but once he looked towards Velvet and Coco. He could swear he saw Velvet tearing up. Just the sight of her eyes watering made Jaune's heart change from cold to a raging fire he stood up which made him push the stool back. Which made it fall over "If you're dying inside, Sick of being alive. Let me in, let me share in your pain. From my lungs through the dark. Spoken straight from the heart" To say everyones was taken back by the one eighty in Violet's tone. Velvet looked up to see Violet looking right at her. Blue eyes meeting a beautiful chocolate brown eyes. "Let me give you a reason to stay, If you're out there still lying awake. If you're out there still wondering"

"Would anyone care, would anyone cry. If you finally gave up and turned out the light? The world would be changed if you left it behind. You can't be replaced, no, tonight is the night. You take back your life" Violet calmed down from his high and broke eye contact with Velvet. Coco gave Violet a small smile and a nod. "Take back your life, Take back your life, Take back your life" Violet moved aside and took a bow. Of course he heard them applaud but he could feel how some of them weren't into it. He couldn't blame them, they got depressed by his song. After that he took his seat with Coco and Velvet. He noticed their other teammates weren't there. Velvet explained that they still needed to finish a project that was due today in the afternoon. Violet understood and asked for a bottle of whiskey. Just as he was about to reach for the bottle he heard Coco speak.

"What's wrong?" Coco asked, Velvet kept avoiding their eyes. "Nothing" she whispered which got a negative reaction from Coco. But before she could say anything. Violet tipped the bottle towards Coco who got whiskey on her blouse. She shot up and gave Violet the glare of a life time. She wanted to rip off his head but she mange to hold her anger. So she made her way to the bathroom, leaving Violet and Velvet. Violet turned back to Velvet "Are you okay?". "Yes" she lied, which made Him frustrated. They remained like that till He had this stupid idea. He got up and grabbed her hand and pulled her to the exit. She was freaking out till she saw him turn his head a little bit to show her a smile. "Trust me" he said with a smooth voice. She wanted to say no but something about holding his hand felt right. So they left, couple of minutes later Coco came back to the bar to see her teammate gone.

Vale's Park

Violet was leading Velvet through the park while still holding her hand. She was nervous, blushing but most of all freaking out."Why are we at the park!" Then thoughts of sexual images came to her. A couple walking through the park in the middle of the night and they find a bench and they. She couldn't finish that thought, but once she sees a bench. And him leading her towards it, she pulled her hand away with all her strength. "I can't do this, I have a boyfriend a-an-and I'm not mentally prepared!" She shouted. Which made Violet take a step back and give her a confused look. "What?, all I wanted was to talk to you in private" he said. She remained there staring at him till she calmed down and her blush too.

After trusting him, she took a seat and kept looking at the playground which was right in front of them. Violet was sitting next to her and was doing the same too. "So what's wrong?" He asked, never losing sight of the playground. She looked down "It's nothing" she said. "Your a terrible liar" never taking his eyes from the playground. She never looked up from the ground "It's kinda personal". "Seems fair I guess, even tho you seem kinda down ever since hearing me sing that last song" he said. She turned towards him "You wouldn't understand". "Why?" He asked confused while turning towards her. She didn't know where the outburst came from but it came out. "Cause your human, you don't know how we Faunus are treated. We get pushed around just because we have extra parts. We get the short end of the stick!". "I Kn-", "You don't know!, you've seen it but you haven't lived through it. I respect you for standing up for us and everything else!" she said. With her face red and trying to catch her breath.

Violet remained staring at her. He kept his eyes locked on her's. She was anger, frustrated, but most of all sad. "But you couldn't know how it feels to get bullied into doing things you don't want to do" she started to tear up. Violet kept himself from trying to hug her. If he did she wouldn't break from the point of her telling him why she's like this. "To be with someone you don't love" she looked away but Violet saw her tears already sliding down her cheeks before she could hide them. He clutched his hands into fists. His heart beat rises but most of all he wanted to do something. "Then why don't you leave him?" He said with a calm voice. But thankfully she didn't noticed how strain his voice was. She held her hands together while looking down. Letting her tears drip to the ground "Cause if I do...he'll get hurt" she whispered. "Who?" Violet got closer while losing the battle to comfort her. He placed his hand on her shoulder. She didn't move but answered him anyway "Jaune". Violet was put off by that "What do you mean?".

"If I talk to Jaune or break up with Cardin. He'll tell the Headmaster about his fake transcripts" she lost it now. She kept crying till she felt Violet wrap her into a hug. He pulled her in till he started to feel her tears staining his shirt. He moved his hand behind her head and held her. They remained like that for a good time. Once he felt her stop sobbing he released her. She wiped the remaining tears. Violet kept looking at her and he felt his heart break. She was going through this hell because of him. He waited till she was done trying to straighten herself. "I think you should break up with him" Violet said. She got up "I can't" she whispered, not even looking at him. He followed her lead and stood up "Yes you can!". She didn't want to argue so she tried to walk away. But Violet grabbed her arm and also stood up, she couldn't believe how strong a civilian could be.

"Let me go!" She yelled but he didn't release her. "No, not till you hear me out" he kept a firm grip on her. "Why should I, you have no idea of the pain I'm going through" she pulled her arm away from him. And now she was facing him, the sweet,nervous and beautiful expression she always had on was long gone. "You don't know how it feels to love someone who loves another or being abuse just because I have an animal's ears!". She shouted into his face. Violet remained quiet and as time passed he nodded his head slowly and took his seat on the bench. He didn't say a word and remained quiet thinking of his past. He felt nothing but rage right now. She's suffering because of him, but most of all. She thinks he doesn't know anything about the pain of being born a Faunus.

Or losing the love of your life to another. To see her happy with another just because he was a coward. She kept looking right at him, seeing how he hasn't said a word. She finally cooled down and then she realized how she was taking out her emotions towards him. "I'm so-" she was interrupted by him. He started to sing again but there was no music. "I know you think I got it all figured out 'Cause I walk around like my head's in the clouds. But I'm just a boy with his heart pourin' out of his head" he turned his gaze towards her. She saw tears falling down, and his eyes looked so lifeless. "I wish that you could see the pain that I've seen. And all of the times I spent being not me. I hope you know that it's not always happy in my head" he chuckled a little but it was this empty laugh. She didn't know what to do, all she could do was listen.

"'Cause I don't know, The perfect road to go down. But I know, I'm trying my best. I'm trying my best to be okay. I'm trying my best but every day it's so hard" Jaune was remembering all the times he would see Pyrrha kissing Mercury. He felt his heart being pierced by a knife with ice dust infused. "And I'm holding my breath. I'm holding my breath 'til I can say, All of the words I wanna say from my heart" Jaune moved his hand towards his heart and gripped the shirt so hard. Velvet didn't know what to do at this point. "If you really wanted I could let you inside. It's been so long and I've got nothing left to hide. Would you believe me if I told you that I've got flaws" Jaune started to pull the shirt with enough force to rip the buttons off "Now it's time to let the curtains unfold. And tell all the stories that I didn't want told. I let it out so I unburden my soul I won't stop"

Once the shirt was open, Velvet moved her hands towards her mouth. She was shocked, by seeing scars almost everywhere on his chest and abs. "'Cause I don't know, The perfect road to go down, But I know" Jaune leaned on the bench and looked up to the stars. Giving Velvet a better view of everything. She remained speechless "I'm trying my best, I'm trying my best to be okay. I'm trying my best but every day it's so hard" memories of him being tortured by his kidnappers. He could feel the blade cutting his flesh. The snapping sound of his wings being chopped off. The beatings he would get by just being alive. Or the pain in his stomach by going days without food.

"And I'm holding my breath, I'm holding my breath 'til I can say. All of the words I wanna say from my heart" he looked at Velvet once again with a fake smile. With tears running down his face and his lifeless eyes. His hands shaking from the raw emotion that was going through him. "I'm trying my best, I'm trying my best to be okay. I'm trying my best but every day it's so hard. And I'm holding my breath, I'm holding my breath 'til I can say. All of the words I wanna say from my heart" he was sobbing the last part while velvet found the courage to move and hugged him tightly. He didn't move, he just kept on sobbing onto her shoulder. Velvet felt terrible but then she felt Violet hugging her back.

"I don't want you to suffer anymore Velvet" he whispered beside her ear. And then by all the emotion he went through, he lost consciousness. She started to cry again till she heard Coco screaming her name. She got up from the hug and looked to the direction where Coco was coming from. She didn't want her to see her and Violet like this. So she walked to the corner to see Coco walking towards them. She panicked and turned back to Violet. But he was gone, the only things left was his buttons from his shirt on the floor. "Velvet!" Coco ran towards her, once she saw the rabbit ears. Velvet didn't pay her any attention, all she could think about now was how she broke him.

A couple of blocks away from the park was Max carrying Jaune in a piggyback ride. "I knew it wasn't a good idea to leave you there with them" Max said while walking to his apartment. What Jaune didn't know was that Max waited for him outside. He knew once he called it a night, Jaune would follow him. But he didn't so he waited till he saw him dragging Velvet out from the bar. So he followed him to the park and heard everything and to say he couldn't bare to see him this broken. So when he saw Velvet getting up and making her way to the corner to see her teammate.
