Izuku woke up early today because it was his first day of work and he wanted to make a good impression on the other faculty members as well as his boss. It was seven and he had an hour to get to UA. He got out of bed and went to shower. Ten minutes later he's making breakfast for him and his mom. Two minutes later his mom walks into the kitchen and Izuku handed her a cup of coffee "Morning mom."

Inko took the cup and smiled at Izuku "Good morning dear."

Izuku put a plate with scrambled eggs, toast, and sausage. He then sat down with his own plate. Twenty minutes later he kissed his mom on the cheek "I'm heading off to work mom, I'll be back later. Have a good day and be safe, love you."

Inko smiled "Have a good day; I'll see you later dear love you too."

Izuku walked out the door and jumped over the railing outside his door and lands on the ground without leaving any damage. He walked to his red Kawasaki Ninja ZX 10RR and leaves. Thirty minutes later he's pulling into the UA faculty parking lot. He parked his bike and went inside. He walked into Naomi's office "I'm here for my first day of work ma'am."

Naomi looks up from her paperwork "Ah Izuku its good you're here with thirty minutes to spare. Well that's simply splendid now onto business. You will need this cell phone in order to call any member of the staff and they can do the same. Don't lose that phone because when I have to contact you for a faculty meeting or other work related issues that phone will be the one I'll contact you with. Also we don't have a title for your job but you're basically going to be helping wherever we need you too. Do you understand?"

Izuku nods "I understand."

Naomi smiles "Good then you can go to the faculty lounge and see if you can do anything to help someone there."

Izuku smiles and waves as he leaves "See you later Naomi."

Naomi chuckles after making sure that Izuku is out of hearing range "You are a very interesting human Izuku, after all not many people treat me as if I was a human."

Five minutes later Izuku arrives at the faculty lounge and walks in only to see three teachers. The first one was easily recognizable as Midnight her real name is Nemuri Kayama. She had long dark purple waist length spiky layered hair, sky blue eyes that titled downwards towards the center, she had a very curvaceous figure, she stood at a height of 5'9" and she was wearing a thin white full body suit, metal cuffs one on each wrist, a red and black domino mask, a black vest that had a strip of clothe that went between her breasts and around her neck, a black belt with a golden buckle, dark blue mid thigh high socks, and black low thigh high, high heeled boots.

The teacher next to her has black shaggy shoulder length messy hair, black half lidded eyes; she stands at a height of 5'7". Her name is Shoka Aizawa also known as Eraserhead. She wears a long sleeved rugged black shirt, matching pants tucked into a pair of black boots. She also had a wrap scarf around her neck and a utility belt.

The last teacher had blonde slicked back shoulder blade length hair, rectangular shaped greenish-yellow eyes with concentric pupils, a large smile on her face, a directional speaker around her neck, black leather jacket with an upturned high collar that's studded, matching black pants, knee high boots, red belt, black fingerless gloves, and a yellow t-shirt with the word HAGE on the front. Her name is Hikari Yamada also known as Present Mic.

Nemuri looks up and sees Izuku. Her eyes gain a sexual look as she sensually walked up to him and put her hand on his chest. Her voice had a seductive tone to it "Hello handsome, what brings you here on this wonderful morning?"

Izuku smiled "I'm sorry but I have a girlfriend so if you could please remove your hand so that I could get to work."

Nemuri pouted then smiled because of something he said "Well you can work on me anytime in private."

Izuku sighed "I'm the new employee so I need you to move because I have work to do. Also my name is Izuku Midoriya."

Hikari giggled "Wow someone actually shot you down."

Izuku looked at Hikari "I didn't shot her down I just need to get to work before Naomi gets upset that the new faculty member that she personally hired isn't doing his job."

Shoka's eyes snapped open and locked onto Izuku's form "I don't know what irrational thought Naomi had to hire you but that doesn't mean anything to me."

Izuku looked Shoka in her eyes "I'm sorry about that but since you're awake I can ask what you like me to get you to drink?"

Shoka stared at him for another minute "Juice boxes for me, I don't care what flavor."

Hikari smiled "Some energy drinks for me."

Nemuri purred "Barry juice for me hot stuff."

Izuku was taking notes on his work phone while ignoring Nemuri's flirting "I have to work phone if you need to contact me at any time. Naomi said that she'd have my number sent to everyone with an hour."

After Izuku left Nemuri looked at Shoka "Where the hell did Naomi find him?"

Shoka closed her eyes and rolled over without answering. Hikari chuckled "I don't know but he is handsome plus he doesn't seem bothered by you 'seductress' persona."

Nemuri smiled "I know and it's been a while since anyone who didn't know me personally to do that. It's rather refreshing."

Hikari nods and Snipe walked in, she stands at 5'7", she has her hair in dread locks and pulled back so that it's seen out of the back and sides, she wears an old-school tan gas mask in the shape of a horse's mouth that had silver ear protectors on the side and rectangular shaped eyes, a brown cowboy hat with a large 'S' stamped onto the center, a red poncho, a black t-shirt under a white vest, yellow chaps that are tucked into gray cowboy boots, and light gray gloves that end half way up the forearm where black arm warmers cover half way between her elbow and shoulder. No one knows her real name because she doesn't like it.

She looked at Nemuri and sees her smile "What's got you in such a good mood today?"

Nemuri beamed as she looked at Snipe "Naomi hired a male to work here and he can see through my 'seductress' persona with no problems, he was even playing Shoka's game."

Snipe looked between Nemuri and Shoka a few times "Well I'll be darned, looks like the boss found a good one."

Hikari smiled "You have no idea oh and she's already sent out his work phone number so that we can contact him at any time."

Snipe nods and pulls out her phone before looking at Hikari "What's the lad's name?"

Shoka groaned "Izuku Midoriya, now be quiet so I can get some sleep."

Snipe puts his name and work number into her contacts before sending him a message asking if he'll get her some sweet tea. She nods when he sends back that he'll make her some when he gets back. Twenty minutes later he walks back into the room and waves "I'm here and I have juice boxes for Shoka, a few energy drinks for Hikari, and a case of berry juices for Nemuri. Snipe your sweet tea should be ready in about five minutes."

The three teachers who names he called got their drinks while he started to make the sweet tea for Snipe. While he was making Snipe's tea Nemuri kept teasing him. Five minutes later he hands her a cup of hot sweet tea "While this is everything you all asked for and I believe that-"

Izuku had to stop because his work phone went up so he pulled it out and answered "Hello?"

Naomi is on the other end "Izuku I need you to help Lunch Rush with cooking for lunch today and she starts cooking right about now."

Izuku cracked his neck "I'll get right down there."

Naomi hung up and Izuku looked at the four teachers "Well I'll have to leave because I need to go help cook lunch. You all know how to contact me if I'm needed."

Izuku walked out and Snipe looked at Nemuri "You're right he saw right through you persona. I've never seen anyone do that before."

Nemuri nods "I know and I can't wait to see if he'll start teasing me back. Though if he has a quirk like that one boy did then maybe his girlfriend will let me have a go at him."

Hikari smiled "I think she's alright with from the way he talked before going to get our drinks. I also think that she's got final say so you might need to get on her good side first."

Nemuri nods "I know and that's going to be the hard part because I don't know who she is."

While the teachers were talking Izuku had made it to the cafeteria. He saw Lunch Rush and walked up to her "Hello I'm Izuku Midoriya and I'm here to help you with lunch today?"

Lunch Rush smiled "Good and I'll need you to start with making sure that the food counter where the students get their food from is warm. After that you can start cooking with me and then we'll get to the dirty dishes that won't be used again today."

Izuku nods and gets to work. It takes the both of them about two hours to get everything done and students start coming in to eat. Lunch Rush turns to Izuku "You're help was very much and you can leave if you want."

Izuku shakes his head "I'll stay and help you with lunch, besides I helped make the food so the least I can do is help clean up afterwards."

Lunch Rush nods and after lunch was done they cleaned everything up. That only took them thirty minutes and after they were done Naomi told Izuku that he was done for the day so he could leave. Izuku smiled and pulled out his phone after he walked out the front gate. He went through his contacts and called Katsumi. She answered three rings later Izuku smiled "Hey babe, I just got off work so I was thinking that if you're not busy we could meet for lunch or something?"

Katsumi smiled "I'd love to Izuku but I'm a little busy right now, I'm with Mei and I'm a little scared that she's over working herself again. Oh I did find out that she knows nothing about you having a quirk so are you going to tell her or are you going to wait?"

Izuku sighed "I'll be there in a few minutes than but I don't know if I'm going to tell her yet or not because I don't want her or her family to be in any danger because of something like this."

Katsumi frowned "Izuku you need to tell her so that she can be ready for anything."

Izuku bowed his head "I know but I need to know that it will be alright for everyone else first. I'll tell her after the entrance exam in ten months."

Katsumi sighed "Alright, I'll hold you too that Zuku so don't you dare try to get out of our deal just because you're scared."

Izuku chuckled "I got it babe but there is no way in hell that I'm telling her alone so you'll be with me so that I have a shield when she wants to hug someone afterwards."

Katsumi giggled "You know that she won't stop until she's hugging you dear."

Izuku sighed "I know."

Katsumi smiled "I'll still help you but I will always help you when I can. Now when will you be here?"

Izuku smiled and knocked on the door to Mei's workshop "I'm here now."

Katsumi hung up the phone and ripped the door open before pulling Izuku into a kiss that made his brain shut down. When they broke the kiss Izuku smiled and picked her up by gripping her thighs and walked into Mei's workshop with her like that. Izuku sat down and put her on his lap. "Hey Mei, how are you doing?"

Mei glanced at him and smiled before looking back the device that she was working on "I'm good, just working on your hero suit. Naomi called back and said that I was allowed."

Izuku sighed "I was going to wait until after I got in to UA so that you could focus on getting ready for your own entrance exam, guess that was taken away from me. Mei I need you to make me an outfit that is basically just cloth but won't restrict my movements so that I could fight without having problems with my suit."

Mei stopped what she was doing and looked at Izuku "What the hell do you mean? Something like that would get you killed if you got attacked while your back was turned or something!"

Izuku shook his head "I didn't want to tell you this but since my new boss gave you permission to make my hero suit before you got into UA then you need to know. Mei I have a quirk, just like that one boy who passed away while he was still a kid."

Mei looks at him with wide eyes for a few minutes before shaking her head "You know, that actually explains a lot now that I think about it."

Izuku looks at her with a raised eyebrow. "What are you talking about?"

Mei giggles "I mean the way you can do things that no normal man can do, for example, name one man that can jump about three stories high to get to a roof before then jumping across roofs while skipping two or three before landing on another one to jump off of again?"

Izuku looked at her with his jaw hanging open before closing it and chuckling. "I can't believe that I didn't notice that before."

Katsumi face palmed before sliding her hand down her face and sighing. "Neither can I."

Mei looked at them both with a smile before she gains a thoughtful look on her face. "You do know that you have to have multiple girlfriends then later wives since you have a quirk right?"

Izuku sighed "Yeah Katsumi and her mom Mitsuki found that last night and told me and my mom about it. Not comfortable with that to be honest, it makes me feel like I'm cheating on my girlfriend even though she was the one who told me about it when she could've kept that to herself until the government came to me with that law."

Mei nods "I don't see the problem but I do see why you would feel uncomfortable about that law. I've only known you for three months and I know that you don't like doing something that you feel is improper to anyone you care about."

Izuku shook his head "How do you know that already?"

Mei smiled "Katsumi told me all about it. She's very talkative about you."

Katsumi blushed "Don't go telling him that Mei! He'll use it as another way to tease me."

Izuku smiled and pulled his girlfriend to him before kissing the top of her head "I promise not to tease you with this information babygirl."

Katsumi smiled and snuggled into him. "You better not."

Izuku wrapped an arm around her waist and rested his head on the top of hers. "You know that all you have to do is ask me and I'd stop teasing you with whatever you don't want me to tease you with."

Katsumi nods into his chest "I know but I like having you teasing me with the information that you use now so I'll tell you if that changes or if you get some information that I don't want you to use to tease me."

Izuku nods and looks at the time before sighing. "I have to get going if I'm going to want any time to work out on the home gym I got."

Mei nods "Alright well I will need to take some measurements for your hero suit this weekend Izuku, Saturday and noon would be the best for me, does that work for you?"

Izuku nods "That would be perfecto for me Mei, thanks."

With that said Izuku walked out with his arm still around Katsumi. She turned her head as they walked out the door "See you around Mei."

Mei waved at them over her shoulder without turning before remembering that she didn't know what Izuku's quirk was. She stood up and ran out the door before seeing Izuku about to jump. "Izuku wait!"

Izuku stopped and stood back up before turning towards Mei. "What do you need now Mei?"

Mei jogged up to him and smiled. "I need to know what your quirk can do before I can start making your hero suit. When can you show me what you can do with it?"

Izuku nods "Right forgot about that myself, how about I show you Saturday at a secret training ground that Katsumi and I go to when we train together?"

Mei nods and waves as she goes back into her workshop. Izuku looked at his girlfriend that was in his arms in a bridal carry. "Well she took that really well."

Katsumi nods and smiles up at him. "Of course she did, she is our friend after all, now come on because I want to get some training in before we have to go back home."

Izuku nods and channels five percent of OFA into his legs before launching them into the air. It only took them five minutes to get to their training ground when normally it would take them fifteen minutes. Katsumi looked at Izuku with wide eyes. "That was amazing; it took you ten minutes less to get here. I can't believe how powerful you are already and you've only had OFA for two days."

Izuku nods "I know and that was only five percent into my legs."

Katsumi looked at him with wide eyes "If that was how fast you are at only five percent then I don't want to see how fast you are at fifty percent babe."

Izuku nods at that "Yeah, I don't think I'll be going above five percent of a while yet."

Katsumi smiled "That's probably a good thing until you're sure that you can handle it without getting hurt or hurting someone else."

Izuku nods "That's exactly why I won't be using it for a while. Now that I have it under control I need to get use to it before I up the percentage."
