Author's Notes- I don't own Dragon Ball Super. The show and manga are created by Toei Animation and Akira T. Here's Chapter Six of the story. Trooper's Guide Through Life: Chapter Six- "Sibling Rivalry"
Pride Trooper's Headquarters, Cafeteria (The Next Day)
It's the next day and the Pride Troopers are eating their breakfast. Today is "Bring Your Relatives to Work" Day and everyone has to bring their relatives to the headquarters. Jiren sees everyone's relatives in the cafeteria, while having his breakfast. The only relatives that he knows of are his parents, but they're gone. He doesn't have anyone to share his achievements to. Top comes into the cafeteria with a lot of other visitors behind him. The rest of the team turn around to see their leader with the visitors. "Hey!" said the troopers, as they walk away from the table and meet their relatives. Jiren just sits on the table, eating his breakfast. Top sees this, remembering what he said to him last night. "I have to show him to my siblings. I don't know how this will go, but at least he won't be alone on this day." are Top's thoughts, as he walks his way to the table, where Jiren is sitting at.
Top: Jiren? Are you okay? (Looks at Jiren)
Jiren: (looks at Top) I'm fine, Top. I just...(Looks away) don't have a family to do this special day with. That's all.
Top: I understand that your parents were the only relatives that you had, but at least you can see my siblings in person. It's the best that I could do for you.
Jiren: (Looks at Top) Really?
Top: I'm sure. It's what friends are for.
Jiren: Okay.
Kasheral: (Looks at Top and Jiren) Top? Two visitors are at the front entrance.
Top: Oh! That must be them! Come on, Jiren! It's time that you meet them! (Grabs Jiren's arm and walks out of the cafeteria with him)
Front Entrance…
?: (Looks at Top and Jiren) Hey! Big Bro! (Hugs Top) How's are only large dude of the family doing?
Top: Lido? This is Jiren. He's one of the members of the team. I'm doing fine as the leader. (Sees an hour-glass shaped woman behind Lido) Sis!
?: (looks at Top) Bro! (Hugs Top) It's been a while, since we last talked!
Top: It has been, Caboose'i! This is my friend, Jiren!
Caboose'i: (Looks at Jiren) Oh! H-He looks hot. (Blushes) H-How are you doing?
Jiren: (Looks at Caboose'i) I'm fine, Top's sister.
Caboose'i: Oh, you can just call me Caboose'i, if you want.
Lido: (Angrily stares at Caboose'i) Please!? If any guy wants to (bleep) you, your ass will crush them! That's why you got that name in the first place. So...(Looks at Top and Jiren with a smile) Where do we begin on this special day?
Top shows his siblings, Lido and Caboose'i through the headquarters. Jiren does like how they both look similar to Top, but their personalities are different. Lido is somewhat rude to his sister, Caboose'i, who's a bit more polite than him. He has to be on his best behavior towards him, if he wants to be accepted as some kind of family. He and Top go through the headquarters, floor by floor, seeing the rooms, areas, and other important locations that the Pride Troopers use. Top and Lido have a good time with each other, while Caboose'i just stands there, being silent. Jiren isn't alone to be the silent one of the group anymore. He's always been the silent part of the group in general. This just made him...uncomfortable to watch. After the tour was done, Top shows his siblings to the rest of the team, who's having their fun with their relatives. Dyspo is talking to his half sister, Dipla, who's not even listening to him what so ever. Kettle's sister is doing some tricks that he forbids her to do, but does it anyway. Some of them don't have relatives who didn't make it, such as Kasheral's niece and Kunshi's sister. Jiren does want to have a sibling or a relative of his own, but isn't ready to start a family of his own. A thought of having a family, causes him to have flashbacks of his time with Kari, the only Pride Trooper that he ever talks to. He shakes his head, away from that thought. Top tells Jiren that they'll be going outside of the headquarters for a little more time with his siblings. He just nods his head and they leave the area with Top's siblings.
Pride Trooper's Headquarters, Third Floor (One Hour Later)
Tupper: Wareia? (Walks down the hallways) Where are you? Hide and seek is over now! You can come out!
Dyspo: (Looks at Dipla) So you don't think that I'm hot!?
Dipla: No. If you had more muscles and were a bit more smarter, then probably you can be hot. Some of your other friends are smart and hot, why can't you?
Dyspo: Ugh! You're sounding more like my dad!
Dipla: I do, but I haven't met his ass yet, so...short luck on me, bad luck on you! Hahahah!
Tupper: (Sees Dyspo and Dipla) Hey! Did you two see Wareia?
Dyspo: (Looks at Tupper) Your sister? Wasn't see with you?
Tupper: Well...After Zoiray scared her with a jump-scare, I told her that we will be playing a game of Hide and Seek. I counted up to 20 and she hid.
Dipla: Let me (bleep)-ing guess. You lost her ass?
Tupper: No! She likes to wonder around the place. I haven't shown her the place, so she's actually gotten herself lost. Can you help me find her? You two have super speed, don't you?
Dyspo: Yeah, but I'm better, so I'll help you. (Gets smacked by Dipla)
Dipla: Shut up! I'm better than you in smarts and technical (bleep)! Don't worry, blue guy. I'll find your sister. What does she look like?
Tupper: (Shows a picture of Wareia) She has the same color as I am, her body is soft and squishy, but cute, and the last time I saw her was in the lounge area. Please find her.
Dipla: A'right! I'll find her! See ya later, jerk! (Runs out of the hallway)
Dyspo: Hey! That's not fair! (Runs after Dipla)
Outside of Headquarters, Mall (Five Minutes Later)
Caboose'i: (Looks through some clothes) Jiren? Do you think that these jeans make me feel fat? (Looks at Jiren)
Jiren: (Looks at Caboose'i) I don't know. How about you try them on?
Caboose'i: (Blushes and looks away) Uh...I can't. I think that I might rip the jeans with my massive butt. (Makes a sad expression)
Jiren: Why is that?
Caboose'i: (Looks at Lido and Top) Because Lido keeps making fun of how my butt looks.
Jiren: (Looks at Lido) He seems to be a good brother to Top, but...to you it's-
Caboose'i: Different? It's what siblings do for a living. Haven't you heard of a sibling rivalry?
Jiren: Yes.
Caboose'i: That's what Lido thinks, when he makes fun of me.
Jiren: Well...Try the jeans on. I promise that I won't make fun of you.
Caboose'i: (Looks at Jiren) Y-You really do?
Jiren: Of course. It's my duty as a Pride Trooper to be completely honest to others.
Caboose'i: (This man is different. He is Top's friend, but how come he doesn't have any siblings of his own? I guess I'll follow his words and...try to be my own person, instead of my brother making fun of me all of the time.) Okay, Jiren. I'll try on the jeans.
Jiren waits for Caboose'i to try on the jeans that she's so worried about. When she does come out, he says that she looks perfect in those jeans. "There's nothing wrong with how you wear them. I don't see a hole, so they fit you great." said Jiren. Caboose'i blushes, after he said those words to me. She's actually happy about that comment. Lido and Top see the two having fum. Lido ruins it, by saying that the jeans look fat on her fat thighs. He laughs things off, after making that statement. Caboose'i cries, goes back to the dressing rooms to take off the jeans. Jiren does think of what Caboose'i said about sibling rivalries. "It seems that I have to get his mind straight, if I want to make Top's sister happy for who she is." are Jiren's thoughts, before comforting Caboose'i, after she comes out of the dressing room. They leave the mall and head out to somewhere to eat for lunch. That will be the time, where Jiren will teach Lido a lesson about respecting his sibling a bit better.
Pride Trooper's Headquarters, Lounge Room (Ten Minutes Later)
Meanwhile, Dyspo and Dipla are in the lounge room, looking for Wareia, Tupper's sister. They see Cocotte and her sister, Slimey, on the couch. Dipla ask Dyspo to step aside, while she takes care of the girls. "But Cocotte is my teammate. I can handl-" said Dyspo, before getting interrupted by Dipla. "You don't do (Bleep) with girls, so I better take care of this." said Dipla, as she walks up to the girls. She talks to Cocotte about the whereabouts of Wareia, in her normal voice. Cocotte seems to be talking to her in a casual way, unlike Dyspo, who's surprised that she's talking to her so casually. "How the hell is she able to do that!? When me and her talk, she would joke about how I said." said Dyspo, as he sees Dipla coming back to him. She says that Cocotte saw a little blue girl in the negotiation room. Dyspo snaps himself out of it, understands this, and runs out of the lounge room with Dipla. In the negotiation room. Kasheral and Vuon are talking about what missions will come up today and tomorrow. Dyspo and Dipla come into the room, seeing the two. "Hey! Have you seen a little blue girl, by the name of Wareia!?" said Dyspo to the other guys. Vuon hears this, looks at Dyspo and says that Kunshi and Kettle must have seen her in the cafeteria somewhere. After that, Dyspo runs out of the room without Dipla. She looks at the two with an irritated expression, saying that her brother is as prideful as her father is. "Do you mean your biological/Dyspo's father or your own father?" said Kahseral. "My own father." said Dipla as she runs out of the room to follow Dyspo.
Cafeteria Area…
Kettle: (Looks at his sister) Aloe! Can you stop with the tricks? You can't be using your abilities in the cafeteria.
Aloe: (turns off her abilities and faces Kettle) What? It's a special day, so I have to make things interesting. Plus, your friend over here is liking the show. (Looks at Wareia) Isn't that right?
Wareia: Yeah! Do more! Do more!
Dipla: (Runs into the cafeteria and sees Kettle) Hey! (Stops and looks at the team) Have you seen a blue girl in a light blue dress and looks like this? (Shows the picture of Wareia)
Aloe: (looks at Dipla) Oh! She's right here. (Shows Wareia to Dipla) She was lost, so I entertained her for a little bit. She seems to be liking the light show that I give to people. (Makes an angry expression to Kettle) Unlike mister strict face over here!
Wareia: (Looks at Dipla) Hi! I am Wareia and I'm five years old.
Dipla: (Looks at Wareia with a smile) It's okay, Wareia. Tupper will be here in a few minutes.
Dyspo: (Runs to the team and stops) There!
Dipla: (Looks at Dyspo: Too late. I just found her! You own me five bucks! Hahah!
Dyspo: Dammit!
Wareia: (Hides behind Dipla) Ahh! He said a bad word.
Dipla: (Smacks Dyspo on the face) Dude! There's a child in front of you! Watch your mouth, jerk!
Dyspo: Okay, Sorry. I'll go get Tupper and come back with him. (Runs out of the cafeteria)
Aloe: So...do you want to see more of the light show?
Team: Yes!
Kettle: Ugh! I'll be with the rest of the team for any missions for today. (Leaves the cafeteria)
Fancy-Dancy Restaurant, Lunch Area (Thirty Minutes Later)
Thirty minutes into lunch, Jiren is having a good time with Top's siblings. Lido is smiling, talking to Top, and is really liking Jiren around. Cabbose'i, on the other hand, is still sad about what Lido said about her fitting into some jeans. Jiren has to make things right, by talking to Lido face to face. He tells Top that he needs to talk to Lido personally, while he talks to his sister. Top is confused of why Jiren would say that, but he allows it. Jiren and Lido leave the area, while Top and Caboose'i talk alone. In the patio area of the restaurant, the two are sitting on chairs, facing each other. Jiren is suspicious about why Lido is so rude towrads Caboose'i, but not to Top. He says to Lido about how his time with Top has been going. "Our big brother has always been a good member of the family. After our mother died of a heart attack, he took in as leader of the family group. He wanted to make the universe a safer place, so he enrolled in the Pride Troopers about...40 years ago. I'm not sure how long he's been in the team myself, but he is making this place better for every race." said Lido. "That's good that you love your brother, but...Caboose'i? Why are you treating her so differently from Top?" said Jiren as he leans closer to Lido. "I treat that fat ass of a sister like trash, because she doesn't do anything right. After our mother died, she's been too shy to find a date, or get her act together. I had to treat her like trash, so that one day, she can stop being a pussy and find some good guys that she can hang out, besides me. If she ever does find a date, it would be a fat old guy, like Top! Hahaha!" said Lido as he keeps laughing. "She shouldn't have to be that way. She's perfect for the way that she is, not the way that you or Top wants her to be. Take it from me, for example. My parents loved me for who I was, never made fun of me, and would always support me in my dreams. I am who I am today, if it weren't for them and other friends during my life." said Jiren. Lido stops laughing, after hearing that example from the strongest member of the Pride Troopers. "Really? You had a family? Is that so? Well then, why aren't they here? Are they dead, or did they left you for another sibling that is better than you?" said Lido, as he leans closer to Jiren. He said that his parents are dead, because of an evildoer killing them, when he was five years old. Lido smiles, after hearing that. "Well...if you're so bad ass, then tell me. Are you happy that you're all along in this big, empty world, where everyone has a family but you?" said Lido. Jiren just closes his eyes, not wanting to hear more. "Maybe your parent's death had changed you for the better. I think that you don't even feel bad for their deaths, because they changed you into this silent, non-friendly, son of a bitch, who's strong for the wrong reasons! Who even cares about you at all!? Top? He's a fat ass, who ever comes to visit us! Caboose'i!? She's an even more fat ass than Top and she's the weaker sibling! I hope that you die in Hell and meet your parents there, because that's where you belong with them!" said Lido, before getting grabbed by the neck from Jiren. He's pissed off for hearing that about his parents being bad people. He gradually squeezes Lido's neck, causing him to turn his face blue, from lack of oxygen. "You! You are the worst sibling that I've ever met! Don't you DARE talk about my parents like that!" said Jiren as he's about to squeeze the life out of Lido. Top and Caboose'i see this, stop the strangling and separate the two.
Caboose'i: Jiren! What happened?
Jiren: (Taking deep breathes) That bastard is a horrible sibling and made fun of my dead parents! I'll kill you for that!
Lido: Kill me!? (Angrily looks at Jiren) How about I call the damn police and have them arrest your ass!
Top: Lido! (Picks up Lido) Is this true? Are you being disrespectful to Caboose'i, so that you can be alone!?
Lido: (Looks at Top with a surprising expression) What!? How did you-
Jiren: (Shows his communicator to Lido) I had the communicator to recording mode, so that Top can hear what you were saying to me earlier. (Smiles)
Lido: You bastard!
Top: Lido! I can't believe that I was nice to you! (Drops Lido and pushes him towards Caboose'i) I want you to apologize to our sister, before I put you in for abuse! NOW!
Lido: Ugh! You don't have to (bleep)-ing yell! (Sighs, before looking at Caboose'i) I guess...I-I'm sorry for treating your like trash. Can you ever forgive me?
Caboose'i: Oh, Lido. Even though, you were treating me, since our mother died, I can't be completely mad at you. (hugs Lido) I'll accept your apology. (Smiles at Top) Thanks!
Top: (Looks at Jiren) Thanks, Jiren! (Gives Jiren the thumbs up)
Jiren: (Gives a thumbs up back to Top, while smiling)
After that argument has been settled, the four leave the restaurant to go back to the headquarters. Once back at the headquarters, they see Dyspo and Tupper saying good bye to their siblings. Dipla says that she'll be back for that five bucks that she bet him long ago, before running away from the headquarters. Dyspo makes a sad expression, remembering of what she said earlier. Tupper says good bye to his sister, Wareia, before she gets on a school bus and leaves the headquarters. Lido and Caboose'i make their leave, before giving one last hug to their big brother. "Take care!" said Lido and Caboose'i as their cab arrives and takes them away. Top looks at Jiren, who has a sad expression on his face. He does remember Lido saying about his parents not being completely good to him in all of this life. He pats him on the back, saying that his parents will always love him, even in death. "Just believe that they're always with you. Never believe what other say." said Top as he smiles. Jiren does believe that his parents are always good to him, even after death. He smiles at Top, before going back into the headquarters for a normal routine with the team.
