"How can this be possible?!" Jose screamed in disbelief after Natsu had floored him to the grassy ground with a fiery punch and he could not physically bring himself to get back up. The sight of his guild members being defeated by the rest of the Diabolos Branch did not help either.

At first, ambushing the Diabolos Wizards was easily accomplished, and Jose was excited to see the five S-Class members of Phantom Lord holding their own against the small branch with the other members supplying an advantage in numbers, but the tables were quickly turned against him as his own Iron Dragon Slayer, Gajeel Redfox, as well as the Element 4 consisting of Aria, Sol, Totomaru, and Juvia Lockser were beaten by the five present Diabolos members while their lone cat creature cheered them on.

Although Lucy's victory over Totomaru was probably meant to be expected as she used Water Dragon Slayer Magic against his Rainbow Fire, but then to fight evenly with Juvia and ultimately win was an outcome Jose did not foresee. At that same time, Madmorl just as easily broke through Sol's own Earth Magic and knocked him out cold while Kyria only needed to slash Aria once to similarly defeat him as well. With the lower ranking members getting knocked down themselves, all that was left was Gajeel, but through a combination of both Natsu and Skullion's Magics, he fell to the ground and finally prompted Jose to fight all five Dragon Slayers at once. But after a long and tiring fight, Jose Porla, Master of the Phantom Lord Guild and one of the Ten Wizard Saints of Ishgar, had been defeated as well.

"I'm supposed to be the strongest Wizard in this entire country!" Jose exclaimed in anger. "Upstarts like you vermin, Fairy Tail, and the rest are beneath Phantom Lord! I was going to take the whole Heartfilia Konzern's fortune for the glory of-!"

Jose was then cut off with a headbutt to the face and fell to the ground unconscious courtesy of an annoyed Happy.

"Ugh, I've heard enough!" The flying cat groaned in exhaustion and his guildmates were no less exasperated themselves.

"I can imagine that my father didn't necessarily put him up to this, but I'm going to have even more words with him when I see him." Lucy swore as she pinched her nose in aggravation.

"If we see him, you mean, kid." Skullion told Lucy. "Considering the fact we ended up in a quick Guild War with a Wizard Saint, this is something those toothless bureaucrats on the Council can't ignore."

"Indeed, it is quite troublesome." Madmorl nodded in agreement.

Natsu just shrugged off the complaints as he commented. "Eh, so long as we have Jose to confess that it was all his fault, I'm sure we'll be in the clear."

"Solid solution, Natsu." Kyria said to her boyfriend with a tired, but still present smirk. Turning to whee the unconscious Gajeel laid down on the ground, she then added. "Any chance we can get Iron Boy to join our guild when everything is said and done?"

"Well, so long as he doesn't do anything stupid, I'm down for it." Lucy replied nonchalantly with the rest saying the same thing.

As much as I enjoyed adding on to this concept, I think I am going to pull a stop right here for the sake of argument.
