Apparently some people haven't read any SCP stories, as they don't know a few basic things about reality benders.

Not all reality benders are the same, some have quirks such as some can only affect things within their perception rang while other can go beyond it, some have limits or conditions on their powers while others don't, some have more powers while others have less.

I previously mention it that he's still at the stage of exploring his powers (around phase 2-3 in the GOC chart), able to bend and twist reality while not fully capable of creating new laws of physics yet.

While his technical skills is lacking but his raw psychic strength is very powerful.

At this stage MC has powerful telekinetic abilities but lacks understanding and the finer controls too completely rewrite reality.

This choice is deliberate, what's stopping the MC from simply creating a chunk of anti-matter and dropping it to the floor? That action alone could easily destroy the world, effectively ending the story.

After a few more attempts of restraining the Officers eventually gave up on restraining him and just leads him to the police station.

Which brings us to the present

William now at the police station is currently being interrogated... I mean questioned by a grumpy old lady who is quite dissatisfied with William's behaviour.

"Destruction of private and city property? There are 8 benders assaulting me, Surely you won't ask the victim who is only trying everything he can to survive to pay for it" William said playing the helpless victim.

A tick mark appears on her head which only serves to feed William's inner troll.

"Resisting arrest? knowing that I'm innocent, I willingly followed the Officers to be subjected to questioning. All that I request as the victim of a terrible assault is to not be cuffed or bound like criminals whom have assaulted me" William made a heartfelt statement like the tragic hero in a fairytale.

She then turns to inquire about the diamonds

"Those are but the results of my hard labour, spending countless hours in a dark dimly lit hole scouring the ground dinging of anything that shines, truly is was a tortuous process" William depicted himself as a poor miner.

Chief of police eyes William's fancy attire and physique not believing what he saids.

"So where is this "hole" you're talking about?" She asked sarcastically.

"Officer! that is my lively lively hood you can't possibly think of sizing it, robbing me of the ability to cloth, feed and shelter myself" William exclaimed pretending to be some helpless villager in the face of a high ranking government official seeking to rob him of everything he owns.

Further inquiries to the diamond mine is meet with a solid "it has nothing to do with the current investigation, please move on"

A few hours later

Eventually they're forced to release him as he technically hasn't broken the law although they did find a few suspicious points about him though, but nothing incriminating.

One of the suspicious points about him is that the captured Triad members claims that he is a blood bender but that obviously is the case as he just demonstrated clearly in front of everyone that he's an Air bender.

As strange as that would seem as it was thought the only airbenders left in the world are Avatar's Aang's descendants and yet here it is another air bender, although his airbending style seems quite strange odd as it's completely different from how Tenzin airbends.

She had tried to inquire about his background and airbending but has met with little unsuccess.

And finally the most suspicious thing about him that the golden haired man seems to posses a certain quantity of raw uncut diamonds, that he would regularly sell to a certain jewellery store.

At first glance the diamonds seems to be obtained from an illegal source as there's no diamond deposits nearby, but one thing to note is that according investigation the golden haired man has been selling diamonds for months already with regular 3 week interval between each time he visits, if he had acquired them illegally then there should have been reports by now.

Another thing to note is that if these diamonds were acquired from an illegal source then why sell raw uncut diamonds? Wouldn't processed diamonds easier to find and sell?

He had claimed that he had obtained them from a hold in the ground but upon enquiry he has refused to offer evidence to validate his claims...

Back to William

'That went much better then expected' William thought as despite his shenanigans during the questioning they still let him go.

Not that they could keep him, although he is a bit weary of the being called avatar and the existence of any paranormal organisations that might exist in this dimension, but! that doesn't mean he is going to be bossed around by random nobodies.

One thing he has learned from this incident is that the natives can't seems to distinguish the usage of telekinesis and the so-called "air bending".

William has no idea what air bending looks like but he has seen the triad leader's flaming kick and it was ... kinda disappointing to be totally honest.

He had also seen the social Republic City famed police, swinging around the city like some sort of comic book super hero, suffice to say William is less than impressed.

When he had first heard there were metal bender he was kinda expecting it to be like Magneto form the movie X-men who could lift an entire stadium, but it turns out they're just controlling metal whips to swing around the city.

'Perhaps they have someone much stronger hidden away' Still somewhat vigilant as he has heard of a few stories of "powerful" benders in past.

A proximately 70 years prior there was a powerful fire bender called fire lord Ozai who tried to burn an entire continent.

William doesn't know the details but that fire lord must be ether be quite powerful or delusional to even attempt such a feat, yet he was defeated by a 12 year old boy.

Was this fire lord simply delusional and all these stories simply an exaggeration or does he actually has the means to burn an entire continent? If it's real then is it also true that he got defeated by a 12 year old avatar?

This all seems ridiculous as first but as someone from from the paranormal world, William knows of a few powerful beings capable of such a feat and more.

'Is it really that powerful? Though' William wondered as he had easily made short work of half a dozen benders and the local police doesn't seem all that powerful ether.

'Perhaps rather then charing an entire continent inch by inch, it's more like burning a few towns and villages' William thought as so far despite the mass media of this reality, he hasn't seen anyone coming close to such a power level.

And it is not like the knowledge of benders is being suppressed and kept a secret, as the mass media is being saturated by things related to bending, not to mention there are no attempts at hiding the existences of powerful benders that have existed in the past.

Interestingly no paranormal organisations came to him during his interrogation, perhaps he simply hasn't stand out enough yet to get their attention, perhaps they did and they simply found nothing wrong with him or perhaps such an organisation simply doesn't exist.

William know doesn't which is which before shacking his head he continues on what he was doing before he was disturbed by those triads.
