Chapter 6 Friendship and Homework
After school, Chara and Frisk walked home together "School was interesting, wasn't it?", Chara asked Frisk, "Uhm… Sure, why not?", Frisk said, not truly convicted, "Well, you know I can help if you need it right?" Chara asked, "Sure, I might need it", he admitted.
As they reached home, they went to the living and they received the best launch made by their mother Toriel, "Thank you mom, you're really an excellent chef,", Chara said in her German accent, "Yeah, whatever excellent means, your food is so good!" Frisk said. "Thank you, my children now go and do your homework, will you?" she asked, "Of Course, Mamma!" Chara said and walked to Frisk and her room. Toriel actually got a bed from the underground and put it into frisks room, because there was no other place it could go. But she got old Pyjamas from the original Chara which fit her perfectly and she was using the bath to change while frisk dressed up in their room. Chara sat down at her bed while Frisk sat at the only desk they had and while Chara made her tasks fast and precise, Frisk had some trouble with math, "Uhm, Chara, could you help me with these?" he asked her, "Well sure, I still owe you one cause of earlier" she said, Frisk was surprised to hear this, "No, don't worry, I'm glad to help you," he said. "Let's say I'm glad to help you as well!" she said. She took the other chair there was and sat next to Frisk, "Well, its not that hard" She said, and explained Frisk what he needed to do. After Frisk looked confused at her she explained it in more laymen`s term and gave him a better example he started to understand and made the tasks just asking once in a while, while Chara was overlooking if he made mistakes. After that Frisk made a sigh of relief,
"Well, I told you it wasn't hard!" Chara said. "Thank you tho" Frisk said. "Sure, so what do you do in your free time?" Chara asked Frisk "I mostly do fun things with my Friends, we talk and do this and that, what about you?" He asked. "I read a lot of books or manga's, play video games or watch anime! I don't have many Friends tho." She said, "Wow that's cool and Hey, don't worry I can be your Friend!" he said, "Oh! Thank you!", she said, "I thought I was too nerdy for you." Frisk smiled, "I have a monster Friend! she's a nerd too, I'm sure you two will become friends because she is not only smart and Dads former royal scientist, but also she watches anime and reads Manga's like you do!", he explains. "Oh, I would like to meet her!" she said.
