"There's something about you that draws me in, and I've been trying to ignore it, even denying it. And no matter how much I want to deny it. I know there's something here." I motion from me to her. "If you don't feel it , and if it's just me who feels this way or if I'm making up things in my head. Then I want you to tell me."
Callie leans forward from her chair and clutches her hands together. "No-"
I'm shocked. I can't believe what she just said. Am I hearing things? I swear I read all the signals. "No?" I whispered. Looking down at my feet.
"Arizona look at me."
I can't look at her. I'm embarrassed. All I want is the sofa to swallow me up. So I don't need to be here.
Callie moves from her seat to sit next to me. She puts her hand under my chin and slightly tilt it so I'm looking at her.
"I'm sorry, let me grab my stuff and I'll go."
"No, Arizona."
"You just told me you don't feel the same way, which if I'm being honest I find it hard to believe because we almost kissed like twice?"
"I'm sorry, I didn't get to finish what I was saying. I was just shocked."
"Okay?"

I'm just a couple inches away from her lips, "I know that I've been dying to finally feel your lips on mine, and if you don't want that. I suggest you back awa-"
Callie doesn't let me finished my sentence. Instead she presses her lips to mine, and it was worth the wait. It was worth all the interruptions. Kissing her is like breathing, I can't have enough. So to answer your question, yes I'm okay with Aiden being first. I'm sure I'm gonna have moments where I want you, cause let's face it, you're hot."
"Okay, I'm glad you understand, and Arizona your hot too."
"Thank you Calliope, I hate to say this but I really need to go home. I have an early morning surgery, so I need to get my sleep."
Callie snuggles up to me, "But I don't want you to go."

I roll my eyes and give her a kiss goodbye. "Text me when you get home."

Twenty minutes later I receive a text.
