Amanda arrived at Olivia's apartment around noon that Saturday morning. Amanda took a deep breath and knocked strongly against the door.
Moments later they heard a latch being undone at the top of the door and soon it opened slowly to reveal Riley.
"Hi." Riley said with a smile.
"Hi baby girl. Where is everyone?" Amanda asked
"In the living room." Riley said as they walked into the living room
"Mama!" Jesse and Billie said as they ran and hugged Amanda.
"We missed you." Jesse said
"I did too." Amanda said as kissed the top of their heads.
"Riley when are we leaving?" Noah asked
"In a few minutes." Riley said as she picked up her bag.
"Where are you guys going?" Olivia asked
"The park, so you and mom can have some space to discuss whatever you need to get out in the open" Riley said
"Amanda?" Olivia questioned.
"I'm good with that" Amanda said
"Great, come on guys let go and have fun." Riley said as they all walked to the door.
"Bye." Jesse, Billie, Noah, and Riley said as they walked out of the apartment leaving just Amanda and Olivia.
"Would you like something to drink or eat?" Olivia asked
"No thank you, I'm fine." Amanda said as she sat down on the couch.
"Okay, what is it that you want to know?" Olivia asked
"Why don't you just start at the beginning," Amanda said
"So I was fifteen when I became pregnant with you. Your father, Zachary Rodgers, was eighteen. Once he knew I was pregnant he became angry. He threw money at me to have an abortion and I by no means saw or heard from him since. My mother didn't take the information too nicely either. She stated she wouldn't let me raise you. That was once I decided that the best thing for you was to give you a completely different chance than what I had. A chance to grow up in a family that would never put you down simply for being there, however would love you with all of their hearts." A single tear escaped from the brunette's eyes and she paused to wipe it away
"I met the people that would adopt you. They were so kind and caring, I thought you would have the perfect life with them. I didn't know. I mean if I could have imagined that they would. I just wish you knew I would have kept you for even one second." Olivia rushed out. Her feelings started to get the better of her as she rushed to explain herself to her daughter.
They talk for a little while longer when Riley, Noah, Billie, and Jesse walk back into the apartment. Riley was holding a sleeping Billie.
"How was the park?" Amanda said
"It was great then it started raining." Noah said
"Oh." Olivia and Amanda said at the same time
"Jesse and I are going to watch a movie in my room." Noah said
"Okay." Olivia said as she watched Jesse and Noah walked into Noah's room.
"So i was thinking, since Olivia is your mother that made Noah your little brother and my, Jesse and Billie uncle. That is weird." Riley said as she laid Billie down on the couch.
Amanda and Olivia just smiled.
