Section 6: Corporate Raid
Within a few days, the trio is resting up within Jack's hideout in the apartment room he set up as he is within a room where it holds the weapons they collected so far. An Uzi SMG, a W1200 pump-action shotgun, and a G3KA4 battle rifle along with ammo they collected for them and their sidearms.
"Hey there, what are you doing," Rachel said as she is at the door to be wearing a white silk nightgown showing off her curvy long legs and overly ample breasts.
"Oh; hey there Rachel, checking out our weapons," Jack said as she goes behind him for he felt her breasts laying on top of his head. He can feel the sheer weight and softness of her twin white melons slightly brushing his hair.
"I see, things seem to be calming down out there and I am looking for more of my friends on the radio," Rachel said to hug him from behind.
"So how is your friend Elza adjusting here?" he asked as Rachel sits beside him on a chair for his eyes leer at her impressive huge G Cup bust for they shake and sway under her nightgown. "Damn, those things are so distracting," he thought as he can't keep his eyes on her divinely shaped figure.
"Well, she seems to be adjusting just fine with some good food down her belly now. She can't cook worth anything, good thing you have me around," the blond said with a big grin on her cute face.
"How long did you know Elza?" he asked.
"Since we were kids, we met at the elementary school. We shared our love for Japanese cartoons and comics and we have been best friends since. We started that Anime club together to share our love for this with others, that is not happening," Rachel said.
"I see, you are lucky to have a friend like that. She was worried about you when you were captured by that creep," he said.
"I am lucky to have a friend like her, I am happy you two worked so well together," Rachel said.
"A bit of a tomboy but she is pretty cool," Jack said as he stares at her deep cleavage from her nightgown.
"I see, like what you see big guy?" she asked with a soft blush as Jack shares the blushing as well.
"Yeah, who wouldn't like it," he flirted as she shakes her melons to get his attention more.
"Despite all the craziness happening around us, I am happy I am by your side," Rachel said to give him a cheerful smile.
"Ditto, having a Pollyanna really brighten things up around here. You always can cheer me up," he said.
"I am glad you of me so highly," Rachel said.
"You are my partner, I only want the best," he said.
"Thanks, so Elza talked about you being a part of Umbrella," she asked sounding very curious.
"Oh yeah, I spent a few years in the army when I was younger. After I was done with that, I went into private work by being a merc soldier for Umbrella. I was part of the UBCS which our main job is to kill BOWs or Bio Organic Weapons and rescue key personals from labs or corporate bases," Jack said.
"I see. You helped people?" she asked.
"Yeah that I thought we were doing," Jack said sounding bitter for Rachel picks up on this as she places her hand on his shoulder to gently squeeze it.
"I see, you willing to talk about it?" she asked.
"Sure, I remember a mission back in 1997 with my UBCS squad went via V-22 VTOL to go rescue the head scientist of an Umbrella lab based within a mountain called the Hornet's Nest. It was a total disaster," Jack said as he recalls the event to Rachel with clear details.
-Flashback Begins-
A lone V-22 VTOL is flying through the night as it holds a 12-man squad with 24-year-old Jack in his seat feeling bored from the long flight. "Are we there yet sir?" he asked Tom who the squad leader is.
"Not yet, Jack," Tom said.
"Sorry sir, combat jittery," Jack said as Tom pats him on the shoulder.
"Relax, we will get out of here alive," Tom said as Jack turns his attention to a cute raven haired girl beside him.
"Don't worry Jack, I'll be here to patch you up," the young woman said.
"Well Emily, I will be looking forward to it," Jack flirted with her as she giggles as she finds his alluring voice to be quite sexy.
"Watch it, tiger. We will have a date when this mission is over," she said to kiss him on the cheek.
"Gee, get a room you two," a woman said with dark hair in a ponytail.
"Always the joy killer Rain," Jack said as she gives him a nasty glare.
"Rain is always so tense," Emily said.
"Yeah always having a stick up her pussy," Jack said.
"Bite me, Jack," Rain said as Tom shut them up.
"Okay ladies, pipe down. Anyway, our objective is to rescue a female researcher named Dr. Asumi from the depths of the Hornet's Nest. Zombies and other B.O.W.s are crawling in there, so we need to grab her and get out of there," Tom said.
"Yes sir," they said as Jack cocks his M4A1 carbine while putting it away to check his personal Python revolver.
"Don't get left behind Jack," Rain said to load up her PSG-1 sniper rifle and slip her Glock-21 pistol in her holster.
"Let's do our best," Emily said to load up her W1200 shotgun to sling it on her back to draw out her M93R machine pistol.
Tom gets his AUG A2 Para SMG to ready it up with a Desert Eagle in his hoister with the others wielding M4A1s, AUGs, and W1200s.
They approach the mountains to go to the very top of the peak to hover above for them to rappel down the rope to be on a metal platform which is the lift that goes into the Hornet's Nest. A grunt goes up to the lift controls to let them go down into the labs.
"I will wait for you via air bound. When you collect the target, I will come around to pick you up," the pilot said on the radio
"Okay, we will make this quick," Tom said as they descend into the labs to reach the below to be deep within the mountain and be inside a spacious room. "Okay folks let's get to work," he said as the 12-trooper squad to hold their weapons to go out the door to see the alarms ringing through the tight hallways with the blurring reds clashing with the shadows of the dimly lit hallways.
"Can't see a damn thing," Rain said as they turn on the weapon tactical lights to shine through the darkness with red flashing on the walls and ceilings.
"What dumbass release all the B.O.W.s in the labs," Jack wondered.
"Who knows, our job is to find the target and get out of here," Tom said as they hear something above making Emily freak out.
"What the fuck is that?" she asked sounding too frightened.
"Could be a Licker or something worse," Tom said as Emily swallows her spit holding her pistol.
"Nervous?" Jack asked.
"Yeah, this is so nerve wreaking with that sound," Emily said.
"Hey Emily, keep your training bra on and go back if your chicken shit," Rain taunted her weakness.
"No, I want to do this," Emily steeling herself for them to go down the tight hallways with their weapon lights as the only source of bright light.
Jack is holding his carbine feeling very tense with the noise getting worse with every step. They go into an open area to see tubes that held B.O.W.s are broken. Lots of blue liquid on the floor leaking from the broken glass tubes.
"I wonder what kind of research this woman was doing?" Jack wondered as Emily looks around for her to feel uneasy.
"Shit," a grunt said as they turn around to see a long tongue grab the soldier's neck to pull him up onto the ceiling. A Licker is on the ceiling to pull up the soldier and bites off his throat to drop the dead soldier.
"Crap, kill the Licker," Tom ordered as Licker leaps at a female grunt to slice her head off with blood shooting out of her severed neck slot. The Licker is dodging the incoming gunfire with its impressive speed as Rain tosses a sonic grenade to stun the monster with its superior hearing being used against it to be groaning in pain.
Rain fires a shot from her semi-auto sniper rifle into the monster's head to put it down for good to see two of their 12 troop unit is gone in a flash. She looks on to see Emily holding her pistol in terror as she was frozen in fear with Rain groaning at this.
"Useless," Rain berates her as Emily feels bothered by this.
"Cut it out, not everyone can deal with Lickers. You okay Emily?" Jack asked showing concern.
"Yes, I am fine, just shocked is all," she said as they resume their search the researcher to be in a warehouse area to hear moaning to see a bunch of zombies appearing going towards them.
"Shit," the soldiers open fire as more zombies begin to pour into the room beginning to swarm them.
"Move, move now," Tom said as they run away as a grunt trips over a fallen pipe and then gets eaten by a few zombies.
"No, he is going to get eaten," Emily said shooting at the zombies but Rain drags her away.
"Dumbass. He is dead meat anyway," Rain said as she fires a wave of rounds to tear through the heads of the monstrous horde.
"Retreat in the room, now," Tom ordered as they fire at the incoming zombies to close the door and block it out preventing the monsters from coming in.
"Great," Jack said dryly.
"Well, we have to keep moving. We still got a researcher to find," Tom said as they go through the hallways to hear the constant moans of zombies all over the research labs.
"This place went completely FUBAR," Rain said.
"No shit Captain Obvious," Jack said as he reloads his M4A1 carbine for them to continue forward to see a lift on the other side.
"Time to head down," Tom said as they noticed a Hunter in the hallway. "Shit come on. Into the lift," Tom said as they run away as the monster is leaping at them to slice up the others leaving Tom, Emily, Rain, and Jack left to go into the left to go further down into the lab.
"Well, that sucks," Rain said.
"We are the only ones left," Jack said as he sees Emily is not taking this well at all.
"Everyone is dead and I can't do anything about it," Emily said as her mind is slipping away as the combat is wearing her down.
"Looks like training bra is about to break," Rain said as Jack is worried about Emil putting a comforting hand on her shoulder.
"Hey, you okay?" Jack asked as Emily twitches away by his touch.
"Oh, sorry Jack, I am on edge. Let's get this over with as quickly as possible," Emily said to pull out her pistol as they go in to see a bunch of monitors on the walls.
"So, you manage to get into the labs. The Hornet's Nest has gone straight to hell," a woman said on the speakers.
"Doctor Asumi, I figure," Tom said.
"Yes, I am inside a saferoom but outside is crawling with zombies. Better take care of that before rescuing me," Asumi said to cut off the line.
"We are getting closer," Jack said as more zombies crowd the halls as Emily is shooting her pistol to score headshots for she is losing her mind.
"So many dead people," she said in a low monotone voice as a zombie pops out of a box making Emily drop onto the floor. "No, I don't want to die," she pulls out her shotgun to blast the zombie's leg making it fall onto her to bite into her neck.
"Emily," Jack said as the zombies pile onto her to devour her. "Well, this sucks," Jack said as he tosses frag grenade to blast apart groups of enemies leaving Emily behind.
"Well Jack, there goes your fuck buddy," Rain taunted him.
"Piss off Rain," Jack said as they are the only three left to rescue the researcher.
"Calm down, you two. We have a job to do," Tom said as they go into an open area to see a bunch of tubes to hold in Hunters within the glass containers.
"These things look lethal," Rain said.
"These must be newer models," Tom said as they are cautious not to disturb them but one of them is trying to bust out of the tube to successfully escape.
"Oh shit," Jack holds up his carbine to fire at the incoming Hunter as it evades his line of fire to get up to the higher level trying to go around for a sneak attack.
"Where did it go?" Rain wondered to aim her PSG-1 sniper rifle to get a perfect shot. The Hunter leaps in to slash at Rain to sever her arm clean off with blood spread across the floor dropping her rifle. "Oh fuck," she shouted in pain.
Tom fires his AUG SMG to put down the monster in a hail of bullets to check up on Rain to see she is bleeding out fast and she is infected with the T-Virus.
"Sir, it's too late. I'm infected," Rain said holding onto her severed arm as the virus is beginning to turn her.
"Shit," Tom said.
"Well Rain, we can't be pissing each other off anymore," Jack said.
"Yeah, I'll see you in hell too. Do it, sir. I don't want to be like them," Rain said as the squad leader pulls out his Desert Eagle aiming it at her head. "It's been honor sir," she said.
"Likewise," Tom pulls the trigger and the large bullet destroys her head with brain matter and bone scattered across the floor. "Come on Jack, let's go find this woman. She better be worth it with most of my troops dead," Tom said as they go down the hallway to see the last lift that will take them to the researcher.
Jack presses the button as the lift is going slowly as they hear roars in the distances with a mob of zombies and Cerberuses coming at them.
"Great," Jack said as they fire their weapons to see a mass of corpses piling up on the floor them to see their guns are empty with no ammo left. A dog leaps at Tom as Jack pulls out his Python revolver to shoot the zombie dog in the head putting it down saving Tom.
"Thanks, Jack," he said as the lift finally shows up for he shoves Jack into the lift.
"Sir, what are you doing?" he asked.
"Giving you a chance to complete the mission. I will hold them off," Tom said as Jack goes off for the Tom fires his hand cannon to take a few zombies to see he has no ammo for it either. "I am not turning into one of these things," he grabs a grenade as he is getting rushed by dogs to bite into his body to drag him onto the floor as groups of zombies are ganging on him.
He pulls the grenade as a large blast destroys a big chunk of the horde as Jack felt the explosion to hold onto his Python ready to go.
"Everyone is gone. Hope this bitch is worth it," Jack said feeling hopeless as he gets to the bottom level to be within a room to see a small group of zombies putting rounds into their heads clearing out the room.
"Hello, is anyone there?" she asked as he hears a woman's voice out the wall for he noticed she has a cute thick Korean accent.
"Yes, I am here," Jack said as she likes the tone of his voice.
"Oh, thank you. I am opening the door," she said as the wall slides open to reveal herself as Jack is floored by this is sexy Korean researcher. "Oh, here is my knight coming to save the princess," she said as she flares up her accent to full effect which makes Jack's heart fluttered.
"Man, this girl is an 11 out of 10," he thought as he is smitten by the young 19-year-old scientist by her beauty especially her hazel eyes behind her blue-colored glasses and her long jet black hair reaching above her rear. Her shapely pear figure and her pale skin complement her lab coat with her brown shirt and green skirt under it. "I am your knight, milady," Jack said to playfully bow his head.
"Of course, my knightly savior. My name is Mimi Asumi, the wonderfully brilliant researcher who runs this once great facility before it got bang up to hell by half-wits," Mimi said.
"Too bad. Let's get out of here," Jack said.
"Oh, of course," Mimi said to take her research notes and floppy disks into her bag.
"Is there armory where I can gear up?" he asked.
"Oh yes, it's nearby," Mimi said as they go off with Jack holding up his handgun protecting Mimi for them to go into the armory to see walls of weapons.
"Like I am in a candy shop," Jack said as he grabs some magnum rounds for his Python and takes an HS10 semi-auto bullpup shotgun. Mimi takes a P90 SMG off the rack along with some magazines into her bag.
"Alright let's go," she said as they go into the halls.
"I am a bit shocked," he said.
"Why because of my age?" she asked.
"Well yeah, didn't think a pretty young woman would be the leader of this place," he said.
"Well, I am honored. You think some old hag controlled this place?" she asked.
"I guess but good thing I was wrong. I was wondering what you are researching here?" Jack asked sounding curious.
"Trying to combine the T-virus with a new strain the G-Virus to make an ultimate strain that gives the maximum effect on human potential," Mimi said.
"How was that working out for you?" he asked.
"Not good, I still have a lot of work to do to unlock the strains' secrets," she said.
"I bet you can do it," Jack said as she offers him a pretty smile.
"Thank you, I will," Mimi said as Jack contacts the pilot getting ready to Evac.
"I got the target here. We need to get out of here," he said on the radio.
"What happened to Tom and the others?" he asked.
"They are all dead. I am the only one left," he said with a hint of sadness thinking about poor Emily and Tom getting eaten by zombies.
"Shit. Alright, I am on standby," the pilot said to cut off the radio to see a vent that goes to the upper area.
"Ladies first," he said.
"Nice try tiger," she said.
"I try," he said as he goes into the vent first with Mimi following behind him.
"I got the nice view instead," Mimi pokes her finger on his rear making him jump.
"Hey, watch the goods," he said as she giggles.
"That's what you get for trying to get a peek," she teased him. "Oh, it's so firm and it got a nice shape too," she thought licking her lips at the thought of getting a feel of it.
They got to the upper floors as Jack goes out first with Mimi comes out. "Shit," Jack said as several Hunters are coming at them for the duo to mowing them down with ease. They are getting close to the lift that will take them back to the surface.
"Lickers," Mimi said as multiple Lickers are coming at them for they reach the lift as Mimi is pressing the button getting the lift upward to shoot down incoming mutants coming their way. A Licker grabs Mimi by her neck trying to pull her away.
"Mimi," he fires his HS10 to destroy the tongue letting her go. "You okay?" he asked sounding worried.
"Yes, thanks for the save," she said as the lift gest into an enclosed space to be safe.
"So, you free after this Mimi?" he asked as this place left a bad mark on him but saving her was a bright spot in that chaos.
"So bold, my brave knight," she said to kiss him to return it as they appear outside with the pilot feeling awkward looking at this.
"Hey, you two, save it for the hotel room," the pilot said as he hovers by the lift to open the hatch to go inside to fly off as the mission was a success.
-Flashback Ends-
Jack finishes his story for Rachel goes up and hugs him. "That must be tough to lose people like that," Rachel said with a soft concerning voice.
"Yeah, Tom and Emily didn't deserve to be turned into cannon fodder due to Umbrella's impotence actions. I did a few more missions and due to the missions becoming more immoral, I went AWOL and went into PI business and working with the government to take down my former employer," Jack said.
"I see, you did the right thing. What happened to Mimi?" she asked.
"Jealous?" he teases her as she makes a cute pouting face.
"I am not," Rachel said. "Kind of, she seems like a super genius and sounds pretty," she thought.
"Well we dated for a few months but she disappeared and I never heard from her since," Jack said to strip out the battle rifle and wash it with a damp cloth.
"I see, do you miss her?" Rachel asked.
"Yeah but out of curiosity. I moved on from her and I got my eye on another young pretty woman," he flirted with her as Rachel sports a blush on her snow-white face.
"Oh Jack, you make a girl feel special," Rachel said to hug him again and shove her huge breasts into his face to smother him with glee.
"You are special to me Rachel," he said as they enjoy each other company for the day passes by as they grow closer than before.
