Responding to a couple of reviews: (I won't do this for everyone all the time)
kat1017: you essentially gave Izuku the same nen ability/power as Chrolo Lucifer the leader of the phantom troop in hunter x hunter, who needs to not only see the nen ability that he wants to steal/copy but also learn about it's mechanics(meaning how it works as well as the pros and cons of it) and how the original wielders perceives it and understands it. I might be slightly off about a few details but that is the basics of chrolo's ability
ChoseOne13: Yes and No. Yes, because I did get the idea of Izuku Hatsu based on Chrollo's. Since Izuku is so amazing at analyzing quirks in the manga and anime (besides his own that is) that an ability like Chrollo but with quirks would be amazing for him. Izuku is literally a quirk analytical genius who would min/max the crap of an ability like that. Now the reason for the No is because Izuku cannot and will not being doing it like he does. So he'll be doing it his own unique way and possibly taking it further, which I'm excited to show!
barrytrey0430: Good chapter, poor Toga hope that she can survive the next couple of months. I wonder if the issues with the quirk copy is that he's getting them pretraining. Can't wait for All Might to have his standard All-For-One freakout.

ChoseOne13: Yeah based on Hisoka's Nen affinity personality test I think Izuku would best fit under a Conjure. As well as the fact that if he was a specialist I would be straight up copying and pasting Chrollo's Hatsu. So him being a Conjure gives me room to put a whole new twist on things and I think it fits more with Izuku analytical thinking .
Chapter 6
Around 4 Months Later
Bakugo was mad as he walked down the high school hallway looking for a particular green haired kid after the last bell rang. Well that was actually a lie, he was pissed and enraged beyond belief, as he made his way down the hall. Bakugo hasn't seen Izuku since the first day of school where he actually felt blood lust coming from the quirkless kid which kind of paralyzed him whether he wants to admit it or not. Ever since then Deku was avoiding him which was kind of easy since they no longer had anymore classes together. Which suit Bakugo because he was tired of seeing him all the time. Yet, he's been hearing strange and out of the world things regarding Deku that does not add up at all.
With first one being that the nerd was still trying to get into UA even after the warning that he gave him. Did he not fear him anymore, did Deku grow some balls or something? Another one of them being that somehow and someway that useless nerd, Deku, beat his score on the gym physical test. Now Bakugo knew that he wasn't the strongest or fasted kid in the school, some kids had mutation quirk that had to be used no matter what, but he for sure know that he supposed to be better than Deku! He also been hearing from one of his lackeys that was in Deku's gym class that he has been bulking up a little and was chiseled as all get out apparently. Though the final straw was when he heard that DEKU HAD A F******* QUIRK that involved a stupid book or something like that. Which was why he was trying to find the quirkless wannabe hero and get to the bottom of all this nonsense.
"Has he been lying to me this whole time saying he doesn't have a quirk! He's been looking down at me this whole entire time!" thought Bakugo has he became more enraged just thinking about it.
It didn't take long for Bakugo to find Deku, who was at the front of the school gate smiling goofily at is phone, but when he did he was taken a back about what he saw. Deku was now the same height that he was and no longer 4 cm shorter than he was all those months ago. He didn't look like a stick either but had some mass to him now that was rivaling his own gains himself. Yet, he had the same aura compassion he had when they were kids but without all the nervousness, which irked Bakugo for reason he didn't quite understand yet.
Shaking those thoughts and feeling away he stomped towards him yelling, "Oye nerd what h*ll has been going on! Have you been lying to me about you not having a quirk!"
Izuku was in the middle of texting Mei about her coming over to the community center on Sunday to help her on her latest invention idea she got out of her English class. Something about a mechanical dragon or something along those lines. Mei's text can be erratic at times especially when she's gets too excited about an idea. Either way he was excited to see her on the Sunday and was almost out the front gate of the school until he heard Bakugo voice.
Izuku began to turn around to Bakugo with an annoyed look, "I have nothing to say to you Bakugo."
This stopped Bakugo in his tracks being only like 20 feet away from each other, once again being called Bakugo
Izuku kept talking besides the confused look on his face, "Like I said last time I'm going home don't bother me" as Izuku began to turn around
"Oye don't you dare ignore me Deku. Who they f**k you think you are because last time I check your still DEKU! Your still can never be a hero!" yelled Bakugo as his hands were now popping with miniature explosions.
…..
Hearing the word "Deku" made Izuku stop walking and he begins to shake for a brief pause
At this point a crowd began to form around Izuku and Bakugo in a semi-circle hoping to finally see a fight instead of a yelling match
Izuku turns around facing Bakugo with a face full of rage saying,"And why shouldn't I! You're a narcissist *sshole who like to pick on those you think are 'useless'!" screamed Izuku, "I don't owe you anything! So do everyone a favor and SHUT THE F**K UP!"
"AHHHHHHH", yelled Bakugo as he launched towards Izuku using his explosive, who in response summoned his "Quirk Book" as he runs towards Bakugo
Bakugo took notice of the strange book now in Izuku's hand but didn't pay too much attention since it was only a book and he was more focused on blowing Izuku out of the school yard. Yet as they both got closer to each other he saw Izuku open his book and put the book in front of him with the pages towards himself.
Weird thought Bakugo but that didn't matter to him as he swung his right arm forward and let out blast at Izuku. Yet, instead of hitting Izuku all hit was Izuku's strange book but was now enlarge somehow and floating in the air.
"What the f.." thought Bakugo until he was roundhouse kicked to the face by Izuku who jumped out from the side of his book. This launched Bakugo straight to ground and a couple feet away from Izuku. Who quickly resized his book to regular size and was levitated back into his hands as he began to flip to another page.
Bakugo quickly got up to his feet and was already throwing blast towards Izuku who dogged them while advancing towards Bakugo. Once Izuku got up close to Bakugo he let go of his book on the floor an begin to throw punches and kicks at Bakugo as well.
Izuku clear advantage of martial arts over Bakugo but Bakugo explosions making him agile and deadly up close. From the students view it looked like a pretty even match between the two, yet Bakugo and Izuku knew that Izuku was winning and he soon began to dismantle Bakugo.
Bakugo went for a palm explosion strike that Izuku dipped out of the way while grabbing Bakugo hand pining him to the ground. Izuku book slammed onto Bakugo other hand holding it down on the dirt until Izuku could put his knee on it.
"You done yet or does this "Deku" need to beat you so more", asked Izuku with a smug smile
Bakugo began foam in the mouth with rage as he spewed cuss words and insults as he tried to free himself from his grisp.
Izuku leaned down to Bakugo ears saying, "Who's useless now", as he tightens the pin on Bakugo
Before any one of them could say or do anything they heard a voice from above
"THAT'S ENOUGH!", Yelled an amplified voice
Both Izuku and Bakugo turn their heads to said voice and saw the principal staring at them from his office on the top floor.
"Ahhh…" Izuku started
"S**t!", finished Bakugo
Later that Day
"Sooooo that how you got suspended for two weeks huh and I thought I was the bad one between us" says a teasing Toga as she begins to giggle in her chair.
"Well at least one of us is finding enjoyment in this", said a frustrated Izuku who just put one of his hands behind his neck rubbing it
Toga and Izuku were sitting across each in the visitor lounge at Toga's rehab center. Which was working out great for Toga as she was almost going to be released soon. Which made Inko, Izuku, and Toga all excited for the chance to spend time out of the facility. Speaking of which it was only Izuku and Toga in the lounge with no other visitors and Inko not being there due to being busy running errands.
"Well that means that you can visit me on Wednesday, so I say this is a great thing!", said Toga as she winks at Izuku
Izuku looked at Toga and tried to look at her with a look of disapproval but failed completely due to a blush he had on his face.
Toga stops giggling and just nods her head asking, "Okay okay okay so how did your mom and Aaron take it"
"Well Aaron is actually overseas right now doing something but when I told him over the phone the first thing he asked me 'did you win'. He was actually proud that I beat the crap out of Bakugo saying I was standing up for myself. While my mother…. Well I'm pretty sure you can guess how she took it"
"Yeah, I can see Aunite Inko's face when you told her and I'm not surprised by Aaron response either"
"Yep so I'm in hot water with her though mostly I think she's just disappointed and concerned for me and to be honest I feel the same way." Izuk says as he clenches his fist
"Crap Toga I really messed up! I didn't even really want to fight him. I….It's just when he called me Deku I slipped back to being that weak and scared person I've been most of my life." Said Izuku who just put his hands on his face and his elbows on his knees
Izuku continued as he closed his eyes in his hands"I hated feeling like that so I just lashed out by cussing him out and when there was a chance to fight I went straight into without care. Just to show I'm not…I know I'm not useless anymore I've…"
"Stop right there" said a serious Toga
"What do you mea….whaaaaa" said Izuku as he felt a pair of hands on his hands and someone else elbows on his lap.
Izuku opens up his hands to see that Toga had gotten out of her chair and was now on her knees in between his legs.
"You were never was useless Izu! Even before your quirk manifested you was still the same caring person you caring for people and wanting to help people was never useless" Toga said with a straight face .
"I know at times you don't believe that which is why we're going to do a positive self-talk right now! So repeat after me, I" said Toga
Izuku hesitated but a firm grip in hands and the pleading look in Toga eyes made him cave in as he repeated, "I…"
"Have many qualities" Toga slowly said
"Have many qualities…" Izuk repeated
"many traits"
"many traits…."
"and many talents"
"and many talents….."
"that make me unique and useful"

"but", toga Said with a pause
"I'm wonderful person for who I am, not what I can do" Toga said with a smile that Izuku wasn't ready for and made him feel something in his chest.
Izuku paused as he just stared at Toga's face unable to speak. Until Toga squeezed his hands prompting him to continue
"But, I'm wonderful person for who I am, not what I can do" said Izuku with a smile that seemed to glow
"I'm also a quirk otako" said Toga giggling
"I'm also a quir…" Izuku said before stopping and eyeing Toga who at this point was laughing her butt off which Izuku soon joined in
After a few minutes of laughter between them Toga stops and looks at Izuku saying, "feeling better now? I know this takes time and everything is complicated and what not but still….."
"Yeah I'm feeling a lot better thanks Toga" said Izuku with a warming smile. " Though getting suspended may hider me from getting into a 'hero' school but I still should be…" Izuku said until he no longer felt Toga hands.
Toga was now visibly shaking a little as her smile wavered as she almost fell back onto the floor. It wasn't till Izuku grabbed her hands and held them once again until she stopped shaking and smiled back at him saying, "I'm fine Izuku "
"Toga?" asked Izuku concernedly. He knew that any topic that involved heroes was uncomfortable and caused her to panic which was totally understandable.
"Izuku I'm fine….. Yes, the thoughts of "heroes" does trigger me a little still but I know not all heroes are like that. There are a lot of bad ones like him yet there a lot of good one,". Said Toga with a wavering but reassuring smile.
"Toga…. I'm here for you okay, always" said with a reassuring Izuku
"I know…thanks for being my hero" said Toga as she smiled back.
Both Toga and Izuku were in pure bliss and silence for a couple minutes enjoying each other company until a security guard busted in the room behind Izuku yelling, "Himiko! Why are you in between his legs! Ya'll better be keeping it PG in here or I swear to God!"
At this point that Izuku and Toga both remembered that Toga was in between Izuku legs still. It was at this moment Izuku begin to stutter and blush uncontrollably while red in the face with Toga just laughing at the chaos at hand.
"Convince yourself everyday that you are worthy of a good life. Let go of stress, breathe. Stay positive, all is well."

2 Day Later
Izuku just laid on the cold gym floor at the community center panting and trying to catch his breath. It was a Sunday afternoon but Izuku was doing extra Nen training since he had the free time and had been frustrated these past few months with his progress with his nen.
Though he won against his former bully it was still a hollowed victory because Bakugo wasn't going all out with his explosions until the very end, that the surprise attack only happened because he didn't know his 'quirk book', and the fact that he didn't even use his main Hatsu!
So after doing his basic Nen training he been working on his Quirk Depository Hatsu which was still so weak. Even with all the restrictions he placed on his Hatsu majority of Quirks that he had stored were just not being used to their full capabilities.
There was something fundamentally wrong with the application of this Hatsu he could feel it. Time and time again Aaron told and encouraged him to figure It out on his own saying that once he did the possibilities of Nen would limitless to him. The only advice he ever gave was to "remember the basics concept of nen and quirks". Which was super vague and didn't help much which really frustrate him because the answer seemed obvious.
Everything else when it came to his nen had dramatically increased the past couple months.
His "quirk book" in general was now stronger and more durable than it was before. He's able to control it with just his thoughts. He could even control the size and mass of the book whenever he wanted to as well.
Even his other Hatsu, Depository, worked great with his increase nen and mastery over it and was now able to carry so many things in his book. No longer requiring to know what he was storing in full details, which made things way easier for him when it came to carrying stuff for Mei
"I don't understand, everything else has gotten so much better when it comes to my Nen, except this!" said a frustrated Izuku "I know the basic concepts of nen with all the basic and major principles like Ren, Ten, and etc. Quirks I understand completely, with knowing the basic concept of them since I was 6!"
Izuku takes a deep breath and just sighs. After a couple minutes of calming his nerves he summons his Quirk book (which he used now to carry all his notes in by the way) to look at his notes when it comes to his Hatsu Quirk Depository.

I can use the quirks of others after storing them in my book that I can access. I store quirks in my book by fulfilling a certain amount of requirement:
1. I must witness the quirk in action with my own eyes
2. I must write about said quirk in extreme details to the point it must be at least 75% accurate.
3. I have to ask about the quirk and be answered by the quirk user.
4. The quirk user must sign their signature in my book on the same page with all the information already on it.
To use one of my quirks that I stored, I need to first conjures my "quirk book" (crap I really needed a better name than 'quirk book' anyways) and then turn to the page of the quirk I want to use. While using a quirk, I have to turn to the page with the quirk on it and the book must remain open in my right hand; meaning I can only have access to one chosen ability at a time. The quirks are subjected to that person's limitation at that point of time in their life. Going have to somehow fix that in the future somehow.
Yet, I can only use emitter quirks but the output is so weak and the efficiency is awful. I use way too much Nen to use a quirk which output is 1/4 of what it should be. Mutation and Transformation quirks are going to require another specific restriction, limitation, or coming at it from a different angle to make it work. Yet can't advance or further with this Hatsu till I fix the application of it so I can be more efficient than it is now.
Izuku continued to look at his notes until he got more frustrated and lay back down on the cold gym floor as he closes his eyes to rest. Yet only a few minutes later did he hear a voice coming from the gym entrance
"Zuku! Are you in there?! yelled an all too little familiar voice
Izuku just smiles as the frustration left his face as he gets up from the floor opening his eyes to see a familiar pink haired girl running towards him.
Izuku braces himself as the pink haired girl tackles him giving him a hug as she did.
"Hey Mei! It's good to see you too" Izuku said as he returned the hug back
After a minute or so Mei let go Izuku and begins to drag him out the gym asking, "You ready to go make some more babies! I brought the design to make our dragon! Is the 3D printer done with the drones I want to go add some more babies to make them so much cuter! I also want ..."
Izuku just laughs as he was being pulled away by Mei to the Makers Lab as he tries to answer all of her questions, forgetting all the frustration he once had a minute a
Now the Markers Lab is basically the tech room for the community to use at F.E.A.S.T. ( the community center). Yet it was actually four classrooms that were combined by breaking down the walls to make one huge room.
In the Makers Lab it was filled with 3D printers, computers, Adrunio Kits, Soldering tools, etc. Basically anything that any inventor could ever really ask for! Which is why whenever it was Mei's turn to come visit Izuku at the shelter she went to this room.
On the front of the door there was a big sign that said,
This space invites all people, and proactively encourages everyone at any skill levels to come, learn, make, and be empowered to improve their education, research, desires and community
Now Izuku wasn't a mechanic or engineer like Mei but he was a tinkerer with his hands so he mostly listened, give ideas, and help with putting stuff together when told what to do. So for the rest of the day Izuku spent time with Mei in the workshop making new inventions and gadgets. With Izuku occasionally leaving to do work for the shelter or to bring food that be he would force Mei to eat.
They kept working on making their tiny mechanical dragon until they heard a Inko's voice behind them.
"Izuku, Mei it's about to get late and I know you have school! No Mei just because Izuku isn't going to school tomorrow doesn't mean you're not going to. So Mei it's time for you to head home okay sweetheart. Izuku can you please take her home I need to finish some paperwork?"
"Yeah sure mom" replied Izuku who was in the middle soldering something
"10 more minutes!" yelled Mei as she was behind a computer typing something
"Mei…" Izuku said in a pleading way as he stopped soldering to look at her
Right, right sorry Miss Inko can we please have 10 more minutes? I just need to download some software to my hard drive!" said Mei as she looked at the older woman
Inko just sighs but just laughs a little as she says, "alright 10 more minutes or I'm going to turn off the power like I did last time okay"
"Yes ma'am" said both Izuku and Mei
30 mins later Mei and Izuku were now just leaving the community center after the power being turned off in the room and Inko kicking them both out. Though never wanting to ever stop working on her babies Hatsume was satisfied with the amount of stuff she and Izuku got done today. Which is why she requested to stop and get some ice cream on the way back towards home, which was Izuku agreed to.
After getting their ice cream and jumping on the train they finally made it to Mei house where they walk straight to Mei workshop.
As they got inside Izuku summoned his "quirk book" and made it float to corner of the room as he summons the modified drones that him and Mei worked on as well as other project they did.
"Thanks Zuku!" exclaimed Mei as she started to putting stuff up where they belong
"Yeah of course Mei" replied Izuku as he brings his book towards him about to de summon it until he just stares at it blankly
"Crap….I can't figure this out. Can I do this out?" thought Izuku as he grabbed his "quirk book in his hands. "It's been months and I still haven't figured this out… Is this the peak for me….With all the help I've been given… I'm a still…" Izuku thought as frustrion and water eyes on his face.
"Hey…. are you okay? What's wrong?", asked Mei with her head tilted to side with a confused and concerned look
Now Mei wasn't great at reading emotions or "socially aware" but she wasn't stupid and knew something was wrong.
Izuku just sighs as he plops on a stool, 'Yeah Mei I'm just frustrated and stress that's all"
"Well tell me about it then, Mei said as she pulled up another wheeled stool. "Can't have my baby making partner be down in the dump!"
Izuku began to blush with Mei's comment about being her baby making partner even though he knew it meant making invention.
An Hour Later
After giving a summary of the past couple days Izuku looks down with a defeated look. Which is why Mei clapped her hands together loudly to get his attention.
"Well first off, Bakugo is a jerk and plain stupid." Mei said bluntly.
"You not useless at all, your great at making babies with me, you help take care of me and a lot of other people, and you're already a hero, you saved me when I fell out of the sky!" Mei said as a matter of fact
Yet, after saying all that Mei begins to pinch her fingers together and looks away as she begins to say, "You're 'my hero' and my best friend."
At this moment Izuku was taken back at seeing this Mei like this. He's never seen her so…vulnerable and raw. Not raw as being blunt like she usually is but raw with emotions.
However, as quickly as that vulnerability came it quickly left as Mei quickly shakes her head and was now back to her usual excited grin as she put up two fingers
"Now for the second thing is that you will improve on your quirk! Yet you go to focus the right way" said Mei as she put her hand to her head
"There is a quote that I really like that goes like, When we build on our strengths and daily successes — instead of focusing on failures — we simply learn more" quotes Mei. "Were both great at coming up with ideas and making inventions together so, with both us working together I know we can figure out how to make your quirk better!"
Izuku was taken a back again by Mei with her words of wisdom. Have she been watching those movies and anime that him and his mom recommended to her, that sounded like an anime quote? He figured that she would like them to the sci fi and technology aspect of it and not for the memorable quotes.
Izuku was about to go into a ramble about which movie/anime she got that quote from until Mei jumped to her feet saying,
"So let's brainstorm!", yelled Mei and she dragged Izuku to her work desk.
After an hour or so of drawings, diagram, and an explanation of his "Quirk"! Both him and Mei are sitting in chairs looking at the boards that was just scribbled with info from the last hours.
"Yeah this is for sure hard" said Mei as she looked at Izuku with an intrigued look.
Yeah there is where I just get stuck at it's like I'm missing something so simple and right in front of my face" said Izuku frustrated
"I was thinking the same thing your quirk is so unique and weird. I feel like we're missing some key information about it though." Mei said as she went back to looking at the board.
Izuku just looked away from Mei as he felt guilty for not being able to tell her everything about his 'quirk' but rather just a Hatsu ability using Nen.
"Anyways! I have some ideas for some test but I have to use the bathroom. I'll be right back!", Mei exclaimed as she left the room.
After Mei had left the room Izuku summoned his quirk book and begin to read his notes about his Hatsu. Yet soon just threw his book back on the table as he got up from his seat to go to the mini fridge in the corner of the workshop. Opening up the mini fridge he saw a canisters that has some blue glowing liquid in it. Too tired and frustrated to care what the mysteries liquid is he took out one of the many energy drinks she had. Eyeing the energy drink, (that he usually would dissuade Mei from having one every single day), Izuku opens up the top and put it to his lips. At first taking a baby sip and then taking a long drink till he's was half way done.
"God dang that's that good stuff right there!" exclaimed Izuku out loudly
From behind Izuku he heard, "I've been trying to tell you that!" said Mei
Izuku turned around and his jaw dropped as he saw Mei holding and reading his "Quirk Book".
"Mei! Shrieked Izuku as he de-summons his Quirk Book in Mei's hands
"Why you do that?" Asked Mei not even bothered that he basically snatched the book from her
Thinking of a quick lie, "uhh it's just that my "quirk book" also acts like a journal so you know..."
Mei confusedly stares at Izuku for a second making Izuku self-conscious of his lie that he just told.
"Ohh your "quirk book" acts as a journal as well. Sorry about that!" Said Mei in acknowledgement
"Well I didn't see anything besides weird hexagon diagram that had a word at each of the 6 points with a percentage. What is that about because I saw that one of them there had emmitter and conjure?", Mei curiously asked
Izuku looked at Mei dumbfounded unable to speak as she continues to speak
"Did she figure out Nen?! Aaron told me that no one but Mom is supposed to know. Ohh my gosh..." thought Izuku
"I'm guessing it has to do with your quirk right? I don't know what the Enhancement, Specialization Manipulation and the other one that I didn't get the chance to see do with you quirk. Yet, I can guess Conjugation is making the book and Emission is using emitters quirk right!." Mei said as she began to bounce
Izuku looked at Mei with concern as she may have found out about Nen which quickly turned into a smirk thinking, "Dang…. she is something else!"
Though as Mei began to explain her thinking and guess about the other points on the hexagon, Izuku realize she didn't get the idea that this has do anything with Nen, but some complicated thing with his 'quirk'. So he can still keep the secret of "Nen" from Mei even though she was almost dead money on his Hatsu functionality.
Yet, as Izuku watch Mei he realized that he didn't really care if Mei knew about his "quirk", she believes in him and wants to help him but he promised Aaron to not tell anyone about Nen. So he explained the other Nen affinities and how they affected his 'quirk' without mentioning anything else. Making it look like that this was all part of 'quirk'
Izuku smiles as he finishes his explanation, "So yeah that just of it. Using people quirks rely heavily on emission while making my book uses straight up conjuration."
"…Mei this stays between me and you okay, promise me you keep this between us." said Izuku seriously
"Will do I promise!" replied Mei in a serious but upbeat way
"But Mei I'm sorry for n I'm also sorry for not telling you this I promised someone I would keep this, but I trust you" said Izuku in sincere voice.
Mei look flustered after hearing this but quickly replies, "it's okay Zuku I forgive you"
"Anyways that means your book is either 100% efficient or 100% of your power." asked Mei quickly changing the subject to his quirk
"It basically means that I can be 100% efficient in Conjuration "replied Izuku
Mei looked at Izuku with confusion," wait so that means Emmision is .." Mei started to say as she drifted waiting for Izuku to answer
Izuku was confused as he replied "Yeah that mean I'm only 40% efficient in emissi..."
At the moment something clicks in his head. Why the part of his Hatsus' of conjuring his "quirk book" and summing objects that he stored using Depository was good but actually emitter quirk was so awful. Quirk Depository mostly used the Nen affinity that he was least proficient in, it all made since!
"I'm not playing into my..." Izuku said
"strengths!" Mei excitedly exclaimed as she grabs Izuku arms
"So to be most efficient I need to focus..." Izuku excitedly started to say as he latched onto Mei arms
"On using your conjuration" Mei finished as now both of them were holding each shaking each other.
"I have so many ideas on how to do that! I've been accidentally limiting myself! Izuku said as he put his hands on his head and began to look on the floor contemplating the ideas.
Izuku then looks at Mei with the same crazy excited smile she always has when it came to anything involving her babies.
"Mei you're a freaking genius!" Izuku excitedly exclaimed as he lifted Mei from her waist off the floor twirling her around.
"Mei started to laugh as she was being twirled around saying, "well yeah of course I'm ahaha!"
This went on for a minute or so until Izuku got a text message from his mother. With both of them just smiling and trying to calm down from the excitement, Izuku put her down and begin to read the text message his mom sent. Which basically said to bring back some dinner on the way home since she just got back and was too tired to cook.
Izuku realizing that it was late, he was nowhere near home, and had to pick up dinner.
So quickly cleaning up and telling Mei that he'll work on his quirk and that he now has some ideas that he needs to iron put. Then he'll let her know what happens when he pulls something off.
Izuku says goodbye with a deep hug thanking Mei for everything today and for being one of his best friends. Which causes a blush from Mei as she said goodbye, watching Izuku leave her workshop.
Izuku left Mei's workshop with a new found determination, pure excitement, and an up lifted spirit. Yet he was also feelings somethings he only really felt with on other person.

A Couple Days Later
Now Izuku was technically 'grounded' due to being suspended from school but all that really meant that past couple days he's just been at the shelter helping out and doing more work. Which in all honesty he really preferred because yeah he loved to learn at school and what not but working at shelter was something else.
That being said he found the morning/afternoons to be really boring especially during lunch time because most people were getting lunch, at school, or at their jobs. So today Izuku decided to go visit an old friend he hadn't seen in a while.
"Hey mom I'm going to go out and get lunch! "said Izuku who got up from the front desk.
"Okay sweetie be back in an hour or so I'm going to need help with a shipment coming through!" replied Inko as she continued to do paper work.
Izuku said he would and walked out of the shelter towards Lamb's Pawn Shop. It's been a couple months since he saw the old man and what better time to do it, there was even an awesome food truck Izuku knew that was on the way where Izuku got some dumplings.
It took a good half hour to get there on foot and when he finally arrived Izuku walked in the store boldly with a cardboard box filled with dumplings.
"Hey Mr. Lambeth what's up! You got some new comics for me?", yelled Izuku
Izuku didn't get a response but just saw the old man staring at the computer with some headphones in. His face looked concerned as he stared at the screen with one hand on his mouth and the other fisted in a ball.
Izuku began to walk up to the old man curious of what was he watching. As Izuku approached, Lambeth finally recognized his presences and took out the headphones that he was wearing and faced towards Izuku saying, "Hey kid it's been a minute what up?"
"I'm good besides get suspended from school last week" as Izuku nervous chuckle rubbing the back of his neck
"Well I hope and assume that it was a good reason," said Lambeth. "Let me guess… Did you win?"
Lamb begin to smirk, "Or you got caught in the closet with a chick."
After a couple minute of Izuku stuttering a storm and did Lambeth stop laughing and asked, "I'm just messing with yah. Though that means you got in a fight huh and the fact you look perfectly fine means that you won or you got whooped so bad someone had to heal you"
"The former, I beat him but I'm not super proud of it." Izuku said with disappointment. "But enough of that, what were you listening it look like it was concerning." Asked Izuku trying to change topic
"Yeah it was" sighed Lamb. "There are some ongoing tension happening back home in the US. Some factions are forming and are at odd with each, with all of them have different philosophy and goals. Nothing crazy or massive has happened but still….it something."
This took Izuku by surprised as he began to ponder on what these different factions are and what they're goals were. Maybe he should go do some research and figure…..
Izuku was interrupted by the sound of the door being open
"I'll tell more about It after I deal with this customer okay", said Lambeth shooing Izuku away
Izuku just laughed as he got out of the way from the front counter and watch Lamb take out his monocle and put up to his eyes to activate his quirk Appraision as soon as he saw the customer.
Appraision: Allows users to appraises anything and everything including people. With people it allows to appraise their intentions, character, and their quirk.
Said customer had a massive frame but a lanky at the same time, while being ridiculously tall with him being at least 8 feet tall. The customer was wearing some sweat pants and cloak that covered his heads and most of his body.
Now to most people this customer looked straight up like a villain and assume something was going to happen. Yet, Izuku knew better to judge a book by its cover and to give everyone a chance but to also notice suspicious activity. So Izuku was about to greet the customer until both the customer and Lambeth made quick and sudden moves which made Izuku jump back and summon his quirk book.
"Well so much for that then," thought Izuku as he accessed the situation
Izuku could see that Lambeth had taken out his shotgun and was pointing it straight at the customer. Who in turn had his long and sharp tail pointed straight at Lambeth face only a couple feet away. It was a deadlock between the two.
Yet, with the sudden movement Izuku could now fully see the customer as his cloak fell off his body. The customer seems to have long "dreadlocks" that flow from their head, the eyes were just pure black like it was in deep space, mandibles instead of a mouth, and whitish and blackish skin. The customer had a massive tail that seems to be just as tall as they were. The customer was covered in what seemed to be scales that went all across it's body like armor. (I'm awful at descriptions. It looks like a Predalien (with opposable thumbs claws) which is a type of Xemorph. At the end of chapter there is a link you can go to and get a better idea what he looks like.)
"Money, valuables now!" said the customer who sounded like a wild animal with a gruff voice.
Izuku was about to say something until Lambth spoke up
"Look I know some of your "intentions" aren't great and I can easily see that." Lambeth said nodding at the customer's tail. "Yet, I sense that you really don't want to do this at all. Kind of like you have no choice of doing this and your somehow forced."
The customer at this point snarled like a wild animal after hearing what Lambeth said. Yet, both Izuku and Lambeth saw that for a slight moment the customer's tail wavered as it was still pointed towards Lambeth.
"Sir… or ma'am I really can't tell if I'm being honest….." said Lambeth in a confused way. "
"You always have a choice. I've done nothing wrong to you so please just leave so we can both walk away from this unharmed. You know you don't want to do this and you don't have to" Lambeth said
It was at this moment that customer begin to stand still as what it seemed like he was contemplating Lambeth's words and Izuku hoped that they did. Yet, after a minute the customer shook their head in disapproval and said "No"
The air in the room was already tense but at this point it was now thicker than a bowl of oatmeal. Everyone in said room was no watching each other to see who would make the first move that would cause chaos. Yet, before anything and anyone could do happen the front door of the store opened up and a child's voice was heard. "Big bro don't do this!"
Everyone completely froze and slightly put down their weapons as they all just look at the door. What they saw was a boy who was wearing a black hoodie and some blue jeans run up to the customer. The boy couldn't be no older than 5 or 6 jump on the customers' leg with some tears in his eyes. Now said boy looked nothing like the customer except for a few key features like his arms and legs seeming to have the same scales, him having a similar tail but being small compare to the rest of his body, and him having same "dreadlock" as the customer but a human head and face.
"I told you to stay in the alley it's too dangerous here! Why did you disobey me!" yelled the customer as he put an arm in front of the child in a protective way.
"Because Naomi wouldn't want you to do this!"
"Well Naomi ISN'T HERE IS SHE!" roared the customer in frustration and anger.
The boy began to shake as tears begin to build until a dam came from his eyes and he began to wail in tears. He soon fell of his brother's leg and tumbled away due his tail acting like a tire wheel and was now just lying to floor only a couple feet away.
Izuku floated his "quirk book" to hover over the boy as he laid on the floor crying. However, his 'quirk book' now looked like a children's book. The customer seeing this was about to dash towards his brother until he saw that book was now playing a soft lullaby music that quickly calmed the boy until he fell asleep on the floor.
After seeing his brother fall asleep and hearing the calming music the anger the customer once clearly had dissipate and all that left was frustration and sadness as he just walks towards his younger brother as he begins to pick him up.
Yet, before he could anywhere Lambeth jumps over the counter with his shotgun now aimed away from him and walks right up to him asking, "Okay so what's going on man, who's Naomi? I can help if you let me help you."
The customer was about to retort until he looked down at his brother, that he was now holding in arms, begin to move a little as he slept.
Sighing and just looking at his brother's tears for half a minute. The customer finally looks at Lambeth saying, "Naomi is our sister and….she's been taken by some people who want us to pay some ransom money for her or…."
At this point the customer begins to form tears in his eyes as he clutched his younger brother to his chest, "or she's going to be sold as sex slave…."
The customer falls on his butt holding his brother in his arms as he openly cries
Lambeth took his baseball cap of his head and rubs his bald head with it looking like he's having a minor flashback. While Izuku calls back his quirk book back and de-summons it as he just let out a big breath of air sigh as he looks down at the with a downcast face.

Well that's the end of the chapter! Hope everyone understood what Izuku problem was for his "Quirk Depository". If not the next chapter will go into more details as well as seeing it action, because next chapter it's kind of going down!
