THE LONE DEMIGOD CHAPTER 5
A/N: Hey guys this is the 5th chapter of the series. This will focus on Percy's involvement with the avengers. On with the chapter.
"JEEZ!" Tony exclaimed after reading about Perseus Jackson. "How many fathers can a person have?"
Then he read further. "Goes to Midtown High…." After a pause, "Friday isn't that the same school Peter Parker attends?" He asked. "Yes Sir." An AI answered. "They are also in the same grade."
"Friday, Put Peter Parker and Perseus Jackson on the radar."
"Yes sir."

Peter and Percy were walking towards the café, Peter was still a little shocked after yesterday's events but he tried his best to remain calm and act like everything's normal and so far, it was working quite well. Ned had gone home quickly, saying that he wanted to see the new Star Wars, the moment it released.
At the café, Liz Allen, Percy's classmate obviously Peter's crush from Midtown High, was passing around orders from different people, the usually bustling and busy café had really few people in it.
When she saw the duo, she smiled and waved, "Hey Guys, same as usual?"
"Yeah" Peter replied nervously while Percy just nodded.
They took a seat, and put down their bags. "Science?" Percy asked. "Science." Peter replied taking out his book to complete homework.
Liz was just coming to give their orders when she dropped the cup, thank fully it was a paper cup. The two P's turned around and saw Tony 'Freaking' Stark was standing there, well that was Peter's reaction. Percy's reaction was more like (gamó, there goes the plan of staying away from the avengers.)
"Hello, I would like a cup of mocha and a muffin, please." He ordered and handed a stack of 100 dollar bills and added a note saying, 'Keep the change.'
"Mind if I sat next to you guys?" He asked.
"No – ot – at – aaalllll." Peter stammered while Percy was internally screaming.
"So I wanted to talk to you guys." Tony said cheerfully.
"Why?" Percy asked.
"Can we go somewhere private?"
"SURE!" Peter almost yelled.
Percy sent a look to Liz, who was standing there, as if saying 'What the kólasi is going on?' to which she replied with a look saying 'I dunno, just go with the flow.'
"Come on follow me." Tony said to which Percy said, "Can I go home, my parents are waiting."
"Oh I am sure they will understand."
"PLEASE " Peter asked making a cute puppy dog face.
"Alright." Percy said, not able to say no to that cute face.
Tony smiled and led them to his limo, while liz just stared.
He signalled for them to get into the limo. Then he sat down himself. Peter looked around, the whole car was covered with velvet from the inside, while on the roof, there was a little iron man arc reactor. The couches were so soft that you could sink into them, all in all it was good enough to impress Percy.
When inside, Tony showed them both a video, a video of Percy and spiderman fighting against the monsters.
"That's you right?" He asked Percy.
"No… no… no…that's not me." He said trying to be innocent but failing miserably.
"Don't worry kid, I am not angry, I am not going to put you in jail, I just wanted to know how you did that."
"I don't think that's him sir." Peter replied. "Besides if he really did that, he would be a superhero."
"Like you Mr Parker?" Tony asked, then he showed them every single video he had of the P duo.
They both were slowly turning white in their faces out of fear.
"Now how did you two do these things, tell me, I am free."
"Well, I got bit by a radioactive spider, and got these powers, then I made these web shooters by myself and boom, you got spiderman." Peter replied.
"How much do you know about Greek mythology?" Percy asked, not having anything to hide now.
"Not much?" Tony said.
"Well know that they are real, and that I am a son of one, namely Poseidon the god of the seas; oceans; earthquakes; and horses. But I am the only demigod alive, the rest have all died or turned into minor gods. Examples are Heracles, or my girlfriend Annabeth. They are gods. Others like Theseus and Perseus, my namesake, are dead. So I am the only one, I was gifted the sword by my father on my 11th birthday. I learnt to use it by watching youtube tutorials on sword wielding techniques, (not wanting to involve chiron,). Percy obviously lied in the second part, because he didn't want to involve the other demigods.
"You fell in love with a goddess?!" Peter and Tony asked shocked.
"Well she fell for me first and kissed me once, though I have had a crush on her from the first time I saw her." Percy responded.
"Well, lucky you. Now what do you think of helping the avengers?"
