All the teams have been chosen! Thank you to everyone that submitted for the tournament, I hope you enjoy the battles. For now, let's introduce the final three teams, along with a little bonus at the end!
Arriving at the arena, the Dream Keepers were saying hello to their fellow teams as they entered the locker rooms. They exchanged pleasantries and words of good luck, with Gabriel being particularly excited.
"I'm so glad that there's a few non-humans here," the raven said.
"Oh? And why's that?" Kairi asked.
"Because every other person I met last year was a human," Gabriel said. "I mean, Adam is a cyborg, but that's still half human. It was pretty weird being the only animal person in the group."
"I guess they really pigeonholed you for that one," Jasiri joked, getting a small laugh from her friends.
"I think you mean ravenholed," Gabriel corrected, getting more laughs from the others.
"Please leave your jokes for after the tournament," came a cold voice. Looking over, Gabriel saw a boy with two-tone red and white hair, his eyes matching those colors as well, wearing armor made of ice that looked to be radiating heat as well. "Some of us are just here to win."
"Oh, I don't think we've met before," Gabriel said, holding out his hand. "Gabriel the Dream Keeper."
"I'm N," the boy said. "Just N."
"Your parents got really creative with that name," Brooklyn said sarcastically.
"Says the guy that named himself after a bridge," Lena retorted.
"Hey, in my defense, gargoyles generally didn't give themselves names back in the day," he defended.
"Anyway, you can see my team, Team Remake, over there," N said, pointing to a group of characters off the side. They consisted of the live-action versions of Jasmine, Belle, and Simba, alongside the newer version of Darkwing Duck.
"Alright, good to see the remakes getting some love," Gabriel nodded respectfully.
N shrugged. "See you around, I guess." As he turned to leave, the Dream Keepers noticed that N had a dog tail sticking out of his back.
"… Okay, I didn't realize he wasn't human up until this point," Jasiri said.
"I'm a Faunus!" N called back to them.
Taking a seat on a bench, Gabriel let his team fan out and interact with the other groups while he did some stretches. The raven then waved his hands and summoned his battle visor, a gift from Hiro Hamada, as well as his Sorcerer Headphones, which were styled with the pattern of Yen Sid's had. Putting these items on, Gabriel took in a deep breath, calming himself as he prepared for battle.
Hearing the sounds of turning pages, the raven looked beside himself to see a young man with long black hair wearing a black cloak, grey jeans and a long-sleeve shirt that read "Bad is the New Good" on the front. That shirt intrigued Gabriel, who spoke up to ask about it.
"I'm guessing you're a fan of the villains, then," the raven asked.
The boy jumped, dropping his book before catching his breath. "You surprised me," he sighed, bending over to retrieve his tome. "And to answer your question, Dream Keeper, I'm more a fan of villains that have made the change to become heroes. You actually have my third-favorite character on your team, Lena Saberwing."
"Huh, she told me she's going by Le Strange," the raven mused. "Let me guess, your team has other redeemed characters on it?"
"Correct," the young man said. "More specifically, I have Anastasia Tremaine, Kit Cloudkicker- he wasn't a bad guy in the reboot, but he did change his ways-, Big jet, and Eclipsa Butterfly."
"You know, I would say having a jet plane on your team is weird, but another guy has a whale, so yeah," Gabriel chuckled. He then got up and stretched to the ceiling. "Well, I better get out there for the opening ceremony."
"Neville!" the young man called. When Gabriel turned around, he stiffened a bit before explaining. "My name. It's Neville."
Gabriel smiled. "Well, then best of luck to you, Neville." Heading to the exit out into the stadium, the raven accidentally bumped into the entering team, which just so happened to be Logan. "Oh, sorry about that Logan."
"No problem, bro," Logan said.
Gabriel tilted his head a bit. "Okay, don't know why you called me that. And your team looks a bit different."
"Oh, I just decided to go with a new team. Mix it up a bit," Logan explained.
"Well, they look pretty strong," Gabriel said. He looked at Ladybug, Dipper Pines, Webby Vanderquack, and Stitch, nodding in approval. "Just remember, it's not about how strong you are, but having fun! See you later!"
Once Gabriel left, Logan smirked, his eyes turning pure black before changing into a copy of the raven. "Oh Ditto, that was all too easy, despite how he almost caught onto you," the shapeshifter said. He turned to teammates and smirked. "Okay guys, you don't have to hide who you really are now."
"Dipper" smirked and switched out his hat, replacing it with one that had the number "2" on it, "Ladybug" put on and evil grin, "Webby" fixed her hair and changed into a blue outfit, and "Stitch" turned into a red, eviler looking version of himself. In reality, the team were Tyrone the Dipper clone, Sentibug, a copy of Ladybug, June Duck, a clone of Webby, and Leroy, Stitch's evil clone. Ditto's whole team were really copycat versions of some of the heroes!
"Now then, let's sow some seeds of discords between these friends, why don't we?" Ditto chuckled darkly as they entered the locker room.

"Welcome everybody, to the Sorcerer's Tournament!" Mickey announced to the cheering crowds. Standing next to the mouse was Gabriel, with his teammates and the other fifteen teams standing behind him. "We hope you all enjoy the show today, but before we start, let's meet our commentators up in the listening booth!"
"Ahyuck! Hiya everyone!" Goofy announced. "I'm here with my best friend Donald Duck to commentate on this here tortilla."
"It's tournament, Goofy," Donald corrected.
"Oh, like what we did with Sora in Hercules' world," Goofy nodded in understanding.
"Anyway, we'll be giving you all the play by play on the matches as they go on," Donald announced. "Now back to you, Mickey!"
"Gee Donald, you sure sound different today," Goofy pointed out.
"I'm using the voice modulator so that people can more easily understand me," Donald explained.
"I was wondering why he sounded like Don Cheadle," Deadpool said to the readers. Gabriel quickly shot the merc a look before turning back to Mickey as he spoke.
"Glad to have you on board, fellas. Now then, for the surprise announcement, the grand prize to whoever wins the tournament," Mickey announced. He pulled out a crystalized star and held it up for all to see. "The winner of the Sorcerer's Arena will get to have any one wish granted to them by the Blue Fairy herself. A very nice prize indeed."
The fighters all expressed surprise at the announcement, as well as started making plans for whatever their wish would be.
"Gabriel, what would you wish for?" Jasiri asked.
The raven shook his head. "I dunno. I'm pretty content right now. I might just let one you have it." He looked over at Lena with Poe on her shoulder. "In fact, I can think of a certain duck that could use this wish more than me."
"Now then, let's start this tournament off with a performance by our very own Dream Keeper!" Mickey said.
He handed off the microphone to Gabriel, the raven smirking as he activated his Fantasia magic, sending out a rocking music track into the stadium. Everyone cheered as the performance began, a musical number being the perfect thing to hype the crowd up before the fights.

Overhead of the Sorcerer's Arena fly spaceships, with people lining up to enter the building. Gabriel's team stand at the front, with the raven holding out a hand before motioning for his friends to enter.
Even if you're confused and dazed!
We can laugh those worries away!

Logan, Silver, and Adam are all chatting with each other before their teammates all dogpile them, with Destiny being on top. The three boys pop out from underneath the pile, then look at each other and laugh.

Soren, N, and Double D all look bored sitting in the stands, before the Jaquin smiles and flies down into the arena, surrounded by his teammates.

Gabriel conducts music in the middle of the arena, with the other teams surrounding him. The Dream Keepers all give each other looks, smiling as the get ready for a battle.

Rachel's team rush forward into battle against Logan's team, with Violet protecting Marcy with a shield, Ashoka using her lightsabers while fighting Ezra, and Amity creating an abomination that Rachel stands on top off before jumping own into a fiery sword slash.
You can push past your limits now, because it's all a piece of cake!

Berry's team fight's N's team, though they don't seem to be taking it seriously. Deadpool is singing along to the song, Chloe and Bart Simpson get in each other's way, and Riku sighs as Berry sits off to the side eating cake. When N shoots a blast of ice that freezes the cake, Berry gets mad and pulls out a bazooka from hammer space, sending the Faunus running away as Berry chases him.

Even Master Yen Sid will be blown away!
Mickey, Donald, and Goofy cheer for all the teams, while Yen Sid give a smiling nod of approval to the combatants.

Aline sits calmly in a part with her teammates eating a picnic. This is interrupted by Phantasm's team jumping out a bush and scaring them, with the cats all clinging to Aline while Phantasm laughs.
Time for battle, so bring it on!

Genesis and his team are training in one of the back rooms, the boy burning with rage as he obliterates a punching bag with one hit. His teammates all look nervous at how powerful Genesis is compared to them.
(Woo-hoo!) If you just believe

All the power, you held inside will be unleashed (Let's make it!)
Ditto (in Gabriel's form) watches as the other teams talk to each other, before walking away and holding up his hand, which he shapeshifts into a sharp blade.

Because I know, you are a warrior too!
Aria looks unsure of herself but is comforted by Raya and Moana. The girl smiles and holds up her lyra, her team taking formation as they enter the arena.

Kage has a wild grin on as she faces Genesis' team. The Predator and Xenomorph try to fight each other, but Venom breaks them up as Kylo Ren and Kage do a team attack against Genesis, the boy blocking it with a rage-induced shield.

Neville is fighting Adam's team, the two having an excellent battle. Big Jet provides support as Kit surfs through the air on his airfoil, gliding down and doing a flip over Black Panther as Eclipsa shoots of magic spells. Anastasia hides behind Neville as he pulls out playing cards and throws them forwards.
Here in the Sorcerer's Arena
All the villains can do is go in a rage!
We get a brief shot of Aline, Genesis, and Ditto standing together, with Ditto shifting into a mysterious creature that's unseen by the audience. Once the guitar solo hits, we see team Dream Keepers in action against their rivals. Lena goes into her Super Sorceress mode and clashes magic against Eclipsa, Kairi crosses blades with Riku, Brooklyn has a battle against Raya, Jasiri gets in a chase with Ben Ali Gator, and Gabriel stands in the middle of the chaos, summoning his Fantasia magic as he spreads it outwards.

A beam of lights shoots into the air, with all the teams standing back in awe as Gabriel stands, magic radiating off of him as his team poses next to him.

We'll be the best this world has known
All the teams then get into a free-for-all, but we follow the Dream Keepers through the battle, every team getting a second to show off their skills.

Here in the Sorcerer's Arena
We've got the skills to blow them all away!
The last scene is team Dream Keepers all posing, with Lena floating in her Super Sorceress mode, Brooklyn crossing his arms and smiling, Kairi holding up her Keyblade in victory, Jasiri smiling while her necklace shines, and Gabriel holding out his hands like a conductor. The camera then pulls back to show all the teams standing together in various poses, then pulls out one more time to show the entire arena as the logo comes up again.
Author's Note
And thus, all the teams are now together! To start off at the end, "Limit Break X Survivor" is from Dragon Ball Super, though I changed the lyrics here to fit better with the Sorcerer's Arena. This song was used during the big tournament arch at the end of Super, so it made sense to use it for my own.
As for the three new teams, first is N from Guest3. It's good to have someone here representing the remakes, no matter how you feel about them. I personally think they all do at least one thing right, but for the most part I'd rather watch the original, with exception being Jungle Book. N also has a personality that while not a villain, will be more of a rival than a friend.
Speaking of villains, Neville from Just a Reviewer is coming in with some redeemed villains. His power is going to be fun to see in action, as well as his unique team. What do you think is crazier, a whale shark or a living jet plane as a fighter?
Finally, we have Ditto from Double Trouble, who will be our resident antagonist for the arc, alongside fellow antagonistic fighters like Aline and Genesis. We haven't seen what Ditto really looks like yet, so let's see if any of the teams will be able to figure out his deal before the matches begin.
Speak of which, I should go over that now: the structure will be 4 chapters for the first round (two matches per chapter), 4 chapters for the second round (1 fight per chapter), then two chapters for the third round and 2 chapters for the final match. All match ups will be put into a bracket at random, so whoever fights whoever in the first round is all up to chance. The next chapter will announce the fights as well as have the first two matches, so stay tuned!
Consequently, it will take longer to write all of these fights, so updates are looking to be less frequent than updating every other day as I have been doing. Hoping to get two chapters out a week, though, so the first matches should be done by either Friday or Saturday!
