"You were fantastic there! I didn't know that you fight so well." Anna said as she walked. Anna, Kristoff and Haaken were returning to the castle after what happened with the bandits in the forest.
"It was nothing, I just did what anyone would do," Haaken replied.
"Stop being so modest, I would probably be in trouble right now." the princess said.
Kristoff looked down in shame, he was unable to protect her, he failed her and if it weren't for Haaken she would have been taken, he thought.
They walked, and soon arrived at the castle. Elsa was waiting worriedly, it was already late.
"Anna," the queen said, approaching her sister. "Why did it take so long? I was getting worried."
"Sorry, something happened, and we're a little late, but we're fine." Anna apologized.
"What happened?" Elsa asked curiously.
"Some bandits came and tried to take me, but don't worry Haaken saved me, I'm fine." The princess said at once.
"Bandits !? Take you !? Anna, I don't understand, calm down and tell me this story better."
"Kristoff and I were just coming back from our picnic in the woods, when bandits arrived wanting to take me, Kristoff tried to stop them but he was hit on the back of the head." Anna continued. "But then Haaken came and started fighting them, he saved me from those bandits."
Elsa was stunned as she listened to her sister's report. She then looked at Haaken and thanked him.
"Thank you for saving my sister," she said.
"No problem, Your Majesty, I was just doing my duty," he replied
"How can I thank you?"
"There is no need, I just did what anyone in my place would do."
"Please, I insist. Tomorrow you will receive a medal of honor for your heroic act." Elsa said.
"It will be a privilege, my queen," the soldier replied.
"By the way, where are you living?" Elsa asked.
"At an inn in the city." he said
"If you want, you can stay in one of the castle rooms, that's the least I can do for you."
"I don't want to be a nuisance, your majesty."
"It won't be a bother at all. Kai." She called. "Accompany Mr. Haaken to one of the guest rooms, he will stay here as long as he needs."
"Thank you." The soldier said going after Kai.
When the two were out of sight. Elsa looked at the young couple in front of her and sighed. The two were already waiting for a scolding.
"Okay, whose idea was brilliant to go around in the forest." The queen waited for one of the two to react.
"Mine." Kristoff said. "If it weren't for me it wouldn't have happened."
"It's not true," Anna protested. "It wasn't your fault, no one could have predicted that. Besides, I agreed to go out with you, so if you are to blame then I am too."
After that the two waited for Elsa's reaction. She looked at them.
"Okay, tomorrow we will talk more about it. Anna wait for me in your room."
The princess was going to speak but she thought it best to leave it alone, she said goodbye to Kristoff and went up the stairs.
"Kristoff, wait." The queen started. "I know Anna can be a little crazy at times, but I expected more from you."
"Elsa I'm sorry, it was just meant to be a nice picnic in the forest, I didn't expect things to get out of control like that ..." He said.
"You couldn't protect her, if Haaken wasn't there ... I don't even want to think about what could have happened," she said, disappointed.
"You are not being fair to me, you know that I would do anything for Anna, even if it meant giving up my life!" The blond man said trying to defend himself.
"But you failed! She would be in the hands of the bandits now if it were up to you!"
"And I would have gone to the end of the world to find her!" Kristoff finished.
The two were starting a fight. Elsa sighed, she knew that this discussion would go nowhere. But she was angry at what happened and wanted to take it out on someone, unfortunately Kristoff was the person she chose to deposit that anger.
Not wanting to go any further with the fight, she decided to end it.
"I don't want you and her to go out unattended anymore, and you can't go over the city line," she said. "I can't trust you anymore."
"What?" Kristoff murmured, not believing she would do something like that.
"You have been warned," she concluded, turning to go up.
Kristoff was angry, he was unable to accept that fact that he is Anna would have no more privacy with each other. He left the castle furious, but at the same time sad for what is happening.

Elsa went to Anna's room, she would have to give the news that she had just given to the princess's boyfriend.
"Anna?" She knocked on the door.
"Come in." Anna said from the other side. The queen came in and sat next to her sister on the bed where she was.
"I spoke to Kristoff before he left." Elsa started.
"What did you say?" Anna asked curiously.
She had to be direct with her sister.
"I talked about what happened with you today."
"I thought you were going to talk about it tomorrow." Anna spoke.
"I know, but I needed to talk to him alone." Elsa replied.
"Elsa, what did you say to him?"
Elsa did not want to hurt her sister, but it was necessary what she was going to say.
"I said that you can no longer leave unaccompanied and you cannot leave the city limits."
Anna looked shocked at Elsa, she was still processing her sister's words.
"What? I don't understand Elsa."
"I'm sorry Anna, but this is necessary, for your safety."
"You can't do that, Elsa, please don't." Anna said with tears in her eyes.
"I already did, for your own good."
"NO, this is not for my own good, look what you are saying." At this time the youngest was already crying.
Elsa tried to put her hand on her sister's shoulder, but Anna moved away. The queen then looked sadly at her and got up, she left the room and closed the door behind her, leaving her sister to reflect on what just happened.
"I'm sorry Anna, I love you." she whispers to herself, as she returns to her own room. She would never forgive herself if something happened to Anna, she couldn't risk it again, so she did what she thought was right.
"Is she okay?" Elsa was startled by the sudden voice that came from behind her. It was Haaken.
"Oh, not really, she's upset, but I'm doing this for her safety." Elsa replied.
"I understand." Haaken said looking at her.
For the first time Elsa noticed his eyes closely, they were green and so deep.
"Thank you for being there for her, without you I don't know what would have happened."
He smiled a little
"After all, what were you doing in the forest?" She asked.
"Well ... I ... well ... since my shift was over I decided to take a walk around, you know, get to know the place a little." He lied. Phew that was almost.
"Good night then, see you tomorrow. ' She said saying goodbye.
"Good night." He replied. He saw her leaving, each time she enchanted him more, but he didn't realize it, sometime he would realize, but maybe when he realizes that he likes her, it may be too late.
