June 25th, 1994.

It was time for the next meeting of the Wizengamot and Harry was almost vibrating with excitement and he was making all of Dumbledore's pawns nervous and amusing his situational allies. Harry's Separation of Powers Act had been fully written and the Dark Faction, Grey Faction, and many of the Light Faction were in agreement with it. Letting someone attain so many positions that they could do none of the work well wasn't a good idea to maintain efficiency in government. Dumbledore's Chief Warlock job entailed being a judge in trials and neutral with no vote during Wizengamot meetings. Dumbledore only had one vote from being the Lord of the Most Ancient House of Dumbledore.

"This meeting of the Wizengamot will now commence," Dumbledore said, already dreading the vote to limit his power. "Are there any announcements?"

No one had any betrothals, births, or feuds to announce.

"We have several new laws to consider and the Separation of Powers Act is to be first," Dumbledore said, his irritation bleeding through into his voice and causing many people to smirk. "Are there any arguments against it?"

"Chief Warlock," Lady Regent Augusta Longbottom interrupted. "You should recuse yourself. You are one of those most affected and you could pick and choose who argues for or against it." There was outrage from Dumbledore's supporters and Lord Malfoy shouted his seconding the motion for Dumbledore to recuse himself along with many other Light, Dark, or Neutrals.

"Silence!" Dumbledore bellowed. "I will recuse myself." Dumbledore looked like a kicked puppy when he said that.

Eventually Augusta Longbottom was selected; she only had her regent duties and her part time work at Hogwarts and was popular among the Wizengamot.

"This so-called Separation of Powers Act is nothing more than an attack on a great man to strip him of his power, defame his name, and weaken his ability to defend our society against subversive elements who would corrupt our government." Elphias Doge said, arrogantly resting on his laurels and belief that Harry would be defeated here.

Harry was allowed to speak, wanting to champion his own act.

"It's sad that Mister Doge is so blindly loyal and biased toward Chief Warlock that he can't be an objective observer..." Harry began by questioning Doge's ability to effectively advise the Wizengamot. "I, however, will present facts and evidence to support not only my harsh words but the Act itself. Under Albus Dumbledore's tenure as Chief Warlock many magicals were denied trials; even nobility who have the right to a trial. Albus Dumbledore didn't do his duty, he didn't fight for them to have their trials as he was required too, and it was under his watch that he allowed Bartemious Crouch to subvert the process of justice along with Millicent Bagnold. Many people who were denied trials have died in Azkaban and had no Dark Mark... I wonder how many victims of the Imperius Curse were killed by his inaction?" Harry had presented numerous documents as he spoke and the room was quickly turning against Dumbledore.

"Was Albus Dumbledore too busy? Did he just not have the time to protect their rights? Or did he simply not care and considered them an acceptable loss?" Harry asked, angering Dumbledore's supporters who were silenced. "He clearly couldn't manage all of his duties and that was when he was only the Headmaster and Chief Warlock. As you've all no doubt read, Hogwarts has suffered under his mismanagement and was the eighth best school in the world... out of eleven schools. That kind of gross incompetence isn't acceptable and Dumbledore seems unable to refuse certain positions of power no matter how busy he already is."

"Is it severely misplaced confidence in his ability to manage his own time or is it a barely restrained lust for power?" Harry asked. "Either way, the evidence and facts clearly show that Dumbledore can't manage his time wisely enough and that he presents a case for permanently restricting power to ensure that the Ministry of Magic's employees are all able to devote themselves to performing at a level of excellence that will allow Britain to prosper while still having free time. Had Dumbledore realized the impact of his negative actions and let go of power then this would have never happened. Dumbledore's lust for power and accolades has caused immense damage to the educational standards of Hogwarts, damage to Britain's reputation and government, and has even potentially caused the deaths of innocents. Ask yourselves, if another person had done all of this, would they have been removed from power?"

"I feel that I can safely say yes and history supports this assertion. Why hasn't Dumbledore been removed from power when anyone else who had done all of this would have been? Because he defeated the Dark Lord Grindelwald in 1945, but one or more good deeds don't excuse such considerable failings and all of the damage done to Great Britain. In this case the bad that he has done outweighs the good." Harry sat down and Elphias Doge was feeling extremely stupid right now.

"Does anyone else wish to argue in opposition of the Separation of Powers Act?" Augusta asked.

No one could think of anyway to disprove what Harry had said given that he provided evidence and cited sources for his claims.

The Separation of Powers Act passed with a super majority and Dumbledore and his remaining followers were visibly displeased. Soon discussion turned to which position Dumbledore would resign from.

"I'll resign as Supreme Mugwump," Dumbledore decided.

Harry was indifferent. Dumbledore didn't have very long left in power and his reputation as Chief Warlock was ruined. Dumbledore just didn't want to abandon Britain to Harry and his manipulative allies and their unknown agenda. Dumbledore didn't believe that Harry was Dark, but that he was being influenced by the Dark Faction some.

Harry would register his owl Animagus form before leaving the Ministry.

Harry had finally decided to ruin the Dursley's lives in revenge. The Dursley's were soon arrested for theft, child abuse, child slavery, neglect, multiple accounts of physical assault, child endangerment, and Vernon was charged with embezzlement, fraud, commercial bribery, and even false advertising, and Dudley was charged with several assault charges, petty thefts, and harassment. Petunia ironically would do less time despite betraying her own blood. Magic was extremely useful for preserving all the evidence and getting convictions.

Eventually, two days before the Quidditch World Cup, Harry was awoken and trusting his instincts and that him waking up the same night that the canon Harry Potter was wasn't a coincidence, he destroyed the soul fragment within Salazar Slytherin's locket.

As for the Quidditch World Cup itself, Harry wasn't a Quidditch player and yet he was the big winner. Harry 'predicted' victories and losses. Harry had predicted that Ireland would win, but that Krum would catch the Snitch... and Harry was nearly scared to death when Krum almost lost the race for it. Harry predicted that Ireland would defeat Peru, that England would lose to Transylvania by over 300 points, that Scotland would lose to Luxembourg, and that Wales would lose to Uganda.

"I can't believe that you predicted events so successfully," Sirius said in exasperation.

"I'm great at studying people, patterns, predicting events, and strategy in general. I didn't boot Dumbledore out on his wrinkly arse due to luck." Harry replied in amusement.

Harry soon retrieved his winnings, which consisted of a Gringotts Cheque for over one million galleons and several valuable objects including a Goblin Silver shield, dagger, and sword.

"How much did you freakin bet?!" Nymphadora asked.

"100,000 galleons. I allowed for a good margin for error in my predictions. I got every prediction right without fail." Harry replied.

"And we'll never bet against you again," a goblin muttered.

"That's the spirit!" Harry said, smirking. "Should we find those Veela and show them a few more reasons to love Britain?"

"You have two girlfriends," Andromeda pointed out humor.

"And they gave me their blessing to start looking for additional wives and those Veela have sexual standards that I'll need to meet. I really want a Veela wife and Susan and Padma were both very understanding. But don't worry. I still plan to romance Nymphadora into being my Lady Black." Andromeda and Nymphadora were both amused and flattered by the reply, respectively.

Nymphadora's response was too apparate Harry back to Potter Manor with an amused Sirius and Ted and Andromeda Tonks following them.

With Harry and Nymphadora...

"You aren't sleeping with random Veela," Nymphadora ordered.

"Oh? Are you claiming me for yourself?" Harry asked teasingly.

"No!" Nymphadora said, blushing out of embarrassment.

"Are you sure? I'd only sleep with other women with my girlfriends permission. You don't want me to sleep with other women, but you aren't my girlfriend. Be my girlfriend; no sexual expectations, and I'll only ever be with other women with your blessing and Susan and Padma's. I know that you want me, Nym, and I want you too. You're beautiful, funny, intelligent, you have a great personality, and you're an amazing woman. Be my girlfriend and I'll only ever be with another woman, apart from my girlfriends, with your blessing." Harry said, pleading with her.

"Fine, I'll be your girlfriend," Nymphadora agreed.

"You won't regret it," Harry promised before kissing her and being kissed back by her.

They were interrupted a few seconds later by an amused Andromeda Tonks clearing her throat.

"Hi," Harry said, not a bit of shame in his voice, and amusing Andromeda, Sirius, and Ted.

"About time that you two got together," Ted joked.

"Yes, we were quite clear that it was okay with us," Andromeda said with a smile.

"See," Harry began. "I told you that it was okay, Nym. I'm emancipated and recognized as an adult." Nym glared at Harry.

Harry and Nym would spend the remainder of the summer getting to know each other better and Susan and Padma would befriend her too. Nymphadora would be extremely impressed by Harry's magical knowledge and dueling ability... Harry was routinely defeating her with ease due to Tom and Grindelwalds combined skill and knowledge. Harry was almost disappointed that the Death Eaters didn't cause trouble at the World Cup. Harry really wanted to kill off the Carrows, Macnair, and Avery, but had at least dealt immense damage to Voldemorts powerbase using politics and offering protection. Harry still had the graveyard to deal some more damage though.

Harry decimated the werewolf population with precision attacks and assassinations. Harry killed the leaders, set rival Alpha claimants and their supporters against each other, and killed any survivors. He also carried out mass-slaughter to reduce numbers even further. Trapping them with Fiendfyre and then burning them all alive was a great strategy that was repeated countless times. Any of the surviving lone werewolves were assassinated, apart from Remus Lupin and a few other well-behaved infected.

Harry enjoyed killing Fenrir Greyback and placed his head on a spike in Diagon Alley. It was great for morale and it served an an excellent warning to Voldemort's supporters.

Harry was soon packing to return to Hogwarts.

"I won't be able to see you as much now," Nym complained.

"There are still the Hogsmeade visits and I'm influential enough to get you visitation at Hogwarts. No one will bother you over it... and if they do then I can just banish them from Hogwarts Grounds." Harry replied. "I'd miss you too much if we didn't see each other enough. I might try visiting you on your days off too... if that's okay with you."

"That'll be fine. Just floo call me first so that I can clean up some." Nym replied.

"I can have a house-elf do that for you part time, Nym. There probably wouldn't enough work for an elf to work full-time though."

"You'd do that for me?" Nym asked.

"Yes. It only requires a mere verbal order on my part." Harry returned in amusement.

Nym accepted, not liking house-keeping anyway.

Nymphadora would return home a few minutes later and Harry was left to talk with Sirius.

"You know," Harry began. "Remus will probably apologize and try getting back into your good graces once I'm back at Hogwarts. Dumbledore may try manipulating you through him... I've no doubt that Dumbledore is eager to get his power back and may try using you to control me. Dumbledore isn't welcome on any of my properties and I've erected Blood Wards to that purpose along with wards against phoenixes."

"When are you going to let go of your anger towards Dumbledore?"

"When are you going let go of your disdain for Snape and forgive your parents for their abuse?" Harry asked in return, shutting Sirius up. "Albus Dumbledore's sins will die with him and so will most of my anger. I can't stand meddlesome people who think that they know best."

"If Voldemort returns would you work with Dumbledore and the Order of the Phoenix?" Sirius asked.

"No. I have my own plans and Dumbledore isn't good at war. I've lectured him on that too. I actually partly blame him for Voldemort's strong powerbase... he wasn't willing to kill all of the evil people and now they've corrupted their own children, another entire generation. You and the entire Order could have done far more good using Unforgivable's on Death Eaters as Aurors. You probably sabotaged the entire damn war effort by using non-lethal magic against remorseless killers." Harry paused. "So, no. If Dumbledore causes any trouble with his inability to combat proven threats then I'll have two powerbases to purge... perhaps I'll even defeat two Dark Lords."

"You would kill Dumbledore and members of the Order?" Sirius asked in shock.

"To ensure that their collective stupidity doesn't doom Britain once again? Yes, I would. My strategy depends on luring Voldemort into a prepared trap and then finishing him off with an audience. I know how Voldemort is alive and how to kill him, but that requires specific circumstances that I need to ensure come about and to do that I need to control external interference. That requires precision and may require disruptive elements being controlled or purged. I'll likely just let Order members die instead of actually killing them myself."

"Harry... some of those people are innocent," Sirius argued.

"If their actions endanger lives through inaction then their deaths are justified. I'll imprison some in secret prisons, but the more extreme of them will either be killed by Death Eaters or myself. I have few chances to end a war before it truly starts and the deaths of those who would sabotage the war effort through inaction are an acceptable loss to save thousands of lives. Britain may not survive another prolonged war and still be able to recover. I hate that it might be necessary, but I'll only kill those too dangerous to leave alive." Harry said, that last part placating Sirius.

"Still, killing..." Sirius said nervously.

"I believe in focusing on the Greater Good and not bringing my own personal, moral, or spiritual needs into consideration. Thankfully my plans should allow for a reasonably quick ending to any war with no sacrifices on my part or any major sacrifices by the good people. I'll get one perfect chance to end it, but I won't be able to engineer another opportunity just as good. I need to kill Voldemort in public in a duel, which I've been training and studying intensively for, and I need a strategic victory that exposes all of his loyal followers and creates an opportunity to capture or kill them all. I've been preparing for years and I've invested too much effort into this to let Dumbledore's naivety or anyone else's stupidity sabotage it."

"You can't beat Voldemort in a duel, Harry! You're fourteen!"

"Oh, I'll be cheating and using trickery, but that is of the utmost importance. If the supposed greatest Dark Lord of all time is beaten by a teenager then he'll be a joke for eternity. I'm already wrongly accredited with his defeat as a baby, but defeating him as a teenager will be a massive humiliation for him." Desperate to end this conversation, Harry added something else. "Revenge is an art form... ask me what I plan for House Gaunt and Slytherin."

"What do you plan for House Gaunt and Slytherin?" Sirius asked, Harry's smirk promising that it would be funny.

"I'm going to make a Veela their Lady, something that will destroy their purity," Harry replied with a vicious smirk and causing Sirius to laugh. "I will defeat him in life and in death and destroy his legacy forever."

Sirius was so awed by Harry's plan to humiliate Voldemort that he was quickly convinced after being sworn to secrecy and told of Tom's horcruxes... Harry also hid the memories in case Dumbledore or Snape looked into his mind.

Harry would leave for Hogwarts the next day.
