garp laid on a beachy shore, napping in the warmth of the sun.
sengoku stood over the man, his white coat fluttering despite the lack of wind.
'shouldn't we-'
sengoku put his hand out, 'no, give him a minute. the old coot will wake up soon.'
the sound of a bubble popping followed by, 'who you calling old, you wrinkled seagull,' brought their attention back to the man.
garp sat up, smacking his head to get the sand out of his ears.
'why'd you bring a bunch of toddlers with you, being fleet admiral make you a babysitter these days?'
sputtering came from the man and child that stood behind sengoku. the man struggled to physically restrain the child from stabbing garp, the boy didn't take well to being insulted.
garp laughed at their antics, 'did you get them from a circus, they're quite the act.'
sengoku sighed, 'now isn't the time for your games, we got word that a magi is moving.'
'so?'
'red haired shanks is moving.'
garp began cleaning his ears out, 'whats the problem? he gave my grandson his blessing, a little quirky but there are worse people. speaking of my grandson, did you see what he did to gyari? he's a riot, ain't he?'
'the problem is that this is the first time he's moved in three months.'
'whats it matter. now answer my question, why'd you bring the kids with you.'
sengoku dragged the towering man and small boy in front of him, 'i need you to hide these two, anywhere's fine.'
garp scrutinized them with glowing eyes, 'you want me to hide two dark rukh mages? guessing the marines didn't take too kindly to them, especially the small one.'
'what are you doing with a kid from flevance anyway, thought the country was cleared out.'
'it was, officially.'
'unofficially you just happened to smuggle out the one kid, what a laugh.'
'not me, doflamingo.'
garp stopped laughing, 'so how'd he end up in your care, doflamingo doesn't just let go of his things.'
corazon raised his hand.
garp tilted his head, 'sengoku, why do you have a dragon?'
the fleet admiral refused to look him in the eye, 'he's my.. son.'
garp looked them all over before bursting into laughter once more.
sengoku sighed, they weren't going to get anywhere any time soon.
