The next day they were in Sonic's house with the others and Sonic playing with his medallion a little.

"So, what do you wanna talk to us about?" Blaze asked.

Tails had called everyone and told them what happened and they were all happy and relieved.

Sonic looked at Knuckles and he looked at him back. Then back at the others.

"I, I'm over Shadow enough to start dating again. Me and Knuckles are dating now." Sonic said and everyone smiled widely and cheered for him.

"That's great!" Tails said.

"You look after him Knuckles." Silver said.

Knuckles nodded and smiled.

Then Cream noticed the medallion.

"What's that?" she asked.

"That's, one other thing I wanted to talk to you about." Sonic said. "Shadow came right before Tails and Knuckles came in for dinner and said he was sorry for leaving me and that it's time to move on." he said and Knuckles rubbed his back slowly. "He gave me this medallion shaped with a Chaos Emerald and all I have to do is tap it and he'll come to me. He wears one to."

They sat there in shock.

"How?" Rouge asked.

"I don't know but it's gonna help. I can tell he's happy I'm over him enough to start dating again."

"Yeah, he probably is." Tails said.

Everyone was happy he was over Shadow enough to find someone new. Even though it's a friend and teammate.

"Hey Sonic?" Silver said.

"Yeah?"

"If you have Tails make me a communicator I can help and let you relax when you're on a date. Like Shadow did. It'll make it a little easier for me to come because you know I have prorokinesis."

Sonic looked at Tails and Knuckles.

"What do you guys think?"

"It would probably make it easier having another back up team member." Tails said.

"Yeah." Knuckles said.

"Alright then, Tails, you have a communicater to make later." Sonic said.

"Will do!" Tails said smiling.

"Welcome to Team Sonic Silver."

He smiled then thought of something.

"I remember hearing Shadow could use the seven Chaos Emeralds with you. Does that mean I can to?"

"I think so."

"OK, just checking."

"That's about it."

They all nodded.

"Well I'm happy for you two." Rouge said.

"Thanks." Knuckles said smiling.

"Yeah thanks Rouge." Sonic said smiling.

Then he thought of something.

"And before we do anything Silver I want a Super Experiment to make sure it works with you."

He nodded and they went outside.

Sonic took out a hand and focused on his Chaos and the seven Chaos Emeralds started to come from his house.

Then he moved his hand in a circle to get them to go around him and Silver.

Then he put down his hand and looked at Silver.

"Ready?"

"Ready."

So they shut their eyes and focused.

While they did that they watched what happened and only Sonic can turn into Super.

When he was done he saw Silver still normal Silver.

"OK maybe it is only us two. Or just me now." he said. "Crap. This will be interesting."

Then he transformed back onto plain Sonic and had the Emeralds go back.

"Well, that's OK. I've been using them myself for years and fought hard people so I'm sure I can pull it off."

"Sorry." Silver said.

"Not your fault. It's getting late so we should probably split up."

Everyone nodded and split up.

"See you tomorrow." Knuckles said and gave him a kiss.

"Yeah, see you." Sonic said.

Then he went inside and called Shadow.

"Hey." Shadow said smiling.

"Hey." Sonic said smiling and gave each other a hug.

"I'm glad you're getting over me like I told you to."

"I don't think I'll ever be completely over you."

Shadow looked at him and gave him a kiss.

"As long as you're happy with someone you can still love me. Because remember this, I'll always be there and all you have to do is call me. And when you die which hopefully won't be for a long time, will be with me again. But for now we have this."

Sonic smiled and nodded.

"Silver is joining Team Sonic for help like you. But for some reason the Chaos Emeralds don't work with him. And now that you're gone I'm the only person that can use them now."

"Huh, maybe you should ask the Master Emerald tomorrow?"

"Maybe."

An hour later they were holding onto each other.

"I don't want you to leave." Sonic said.

"I know but you need to get some rest. What if you have work tomorrow?" Shadow said.

"I have Tails, Knuckles and now Silver."

Shadow snickered.

"True. But still, you need to get some rest or you'll get sick."

Sonic knew he was right so nodded with his eyes watering a little.

"OK." he said.

Shadow smiled sadly.

"Remember, all you have to do is tap and I'll be there. Night babe." he said and kissed each other then he left.

Sonic sighed and went to bed.
